Education has given Dutee Chand -" The Athlete" wings!

Dutee Chand who is the well-known athlete from Odisha and has faced much of the struggle due to some controversies related to hormones is now also an Executive-Officer with the Odisha Mining Corporation. She is certainly a woman of substance and in spite of the world including IAAF running after her she proved her mettle in running and bought laurels for her country, India.
One could certainly say that Education has given Dutee Chand-"The Athlete" wings!. She is a person who belongs to a small weaver's family from Odisha, but in any case, she did not leave anything in the name of fate and moved on to become a national level athlete, and also she completed her education from KIIT University, ODISHA and enrolled to complete the education in Law.
With so many of the terrific achievements in her life she recently clinched to win Gold at University Games 2019 and clocked a timing of 11.32 seconds in 100 meters race.
The person she is and her achievements are not confined only into sports as she is also a part of LGBTQ+Community, and has given social support to them which makes her one of the socially active people in life in terms of International relations.
Now, getting back to her education she did not enroll herself into any Government college but got into KIIT University which is deemed one and is known as Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. It shows that she was determined to be educated and did not rely only on her sports acumen as she must be aware that somewhere down the line after achieving into athletes which is a heavy body and mind effort she must be equally an able person in education.
In India, things are only worth a weight of Gold or the "Sone par Suhaga" if a person is equal to sports and studies. Also, such a person gets respect everywhere and becomes a socially eminent person leading people with their own example. On the other hand, however good a person is as a movie or one from Bollywood he or she does not get much of the importance in life by the general public and at times people also believe that since they have plundered our resources as we have spent time and money on watching their films they have to pay us back. Their money is not considered to be a hard-earned and their hard work status remains hardly worked in any scenario.
While the person in education, sports, politics and another profession along with Government and Private jobs along with business are still considered to be good in their own ways.
Getting back to the awards and achievements by Miss Dutee Chand one could understand that her achievements are all because of her own efforts and the thought of becoming something on her own and she has given India many proud moments like:
  1. 2019 Summer Olympic games 100-meter events
  2. 2018- Jakarta Asian games 100 meters Silver
  3. 2018-Jakarta Asian games 200 meters Silver and many more on State and National levels.
In this way, one could find that education and achievements into any field are not only confined on the mercy of the people who are the big guns and they buy you first and sell to countries like Bahrain and Qatar from where you have to change your name and religion and then getting back to India remains a distant dream. On the other hand person like Miss Dutee Chand has proved that her own acumen has given her importance in life and is all because of the "temperament of Winner" which remains imbibed more in a hard-working person rather than a spendthrift rich person who ends up every day on some other bed and is socially disregarded person with nil or zero achievements in life!

India has come from dibhri (Crude kersone lamps) to LED bulbs!

During the early '80s to '90s, I remember at times visiting Patna which is the capital city of Bihar, from Bokaro Steel City. The place was Gardani Bagh and the choicest of the people from the Bihar Secretariat use to stay there. My maternal grandfather was also working at the same State Government Office, but as it is well known that once you have enough money the children become more flashy and so does their children. So, he has four sons and three daughters including my mother Kiran Bala Devi.
They were always in awe of their father's premier job and considered everyone else to be very small or negligent before them which could be found in their talks and way of living which use to look flashy as everything from the home furniture to the home utensils was provided by the people who use to look for the high scale Government job under the maternal grandfather.
Fortunately, being class one officer he was just a rubber stamp authority and immediately use to pay for any small or big deeds done by anyone but could not provide anyone a job. The maternal grandmother has many people around her to look after and hordes of servants use to accompany her. Still, my mother learned the hard things of life when she got married to my father who was working at Bokaro Steel Plant at Steel Melting Shop and then has to cook food for us and also wash utensils. So, she learned the constant murmuring but I saw everything in life from the time when people use to have the "Dhibri" at home and the power failure was a norm of the day at Patna. The city had a very bad police system and at night when the Rickshawpuller uses to carry people they have to light a "dhibri" even in the rickshaw and there was no dynamo in the rickshaw.
The Bihar Police use to wield lathis at Rickshaw puller on the instance of no lights on rickshaws and nobody use to care for it. I was barely five years old and when returning one night with my family which was of my father, mother, me and my sister Sweta the rickshaw walla on whose rickshaw we were riding was asked by my father to lit up the dhibri on the rickshaw. But he said , sahab abhi railway crossing ka phatak upar hua hai, phir 5 minute baad close ho jayega kyuki dusri mail express aa jayegi...and while he moved two steps suddenly a policeman emerged from the dark and gave him two lathis on the back. Unfortunately, he could not do anything and we did not even cry and then we could hear my mother and father saying abhi bole the na...ki jala lijiye light...then he sobbingly did so.
The moment if I remember those days I think we live in the better world and certainly India has moved from Dhibri (crude kerosene lamps) to LED bulbs and still the same thing could be seen by those people who forget the days when as a kid they always use to plan about killing me on every occasion from Saraswati Puja to any other happiest occasion so that they could reach my beautiful sister. Thankfully I know that they don't have the courage in themselves to report about the incidents when they use to plan my murder and I always laughed it off by saying "Jaane do Abhi to mai Zinda hoon"!

Yesteryear kids use to cry early but today's understand life better!

If we see some old videos from the earlier movies of India we could find that although India has everything ample in terms of resources still it has chosen the tedious path of growth maybe because of the Gandhi effect. Although, Gandhiji could not be blamed for everything evil with the society his thoughts were rather primitive which took many years to develop the nation. His desire to get back to gram-swaraj was just a gimmick and simply churning out the clothes from yarn could not have given any rapid thought to move India into a better-developed nation. The same cannot be said about the other person like Sri Vallabh Bhai Patel or any other leaders whose stance was more of making the country rule and he proved his worth by asking the Kings and Queens to become a common man and make benefits out of the resources through their subjects.
The same thing could be said about the yesteryear kids as the yesteryear kids use to cry early but today's understand life better. It is all because of the education which their parents have got which is more liberal and the thought process which they have got through the developed sperm. The question is not about the Hindi medium or English medium school but with time the people started leaving offshore which is a foreign country and also saw the difference between the thought process. Also, people mixing with each other made their thoughts more of a cosmopolitan state of mind which was growth-oriented and it took to understand each other easily.
So, if we see the inquisitive mind of today's kids they try to look answers in your eyes and find out the thought process of yours easily and that does not make things difficult but it makes things better. During the early '80s or 90's the colonial system was still prevalent where the large family system was shaking up and a small family was coming into existence. The grandparents were shifting away and the father-mother and children could be seen with effects of the mohalla culture creeping in which lead to many challenges in life.
The kid who was confined more towards his own well being was considered to a spoilt brat but maybe he or she must be charting his or her own ways to get a better society of his own thoughts. There are many people from the yesteryears like Sri Sachin Tendulkar who has come from a small family system living in a middle-class household. Also, the other could be Mr. Sehwag who was from Najafgarh who was more towards the mode of a tussle between the city and the village and his aggression paved the way for the Indian cricket. The same could be said for Sourav Ganguly who always use to brim with confidence in his walk as well as talks but Sri Azharuddin was a bit weak in his thoughts and action as his Muslim thought and culture lead him to be more of a person with a more of a Tehzeeb and the few incidents in the early 90's most have shook him.
So, as a person, I always believe that one has to chart his own way in life and destiny plays 25% in life while the contribution of our own efforts chart our path and thus today's kids are more towards a developed mind who has seen the less of dirt and squalor of the real India and the leaders who have also shaken the nation with their brimming confident thoughts while the few who also wielded lathis just could not bring any better justice to the country!

