You know what, every common man in India dreams of a Government job and then a small car with one or two kids and every night wife changing in style and attitude. With many people thinking about a non-gazetted post to be the first step into a government service with better promotion opportunities after every few years takes the employee to the senior level and if you are a little greedy in terms then internal exams could take you to a bigger height within your service tenure and then the additional perks of the tag of respect which you can carry with aplomb.
