Encouraging for sports needs to be done as per players capability!

If the Olympics is near and the nation will look forward to increasing the medal's tally then it also needs to be done keeping his or her interest in the sports. For many of us who take our children to the sports ground to play cricket never ask his interest in the game.
A person who does his errands on a bicycle and learned the techniques of running the bicycle throughout the year can turn out to be a winner in cycling which is although negligent sport in India.
Although many of us go to school on a bicycle as soon as we get into the mode of job then we purchase a scooter thinking that soon a person will be sitting on the back seat grabbing us or holding tight.
For a few of us, it never happens although the owner of the bike or scooter must have helped many of the couples to enjoy cover some great distance. Now, thinking about a past instance one of my maternal aunts bought two badminton for me and my sister but after a few games which we played within sometime at least my racquet got vanished while my sister carried it with aplomb till her Hotel Management institute.
Although, I was saying to her Siwani Bhabhi kuch aur kharid dijiye but she purchased the badminton and I categorically was not interested in Dhal Gaya Din...Tuk...Ho gayi sham...Tuk...Jane do jana hai...!!!
That also kept me out of various sex racquets and I did not become a cork for any lady as champagne cork also was not a part of my life. Anyway, jokes apart if any of us who love outdoor games cannot be imbibed into indoor games. For my hobby first is football. then athletics where I have run four marathons in quick succession and one at Cambodia which was more or less a trial run but I felt more comfortable there running around Angkor Vat as the month of December was beautiful.
Now, encouraging sports needs to be done as per players' capability but in India, one cruel aspect lies for the sports enthusiasts in athletics. He or she is immediately given the job in the Army and then he has to attend the fatigue duty.
The entire day the sportsperson does the equivalent labor just like a person who is havildar or subedar in the army and once he reaches the Olympics he has a great built and a willingness to do some great achievements. At the same time, his wish to get nearness to some good woman who cannot get fulfilled in the Army because of the respect for the lady officers and the male colleagues keeps his head heavy for most of the time.
And when at the time he reaches for the Olympic medal counts he misses the mark by few seconds reaching the fourth position and there comes the difference between us and them which is Indian and foreign athletes.
Now, thinking about some other games like Cricket where the job is confined either into Air India or the Ministerial jobs these people are more or less like into less of hazardous places where they are given respect by women colleagues and the package is handsome with no fatigue duty but an evening practice in Royal Gymkhana Clubs where great women come for swimming and then their life is all about spending time in 5-Star hotels and private yachts.
So, before you want a great bouquet of medals from Olympics by Indians try to spare the athletes from fatigue duty as running on tracks itself is bigger fatigue as the person has to run against the gravitational force while in Cricket the person takes the help of Newton's third law of motion to hit the ball as fast as it is coming and playing Cricket is easier than any form of athletics or Wrestling, Cycling or Swimming!!!