India helping the neighbours in development bringing peace!

India is a country that has always talked about Universal Brotherhood, peace and prosperity. The theme of Vasudhev Kutubakam started from ancient texts although it got carried away for few years by the Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankara. But soon the entire country took this as an initiative and the program of lifting the nation through various projects was not entitled only to be a part of Sri Sri Ravi Shankara but the ancient text bought many changes across the world without the help of this group which was known to make the Yamuna River a place to propagate their theories.
The Guru was known to be dancing odd ways and also talked about his own therapies asking people to come and embrace his religious thought which was not accepted by much of the people. Now, getting back to the year when Sri Lanka was heavily under the  LTTE and India lost almost half of its troops which was deployed at Sri Lanka in the name of the Indian Peace Keeping Force, were an initiative by the foreign policy of Sri Rajiv Gandhi.
The person he was never thought about the benefits of the Indian Army and the country was understood to be a week nation because of his thought process. The year was between 1987 and 1990 but the thought behind bringing peace and prosperity could be done with better ways by helping the other countries through various initiatives which could be their development rather than trying to destroy them.
With Modi Government in the center the things have changed and not only the South-East Asian countries are getting benefits out of it but a country like Sri Lanka is also getting major benefits from the development process. If we see a few years back China was emerging as a country providing its inputs all across towards making ports and railways and the heavy involvement of China in development spree has made it feel more into a comfort zone. While India tried to secure the borders it also put emphasis on making neighbors like Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and to some extent China also left the issue of North-East and many of the border disputes got solved which was due to the better foreign policy of the Modi Government.
It is quite true that once there will be less conflict towards the borders India will be able to resolve the issues which are internal such as the CAA-NRC and other such acts which needs to be implemented as to make the nation strong from inside as well as outside which is internal and external disputes getting solved India will become a major economic power.
So, as students who are found to be agitating without thinbking the real implication one has to understand that the few politicians and to some extent the Bollywood stars could misguide you into becoming a person with ulterior motives but it is your own thought process which will make you a better person in your eyes first and then in front of others. So, always think before running towards the different types of anti-social campaigns which will lead you to destroy your life and your family members as well. You must have also understood with the parade at Rajpath this year that people with better and clean thoughts are still found to be in the right path while the destructive minds could make nothing out of life and then there are always others to blame for the bad lifestyle carried by you which will lead to nowhere!

God is only a Terrific Election Material in India!

With every election in India getting into a greater social divide between Hindu and Muslims it is clear to understand that the Elections have become a way to protect the country as a God-fearing country and nothing more than that. The earlier days have seen Hindu's running amok in the name of asking for votes and progress along with development was on the backburner. Now, since the mind of Hindus has opened like a Lotus and they are planning for their children and themselves towards a progressive nation the less in study, knowledge, and stability which was the traits of Muslims have come up and they are behaving like anarchist to destabilize the economy while on the other hand my school mates and batch mates are educated with better degrees at least till Post Graduation and are more than wise to understand each other.
Just think on the terms that why only during elections the Muslims get into the brawl all because they expect the Government whether any to pass on the bucks in the development of "Madarsa" and their thought process which is less culture-bound these days and more of a tormentor. With Congress (I) which was more inclined towards them is also taking their hands away and their current crop of politicians who are not that suave and neither have given any better output to the country as the time has gone when Muslim votes use to change the forte of any elections.
Now, it is all in the name of upper-Hindu caste politics and the OBC along with the Scheduled caste and scheduled tribes who are more or less united to get more out of the Government and if the selling of groundnuts and other things which was the work of Muslims, it comes now in packets under the tag of Haldiram and Bikaner products.
Few states like Bengal and others which become pro-Muslim will understand the impact of giving more towards Muslims and the Rohingya factor which will affect the state in the same way which could be seen with them overpowering the state and putting the mechanism to a grinding halt. The earlier days the Muslims use to speak about the Ram Sewak terrorizing them, now they themselves are trying to terrorize the nation. When the thought process which I am concerned about is that I certainly do not make dirty any place of worship maybe Mandir, Masjid, Mosque or Church as God resides everywhere and even in cats, dogs, and humans.
Being abusive was never my forte but just ask those people who have been abusive towards my entire life-span although I never took any personal vendetta against them as I knew that it will certainly pull a bad image of mine because whether you are a politician or a normal person the image matters in life whether in India or abroad and as far as my thought is concerned God is only a Terrific Election material in India especially for those who love to stay in dirt, squalor and grim.

Jhakkas Carrer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management!

