With a little bit of planning and putting oneself towards healthy habits, any person can change his way of living and become youthful at any age. The medical science is growing very fast and people's life expectancy is getting up as compared to earlier years when people use to die at less age which could be in the late '50s. The prominent way to live long is through giving enough chances to exercise in the morning which could be going for a long walk or getting the habit of exercise esp. when you reach 40.
It is a pity that India is a country where the players in athletics or any other sports are termed as veterans and are not given importance as compared to the youth who are not necessary to flourish at the age of 18-32. Any sports activity is all about gaining experience and then giving the best of the shot once you are capable of learning every nuance of the particular sports in which you are delivering. The veteran sports person like Shri Milkha Singh along with Mr. Fauja Singh are examples to show that in spite of their age nearing to be very old they are still a reckoning force in their respective fields and are an example for the world to emulate them.
So, all those people who love to give them a better chance of helping themselves with youthful energy and vigor should put themselves into yoga, swimming or any other better ways of sports where they are exposed to open air and it could help them to the clean air system from where they could be able to get rid of respiratory problems which lead to lung failure and another respiratory disease.

Since past many months, I have been going for early morning walk near the Hindon stretch and take on running at the upcoming cricket stadium at Raj Nagar Extension and if somebody feels that the river is quite stagnating then one who understands a little bit of river mechanism can make out that the river may look polluted but it has a high amount of Sulphur or Gandhak in it which is a very positive trend.