The world is changing and so does the thought process about sticking to one career with any motive. There was a time when people use to take the work of a cobbler or a washerman to protest against the system, but now if such things are done by any person in the name of making a mockery of the system then nobody cares for it. The person himself does not feels standing at the right step of life and all the job is specified according to the qualification which is not only a primitive thought but a necessary step in life to guide oneself and the society.
Now, think about the time when the small thing in life such as a letter or a parcel use to reach the person after many days and people definitely faced issues in life. With the courier services like Blue Dart, DHL things have come to an expressway of delivery which is called in broader terms as the supply chain management.
The people who are from advance countries like China and U.S understand the value as not only such companies have their own advance system but even have their own flight system operating to connect the continents throughout the world. There is a study curriculum in management coming under the topic or the entire chapter dedicated to supply chain management under Business Studies in Class Xii and further into BBA and MBA. Such, people get the job into the courier companies with great pay package and the MBAs are not only meant for becoming the HR or the Human Resource Manager. The development of the entire logistics chain has given the opportunity to become the first line of management immediately and the Supervisor is the first significant post or the Delivery Leader who gets a package that is better than any other business of their own.
Since this sector has become integrated and it is a never-dying sector it gives better promotion opportunities and the local language is preferred instead of mandatory English skills. Also, the courier boy or agent who is the prime person of contact is today's generation smart executives who carry better i-pad with them which is only integrated for the company purpose and the person who carries the letter or the Courier comes handy with payment card slot machine and every other gadget which makes the life simple and easy.
If Glassdoor is to be believed then you will find the salary to be lucrative and the profession opens many opportunities from the small scale to the top-most position which is all about never underestimating the efforts of the common man in life and giving him or her enough opportunities to get more in terms of a Jhakkas career in Logistics and Supply chain management!

https://www.glassdoor.co.in/Salary/Blue-Dart-Express-Salaries-E198238.htm

Certainly, the same was not 15-20 years back when the salary was less than Rs 2000 per month and the people use to carry a cycle with them to give the letters or courier from one destination to another in a limited tehsil or rather say location.

One should become a Self-Admirer & Self-Lover first "By Sonali Nautiyal"!

One night when my sister Sweta Srivastava was doing an Internship under The Hyatt, Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, I had a chance meeting to interact with her batchmate Miss Sonali Nautiyal who was the batchmate of my sister under Institute of Hotel management.
I was an Executive at Shelters and had a carefree attitude liked by fewer girls and boys as I was too busy in making my Career into Marketing, although I was good at managing my personal relationship with everyone. So, there I was coming back to home but I use to have my own mobile phone and as usual my sister called me and said a friend by this name has come to visit at home and if you can please get some Biryani packet for her.
I obliged immediately and bought two packets of Chicken Biryani, from Anand Restaurant, K.G. Marg, New Delhi as my office was at Shelters, Connaught Place, Surya Kiran Building. Once I reached home I found her to be a good girl who had few words with her to say and I was the same as timid and shy but remember one thing from my friend, not to be named that never rely on Delhiites in a matter of girls. They eat food from your hand take away your money and then before getting rid of you they just kick on your back and leave you forever.
Almost, the same thing happened with me as my Sister also went away very forward in life and the girl also did not come back and I took my own life towards studying and moving fast into the career but still I remember the statement which I have written as a headline. One should become a self-admirer & self-lover first " By Sonali Nautiyal.

Her personal attributes:
  • I believe she still must be thinking about me
  • She is beautiful may be very fair and full of shine in hair and cheeks
  • She talks a lot and is over-friendly
  • She is afraid of no one and at times can slap you hard
  • She is robust and may be good at everything
  • We never got intimate as I was not that close
  • I never dream of her as we both took to different ways
So, as she has said once that one should become a self admirer and self-lover because in today's scenario there is no one who could come near of far to you. You are your own boss, your own inspiration and your own leader who has to get ahead in your life and that also on your own. Not, even your parents stay back with you or give backing and sometimes it is seen that the over caring parents of yours may become over jealous of your achievements if you surpass them in terms of looks and career graph, thankfully which did not happen with me as my father was always better than me in looks, style, and performance.

I would always love to get the same set of friends back in my life because I have achieved what they wanted from me. They were aware of my talent and wanted me to hold a Masters's Degree in life which I have got through Maters of Sociology,  and soon I will be trying for the Ph.D. in Sociology and once they get back the fun including all group of friends in life. Because once they all will get back in life my life will be fuller again as I am staying alone but with my mother from July 2016 to this day of the year!

Once upon a time in India- Talent was rare, employment for few!

Today I will start the Blog with the headline only which states that "Once upon a time in India-Talent was rare, employment for few" must be the apt thought for those people who use to have very bigger degrees but still they could not fetch a good job. Although, that was the time during the '80s when Multinationals were not allowed and the country was on the brink of one of the major economic slowdowns. The people were only opting for the jobs in Maharatna such as SAIL, BHEL & GAIL or else you are lol i.e nothing.
If during that scenario somebody would have said ki thoda tel to lagana parta hai, that is a little bit of oiling makes sense then anybody could have believed. But now, if the same adage is to be heard then one has to feel ashamed about the women on the other end of the phone as she believes that reaching a post of HR Manager makes her a way to ask for executives sex slavery. Such, a person then gets into a masseur profession and thankfully the company gets rid of such manager at the earliest.
Now, the other thing is that with the people getting into any particular domain and maybe surpassing you immediately it is very much necessary to change your trade unless you are a shopkeeper. The fact of the matter is that if you are into Marketing then not only think about being the hardcore marketing executive but get diversified and learn more tricks such as e-mail marketing or better terms of "Digital marketing".
This theory is not mine but it was told to me by a person whose name id Shri Kumar Basant alumni of IIPM, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi as we both were working as Sales Executive at Shelters under Mr. Anurrag Grover. Once we were away from each other as I was getting towards the call center industry and then while keeping an eye on my profession I deeply got into studies.

These are few certifications in life:
  • I completed My Class XII in the year 2006. ( C.B.S.E Open)
  • I completed my BBA in the year 2011-12 ( In-between I spend some 4-5 years working in the various call centers whether small, medium or large into Outbound call centers)
  • I joined IEnergizer and IBM for 5 years into International Inbound Customer Service which needs good English skills.
  • I also completed my Diploma in Web Designing 6 month Certification
  • I also completed my Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from NIIT Imperia in 2014
  • I finally completed my M.A. in Sociology in the Summer of 2017.
  • Finally, I also went for NET Exams Sociology for Assistant Professor but failed with less percentage.
  • Now, planning for Ph.D. again as I have given exams for Ph.D. at Punjab University, Chandigarh and got rejected.
  • I further tried to give an exam at Christ University, Bengaluru but will try twice.
  • In between, I have been continuously working since the year 2002 into marketing, customer service representative and further into Digital Marketing as Content Writer.
  • So, it makes full 19 years of Continuous struggle without any big backing but only a few friends and managers along with my mother and father.
Although, when we see the educated people not getting a job these days much of the reason is the gatekeeper who is the security guards from Bihar and U.P. who are somehow either with the nexus of Job mafia who is suddenly creeping into the private job system as well. With few women or men who are into a different mode of carrying their own people and the other with a grudge for many particular students who they carry for a long time in life, the deserving people are out of many industries.
So, it is all about getting into the skin of things without thinking otherwise and then pull out the best of the results as remember after few years Instagram will also die as people will get bored and all these modeling aspects of showing the flesh and getting bucks out of it will take the back door exit and with the good news that India is going to take the 7% growth rate sooner or later the odd people running helter-skelter will move away and also Bollywood will chart its own phase of getting digitalized and people will be seen working through animation and only token amount will be served.
So, the sooner the generation from the 1990s and the above years could understand the better for them as everybody cannot get into becoming a bus driver or conductor and once the flash will be over the food will be rare for them!

P.S: In between, I also completed GRE, General Aptitude Test on 21 November 2018 and got a good passing grade and Toefl in October 2018 and also completed the test and Interview and secured good marks from British Council, Connaught Place. I also have the certification for both which I submitted at Arizona University with 72 USD which is equivalent to INR 5400 and send papers through DHL but unfortunately did not get selected for Ph.D. in Sociology.

Students do not respect teachers they respect the subject!

With Education being the prime agenda these days and Class X-XII Board exams knocking on the door, it is the time to understand that all the exams which you are going to give may or may not shape your career. As it is for many students who love to go for a different vocational course but from the poor states like Bihar and Jharkhand come out thinking about the IIT.
With that, they join the FIITJEE Coaching institutes and another move towards Kota, Rajasthan, which gives them an opportunity to join the IIT and at times some of them take the different way towards death as it is their own way to get away from this revengeful world which is always there to laugh on every failure.
The parents then look to some other ward to get into another success story and with that, the Indian education dream goes on. Now, the question comes in mind is that in the time when there are education portals like BYJU's or many other apps do we still need to have the same thought about giving the status of a demi-God to the teachers who first think about their own children's growth, then think about the growth of those girls whom they must have sent into some illicit relationship and vice versa and the last comes the mediocre in their mind who would have cried thousand tears before them or the other ones who could have taught them some good lessons.
The fact of the matter is that students do not respect teachers but they respect the subject in which they find the highest number in the class and gradually stick to the subjects which help them to get a good percentage in the class.
There are times when we hear that students have changed the nation but if I remember Mr. Sameer Mohanty, who was the favorite student cum teacher of Holy Cross School, as he studied till Class XII at the same school and then went to ITI, Bhubaneshwar. After coming back to the same school he has become every student's favorite and said to me once...Ya to tum bahut ache ban jao, ya bahut wicked ban jao, nobody remembers the mediocre ones...I choose to be the other category where I thought that even if my marks will not reflect me as a better person but my values will take me to a better pedestal.
Unfortunately, even after doing my M.A. Sociology and according to my own thought process of working hard I just manage my life and the same other school students grin on me which at times creates a difference.
I still feel happy and satisfied that the so-called social revolution by the fools who are not actually the students and are the bonded labors died away without any cause and few got jailed and others just started thinking about their bread and butter which is far more necessary as you cannot make a Singapore or a Dubai by such revolution and the poorer the man is in India the more the likes of the pimps and prostitutes will get benefits out of it!

Social Camouflages act too bad and be harsher in your life!

India is a country of differences in religion, culture and social well-being. However, a person you are in terms of your abilities and the thought process which is certainly not your ideology, you have to bow before your teachers, at times your friends and then the society at large. The few things which come in mind are that the more your behavior is good about creating a web around you to protect yourself and be a protector for others at times, the more you will get back a word which is "Deceit."
Does mind matters for these days? As per my own existence which has seen a kind of struggle which is akin to me, I only feel bad about the days when I was good into everything but never have the ability to be too harsh on anyone else.
When I hear some particular woman acting as a housemaid or maybe someone with a voice which is not akin to her behavior of being more than educated I feel that maybe she must have not seen or understood the glorious days of her life when the entire class-fellows use to stand up in respect for her, in spite of something as serious as Board Exams, as our C.B.S.E board exams were organized at other schools and the home center was not allowed for us.
Then, I feel the greatness in those women who are termed as laborers working at any organization and doing hard work in the agricultural field.
I remember the days when the teacher acted to be an asthmatic just to make us feel bad because of the perfume which the student wears at days may feel better than the teachers wearing on a daily basis.
These are not my personal opinion but as a student from Holy Cross, Bokaro Steel City, we have been bearing more by our teachers in the name of discipline and all those who have showered them with less respect and more of propaganda must have seen better highs in life. Now, if I see them doing social camouflages then I certainly feel that "social camouflages act too bad and be harsher in your life" but I still feel that maybe the God must have given you a position which is on a higher pedestal and if knowingly or unknowingly I have paid respect at any point of time then somewhere down the line it was all because of my good upbringing and if you tried to crush me then also you were also protecting me at the same time.
That's why it is always called Guru Brahma, Guru Vishnu, Guru Sakshat Maheswara, Gurudev Parbrahma, Tasmeya Sri Guruwe Namah!
So, please do your duty to give a good society which is free of evils but always look at your merits and your education which has made the difference in your life as none of such teachers have come out in life by paying bribes to get a Government job in those schools where the education was primitive and the words were odd!

Mr. Zubair Ahmed makes car with snow: A Kashmiri sculpture on innovation!

If a diamond is the girl's best friend, the mean machine i.e. a car is a man's first choice. With the winter creating magic this year and people going inside their quilt after many years as till last year the winter was not that cold, Kashmir has come back again with the better snowfall. The weather does never create any havoc in Kashmir at least it keeps the tag of the Paradise on Earth to be intact but for a few occasions.
The solemn people who have seen many vibes in their life are all geared up with showcasing the skills such as ice-hockey and ice-skating but Mr. Zubair Ahmed makes a car with snow: A Kasmiri sculpture on innovation which has taken the man many years ahead and given reprieve to animals who use to take much of the load.
The locals are enthusiastic about the snow car and it has certainly made head's turn as people who love snow and understand the value of making a valuable sculpture out of it certainly know the kind of labor and pain it takes in doing so.
The youth all over India has all kinds of energy in them but the fact is that one gets into any illegal activity or does something wrong only when he or she gets more in terms of money. If money is the biggest leveler then it is the biggest spoiler as well and that makes anyone understand through a country which is China that in spite of moving towards a number one status and going to topple the U.S.A it never asks it's money or currency value to be ranked as number 1.
Now, getting back to the Ice and Snow sculpture festival the boy called Mr. Zubair Ahmed says enthusiastically that he can even build a Taj Mahal out of the snow which is a new way for the youth to discover the new energy in them. Such kind of snow sculptures is part of the snow festival all over the world including China which is at Harbin International China Festival.
Such snow festivals are appreciated but certainly, local Kashmiri youth should take chance to hone their skills into it and if they find that there was an event held which was Asia's first-ever Snow sculpture festival at Gulmarg, Kashmir in the year 2014. At that year the artists work for 28 days in freezing temperatures to build huge sculptures including 30 feet.
The artists worked for almost 28 days in freezing temperature to prepare huge sculptures
including 30 feet Kashmiri Samawar, Child -cradle, horse, igloo, snow guitar, Kangri, fish, and 30 feet vintage car.
Excerpts from the web links for a detailed description:
https://www.dailyexcelsior.com/asias-first-ever-snow-sculpture-festival-held-at-gulmarg/

"Minister for Tourism, G A Mir on the occasion said the purpose of the festival was to attract more tourists during the winter season in Kashmir and to encourage young Kashmiri artists. Minister appreciated the role played by young local artists to showcase their talent while chiseling out wonderful sculptures out of snow heaps. The artists were arranged locally not only to depict local cultural articles for the event but to generate interests among them for participating in such events, which can help them to generate economy and to boost the tourism industry."

Here is the detail about the local youth Mr. Zubair Ahmed inspirational snow car making:

https://www.news18.com/news/buzz/can-even-build-taj-mahal-kashmiri-artist-makes-heads-turn-with-his-snow-sculpture-2466745.html

So, one could understand that now since Kashmir is on the path of better thought process and certainly they can give a better future to their state after helping themselves with three zones which are Kashmir, Jammu, and Leh-Ladakh, hopefully, if they become harbinger of peace and prosperity and give respect to their culture they could certainly change their future or else money does not make you but your zeal makes you which is not only about sculptures but lot more can be done by their own efforts!

Marathon- Not that tough run but just good practice!

People who are crazy about running the Ultra-Marathon or the Marathon races and the popularity getting high every year even in a country like India. This racing is very affordable in the sense that people who are young and most of the time put their time and energy behind sports which are expensive, could find it easy to adapt. The Marathon races are not time-bound in India, although few professional runners who take lesser time are not counted.
At times, when the certification passes on to the other hand and then they are find trudging along with some small ply vehicles it is worth for their mom and dad, after all, they have spent an enormous amount behind them from feeding to nourishing their lives.
The other thing is that the women ho go hoarse after singing loudly for their self-decorated Demi God at some remote places of the Jharkhand, Orissa and Tamil Nadu, could understand the amount of time they have spent from which the outcome remains zero. Their, entire life effort has come towards the better or the insignificant value which is "Nil".
In India, the missiles are always misguided because most of the time the missile which could be seen emerging beneath the ocean bed is just a test missile, and thankfully Indians are known to rule the world by changing their thought process.
Also, the name has just become a game as one could be surprised to see that in Class X the name remains different and gradually after every year with achievements the name also takes a new shape and that does not happen with the people who have got strict parental guidance including me.
The other good thing is that the time when you start giving respect to the seniors or the elders they turn out to be tormentors and then the entire generation either feels weak or is adamant about taking some ugly steps in life which certainly does not become in my case.
Lastly, making oneself tougher at every step of life either through "Marathon-Not that tough run but just good practice" makes you feel enriched and as per my beliefs, I just kept to myself and after every step taken towards plunging me downwards, I rather prayed and took thought of doing something which could be an out of the world though for others, but for me it was my own hard luck which gradually buds my life and career!

Sympathy after breaching of trust makes me feel funnier!

There is something in the relationship called being with each other or sleeping with someone else by being aware of the sexual life. In Bihar, where I took birth in 1979, the 11th of December,  which become Jharkhand and the city was all Rosy which is Bokaro Steel, most of the issue never happened with me and neither I took any bigger advantage of anyone's privacy, still felt comfortable with my family members who as earlier said were My father,  mother,  and sister,  a dog who after some years left us with our consent as he wanted to live free.
Gradually, in the year 2000 after coming to New Delhi, the same thought process continued as I never took any undue advantage the same way which was my behavior in school days as I never become promiscuous in the school campus and my hands remained inside my own pocket rather searching anywhere else. So, staying in rented accommodation and that also all alone did not change me as occasionally if any boy or girl used to come in my room, I talked well, had food with them and they certainly left for other work. The other good thing was that if any housemaid worked at my home she felt secure without me trying to get pally with her and I always was more considerate which is certainly not an excuse.
The same behavior continued during my office tenure and however beautiful the girl working with me I managed safe distance during my varied profile like Marketing, Call Center Executive or Content Writer for Digital Marketing companies profiles at various offices, call centers across New Delhi,  Noida, and Gurgaon. The biggest fear was of my father's visit that if somebody will speak about my hopefully any kind of bad behavior it will affect his reputation rather than mine.
Spending, night out at friend's house on the insistence of her elder sister did not affect me as I or rather we never got close to each other in desperate ways and most of the time it was sincere talks which never has given me any awkward sense and only soothing comfort thoughts whether whatever the world may make sense out of it.
After, staying with my mother only boosted my confidence level and I started getting food on time which was necessary for me. Spending a good amount of time at rented accommodation and then buying my own house at Ajnara Integrity, E-209, the life remained the same as I was never found sleeping in any other flat within or outside the society whether in the front or side flats.
I just cannot say that my friend who took advantage of the Sindoor effect jhamela showed sympathy after breaching of trust makes me feel funnier but that maybe in her larger interest as life rules are set by girls rather than boys these days.
For me, New Delhi or Delhi is the city which has made me out of nothing to a Post Graduate in Sociology and helped me to stand and fight back with the help of my parents, teachers and friend's blessings and the same could be said about all the Managers and co-workers who took me in their stride to help me grow in life and continued doing so.
So, my quest to do my Ph.D. in Sociology continues and sooner or later I will be joining any college and thankfully I feel proud about only one thing that I never fought for any girl in life and they were just like a fresh air to take away the occasional bad smell which emerges in any human and also with due respect to the "Anarkali" of the world I never headed towards G.B. Road for nocturnal nights and will continue doing so as I may feel confused about it!

While Muslim Women protesting against CAA are men searching next!

Muslim women are found to be a find- They are the ones who are sought after across all religious male and if you see any movie industry, the beautiful the women are from inside and out, she is immediately coined with a new name. With all these immediate shouts against CCA and NRC, we are forgetting that the Bill has become law. The progressive people at Rampur near Nainital have already taken Indian Citizenship which may have better implications in the near future.
On the other hand, less-educated women are taking to streets to show their mettle which could be a no-effect show and after a fortnight or maybe one month shout against the constitution and all its amendments they will have another bed-buddy to share with them.
This is not a light thought but since time immemorial any issues created by women take an ugly turn and she has to face the other bigger society which is certainly male-dominated. It is also necessary that the men folks should take advantage of this situation and with their women going all hoarse they should get another beautiful chicken at home after all the triple talaq Kannon has already given them much of the freedom or rather say some chance to feel the pressure in life.
Earlier, there was a time when the Muslim women use to get threatened in the name of talaq but the likes of Javed Akhtar, have given them enough in the form of his soothing words and the son Farhan Akhtar, could be seen at different programs with different women of the likes of Miss Pratyusha Banerjee. While, the common Muslim who is earning well and more educated just cannot go beyond one woman, one duty and emulating Hindus. When I went to Arrah, Bihar a few years back I was surprised to see one husband two wives theory among the Muslims with better effect and still the manhood was in a great sense with both the woman seated against each other and the Sauhar or the husband seating in between enjoying movies.
Gone are the days when one could see the burka-nashin carrying the hijab and enjoying the banter with the other wife who was more dear to her husband and thus the desi murga theory is coming to an abrupt end.
I believe that in the greater interest of their food making and avoiding any further escalation in life while Muslim women are protesting against CAA are men searching next wife or wives could come true and they should take the right step of finding the next wife to cook food at home and the Qawallis and the Mehfil should et back into life secretly and thus sustain their food habits which is all about Kabab and dohri shabab!

Hindi Medium Vs English Medium or rather say influence of Educational Boards!

India is a country with diverse thoughts and it has been widely acknowledged as a country of knowledge and literacy. The only issue which lies in India is that everybody here is a scholar in his own subjects which could be classified as follows:
1. Work
2. Ideology
3 Language
4 Literature
5. Social Impact

These are the five main principles that make an Indian literate in his own ways and that is why when it was asked about the Indian Literacy Campaign it was suggested that "Make Him Sign (Signature) in his own ways and he will be called a literate".
If you will go to a tea-vendor selling tea he will be making the best tea but it will not be a branded one like Chayoos and still, people will be thronging his stall in the morning to get the tea.
The local readymade shop by the name Mahavira Dress House at Bokaro Steel City has people buying clothes from all affluent categories. The shopkeeper there was a Jain, with fewer talks with anyone but still, his shop was the best. People were not worried if he talks and sells or be quiet and count his good days as always.
So, coming back to the point where one talks about Hindi Medium Vs English Medium or rather say educational boards if we see the girls or boys from Hindi Medium, they will be going first towards the school on their cycle or by foot and still may surprise you with their ability to help at home.
The same thing goes for English medium boys who may be gentle or rough and their acumen are both tested at the time in their speaking ability and the way they portray themselves to the people with their attitude.
Hindi Medium gets an advantage in the term that their girls and boys talk in the local language and the ordinary man and politicians who are not all Cambridge and Oxford returns have a sympathetic attitude towards them. Further, when it comes to promoting the students they get an upper hand whether in Sports or Education as most of the quota is bagged by them, irrespective of caste, creed, and religion.
While the English Medium students are treated as a vagabond in their thoughts and expressions although they have their own discipline which is worth heavier than Gold and are presentable and it leads to their own upbringing which has the heavier influence of the teachers who are from the own ethnic backgrounds of Hindi medium but are found to be from the creamy layers.
So, if the debate gets over about Hindi Medium vs English Medium I still feel good about the fact that the base which my father has given was of English medium that helped me to work in life and stay on my own while the translation just failed and got buried somewhere deep down after the Japanese invention of a language translator which can translate 43 languages and help people instantly with making their daily life easy!

Here s the weblink for the Japanese Translator Machine:

Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar is churning out theories of Marxism!

Theories of marxism which is about equality for all and social justice could be seen in the traits of the new social leader or rather say the Communist leader from JNU Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar in his traits. The last Election when he was standing against the BIG Politician Mr. Giriraj Singh from BJP and lost the election, still he showed his political acumen. Most of the time a person who looks for a new entry into the Political domain tries to choose any mediocre seat but certainly, the better one tries to take an established seat of some person and from there on he starts challenging the authorities on his own.
It could be said that Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar is taking the bull by his own horns by facing the media and doing the scrutiny of the scribes through his own methods. The political change which we cannot see in the near future and almost not needed in the country on a big level one could certainly appreciate the effort of people like him. Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar is churning out theories of Marxism and who himself is a Ph.D. From Jawaharlal Nehru University which is popularly called as JNU. The kind of struggle which could be seen in the University which was a few days back could be seen in the form of giving some better change to the University as most of the time the campus was becoming a place of some evil thoughts propagated by few extremists.
It is always good to keep the University clean and in the recent spat as I have stated earlier Delhi University is coming out again in the news of some better judgments in the history and recent past of the University which will let the people understand better in terms of the emergence of Deemed Universities and the locally funded state Universities. It is not necessary for every student to jump into politics as a person who earns some good amount of his own and with the help of good parenting at the base could change himself and it is always good to look within rather than to see outside.
After all, it is the few people who have changed the nation by putting their sweat and blood while the others are there to laugh and use derogatory terms about anyone which could be the privilege of their anti-social minds. It is also said that till you are the King of the culprits you are revered and using your own home to make you a leader does not suffice with the population who is taking internet to the new heights. People who have less say during the '80s and only newspaper was the medium with Television in a few homes could be understanding the life's perspectives in a better way and even if Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar has lost the elections he is certainly churning out his own theories out of Marxism and let people understand about the rise and fall of Ruppe 1, which is the base of the economy.

Bihar has learnt the hard lessons of life because of their politicians!

Whether you love Magahi, Maithili or Bhojpuri and talk about the self-reliant economy but the fact of the matter is that Bihar has learned the hard lessons of life because of their politicians and the people who try to become the sarve-sarva of the state political affairs. The people who try to showcase the influence of T.V. Media like "Abhigyan Prakash" from NDTV should not forget the time when they were showing there used Condoms out of the pocket and selling parathas in front of V-CARE  which was a very small company according to them.
The only thing in their mind was to get an opportunity to show about their so-called fruitful would-be who could change their fortune and at the backdrop of their evil sense and derogatory ways, it was the mind of trapping a person like me whose father and mother were called Bhaiya and Bhabhi by him. The moment anything was asked from getting a cylinder on the backseat of the scooter to the Gas agency which was the norm during the '90s to bringing a folding at my home from the market everything was readily done by the person who is now Abhigyan Prakash and was fondly called Lutru Bhaiya at our young age.
It's a pity that he was considered the most mediocre of the student in the school and after trying to do something wrong was paraded in all the class from 1-X and has to say sorry individually to all the classmates. From then on he mercilessly becomes a wild dog from inside and if he has to look inside himself then he could better go back to his School which is Holy Cross and face the current Principal who was once her fine arts teacher.
Now, getting back to Bihar and it's thought let me tell that it may be a self-sustained economy but being always discarded by their own leaders have made it a place where people have started believing in their own deeds and working on their own rather than looking with hope towards the politicians who always look for the opportunity to ruin the state image and then their top priority is to take the creamy layer for their own family and then think about anyone else.
Once, everything is done for their own family members their eldest son takes their face and they are mercilessly left alone and find it difficult to recognize themselves. Bihar has always been known to be a State which is known for its "tit for tat" ways or "how you sow shall you reap". So, it is not about trying to revive the economy as because 76% of the people from Bihar are found to be working abroad or at different better positions and the rest who could be seen there just do not need more of development as because flood gives them revenues for 6 months of the year and for the next 6 months they make merry with the cash crop which is majorly in the form of Tobacco and the direct benefit goes towards ITC which is Indian Tobacco Corporation although it does not show too much into the records.
If one thinks about the Milk then Sudha Milk is the cheapest as compared to other milk in any other state and the same could be said for the TEA as it comes cheaply from West Bengal and similarly if one goes through the India Brand Equity Foundation then it is to be seen as one of the fastest-growing state which is certainly the thought process of the people who look for a goon free state and merely wearing a Gamcha around the neck and talking about being "Abhijatya" will not make you a proud Bihari. So, think before looking for another injustice from any scam because of the inside story maybe something else and certainly, the statistics speak better which could be seen through the weblink:

Being respectful to everyone cost me bad vibes when I become young!

India is a country of dysfunctional mentality as the Indians love to hear abuses and be abusive throughout life. The more respectful you are towards the younger ones which is the next generation and the elder ones which are the above generation it leads to a life of derogatory terms for you. Believe me, it is my forty years of experience in my life which clearly has shown me that if you are respectful, people try to beat you out in every possible way and it is common for them to create a ring against you and then consequences could be to face a life of your own.
Since the day when I left from the railway station of my birthplace which was Bokaro Steel City people who were my elders and knew me since childhood use to abuse me in front of their sons in spite of a time when my Great Grandfather has arranged jobs for many people through the Employment Exchange of Bokaro Steel City, Camp II. For me being respectful towards everyone cost me bad vibes when I become young as they lacked professional attitude, courtesy and generosity along with traits of hard work while I stood better in behavioral ways until all hell broke loose one day with beating me badly while if they look back the fault could be seen in their upbringings and thought of life manners.
Their children who use to study with mediocre schools and were not known as achievers use to harass and bully me in the school but I certainly use to keep quiet and concentrated on my studies. Also, the boys or girls who were of a different mindset while speaking "KAAL DEKH LEB EH JAISAN KE" which actually means in Bhojpuri which is the native language of Bihar or rather Bhojpur was always aggressive towards me. Although, my father who was good in physique and has a general sense of humor most of the time kept me away from the tyrants.
There were people from all caste but unfortunately, in today's scenario, they do not ask there Chief Minister Mr. Nitish Kumar to think about growing the vegetables as he is primarily a Kurmi by his caste. He could have bought a green revolution in Bihar but rather he talks about the rape theory. The other one Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav, who could have bought a White Revolution in the form of Milk Units equally give undue importance to his surname and Animal Husbandry Department stood out to be the place for his famous scam.
For, the Bihari's who are receiving fewer taunts these days their great leader Mr. Manoj Tiwari is afraid of going towards his city where he has spent his childhood which was co-incidentally Bokaro Steel City, and certainly could be trying to ruin every better person image including me who do not think too much about elections and rather think about my bread and butter instead of ruining my own hard-earned money.
If you step towards Varanasi and further towards any other cities of U.P. including Saharanpur and also towards Bulandshahar, they certainly are a place where agriculture has bought a certain revolution and peace and prosperity could be seen. On the other hand, while Bihar got blessed with a network of Rivers and also every city and towns along with villages are connected with Highways and Railways they just do not give any importance to their land and rivers and once in the name of culture just take the stride in the river to do Chathh Puja and thus laugh with wide mouth on others talking about the achievements which certainly could not be seen anywhere!

India should channelize it's non-productive population towards agriculture

Indian people mindset since time immemorial is to stay in the agriculture field, do the potty there, eat food, have sex in it and then get back at night for a good sleep. It may be the weirdest truth but in spite of students being sent to school and colleges and after that towards the job the primary thought is about having a small piece of land and then till it. At noon the woman coming with "chach" and roti-dal and both of them eating it and after few minutes get aggressive and then again get back to farming.
When it comes to globe-trotting they rather feel like going to Thailand and Malaysia along with Singapore for the rich farmers and the middle class just going for the tirath and moving all along the country to laugh on each other's clothing and lifestyle but of course not on food.
If the population does not love to do the work and most of the time find out some odd ways to earn by either begging or into various other unproductive jobs such as working as a maid should be given an opportunity to work in the agricultural field they will certainly create a miracle.
The country is known to have the highest agricultural land and even China and Russia which has the highest landmass just cannot compete with India in terms of agricultural yield. Just think that if the rural economy is developed and with people benefiting out it then there will be less of the infrastructural problems in the cities.
As per my beliefs, the states like Bihar could get back into the agriculture mode at a fast pace and people should migrate less towards the cities and once they will harvest the land they will certainly not feel like migrating to Punjab or Maharashtra and Patanjali can be the biggest gainer out of this movement.
The people may discard companies like Reliance for once but they will never deny a company like Patanjali and Sri Baba Ramdev instead of thinking about being a personal trainer to Miss Deepika Padukone should take advantage from the agricultural lands of Bihar all between Gaya to Mughalsarai which will make him not only the richest person in India but also in the world.
Once he will do that then India will become the biggest in terms of agrarian yield and believe me India should channelize its non-productive population towards agriculture which will be the best way to help the people of Bihar who are known to do hard work and Sri Manoj Tiwari along with Sri Manoj Bajpai can change the face of Bihar along with Sri Nitish Kumar and significant others!

Gradual growth is better than unlimited success!

In the Indian sub-continent, if we see any field whether film, television or any Government sector people get promotions or in the case of movies they are suddenly worshipped by their fans. All the adulation and craze about cricket players could be seen with their few performances and people keep them on their heads and shoulders. Once, they reach the crescendo of their life they are found to be reaching a greater height of luxury and after that their downfall starts for many more years.
In between, they form many enemies who could be jealous of their achievements and thus it leads to a virtual fight and further the people who are not successful find it difficult to take the success of their counterparts who could have studied with them.
Just think about those stars like Sir Sachin Tendulkar who got booed in their own cricket grounds like Wankhede Stadium after performing with some bad knocks in few series. Even Mr. Mohammad Azharuddin who also faced bad vibes by people after his few dismal performances. Sri Kapil Dev has to cry publicly many times but nobody tried to wipe their tears. It is all because of the education system which is so much competitive that 10+2_3 is considered to be the formative years. If you are not good at all these years in education, you can venture into sports and any other field of your choice but you have to become successful to earn rupees and reputation.
Also, to make matters worse not only because of the peer pressure but your own siblings try to overpower you if they find you to be a bit weak and the same is for the nephew and cousins who start overpowering you and further, the neighborhood do the same.
Now, if I think about gradual growth is better than unlimited success one could take the examples of countries like the USA and Canada where people after completing their formal education venture into the trade of their wish whether they become a truck driver or a train driver or the road worker. They remain happier with their lives and do not look for stupendous growth but try to earn money since childhood, make their own home at some Texas ranch keep domestic animals and remain happy with farming and other necessary things. This is the trait of a cowboy person in the USA. Now, people from India who go for becoming an IT entrepreneur put all their efforts into building the capital and wealth but ultimately stay at hurricane zone places and after buying homes are suddenly found to be surrounded by floodwaters and thus lose everything within moments. It s because the locals there are more aware of the climatic conditions and while the rich Indians are unable to think far and thus weigh their money in today's terms rather than thinking about tomorrow.
Now, thinking about the current China-America fiasco Indian entrepreneurs could immediately take the help of selling their goods to China because China was most of the time taking the help of American companies to produce their goods and services.
Now, getting back to the point where thinking about gradual growth is better than unlimited success because stepping up is a continuous process and when people who are into movie reach the age of 40-45 years and are out of their particular role they feel bad about it and thus leads to problem in their life which leads to super-ego which crushes them. On the other hand, a common person does not have such issues and he continues his life with much of fulfillment and it takes him to a better lifestyle which he enjoys for many years in life.
To conclude one could say that if your child is not into the thought of being into running towards achievements let him feel free and then he or she will gradually make his own life in a better way through destiny which plays a greater role in life and other people have regrets left for underestimating the common man!

One should never step back in life in terms of Degrees!

"One should never step back in life in terms of Degrees" could be a great way to think and continue with the lifestyle and concluding the achievements as this is the only thing which makes you one after the other. I have seen a few vagabonds in my life who are not to be named that even after completing their class X for their muse sake they again go for the Xth Exams after many years. The improvement exams may be a different scenario but any fool who could be termed as Tom, Dick or Harry may ask you to rethink your studies and once you do that then your own certification goes for a trade and you stand nowhere in life.
Also, one should never put the certification on for a loan that use to happen in earlier days because if you do so and unable to pay then the certifications get defunct and your life gets into jeopardy. Remember, whether you have studied in life to a great extent but people at Delhi University Open School of learning can change your certification in front of your face for a small amount and then you could be given numbers that could resemble an under-certification in life.
In that case, I always believe that your local university fares far better as the teacher or the professor knows you or even the Distance Education stands out to be better from a Deemed University. I was a good student throughout my life but life scale is judged by other's achievements and you are always made a dwarf before others.
It could be seen in many people who are civilized enough that they start tormenting a student since childhood if he or she turns out to be aggressive and many of us becomes a victim of such system where the rising on our own is always laughed about. The time was there when in Delhi everywhere it was written on the walls "X fail 12 th pass kare" then they improved it with "9th fail 10th pass kare". I after doing my Class xth fromC.B.S.E Board Holy Cross, Bokaro Jharkhand, made it better by going for the Open Schooling from C.B.S.E and thus my Class Xii Board result after a few years gap was still better than any school candidate who gets less than 50%.
Once, completing it I applied for B.A Political Science Honours from Delhi University School of Open Learning but as fate has to get into life in spite of my answers were the best I did not get a better result. Further, I completed my BBA from EIILM University which is a UGC granted College of Distance learning in Sikkim. Then after a few years of gap, while I completed my NIIT Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, I become a Content Writer by profession.
Before that, I also worked with companies like IBM, and IEnergizer and fulfilled my wish of buying my own house with proper registration at Ajnara Integrity, E-209 which is named after my mother Kiran Bala Devi.
Once all this got completed I went to Bharati Vidyapeeth, Paschim Vihar, Rohtak Road, New Delhi and took admission to M.A Sociology and within two years got a good result of Second Higher Class which was 56.8%.  In between, I use to hear all the slangs at times as my colleagues at Office use to overpower me while beating me as it happens because here in Delhi young students try to overpower each other and most of the time by staying away from girls also hit me hard as I have only one thing to save money for which I invested in Birla Sun Life and also helped my mother in making her future secure through her own money.
So, whether people haunted me and poking fun at me but I kept my mind focussed and in spite of not earning in lakhs per month but a small amount of money which I earn these days by writing contents for my manager's under whom I worked I also become a Marathon Runner.
I have completed two half marathons and two full marathons and again going for IDBI Half Marathon at New Delhi on 23 February 2020. The next big thing is applying for Ph.D. in Sociology which of course is not the final destination as life moves on!
That is the reason I believe that one should never step back in life in terms of degrees and they are the precious feather in the cap which a person earns by all the hard work and of course, money plays an important role but the labor is yours behind it and the woman role is to drag you down which is her way of life and few demonic people follow them which is their way of life.

Pilibhit Tiger Reserve-A great way to unwind during weekend!

The moment a holiday is near people start planning to visit hills and whether it is the Summer or the Winters the traffic all along the hills could be seen swarming with the population. It also becomes irritating at times to see the same kind of crowd who could be seen following you in your thoughts. Now, thinking about some offbeat destination that could give solace as well as some great pleasure through mystic ways to get a rejuvenation could be finding an offbeat destination like a wildlife sanctuary.
It is not necessary that every time one has to rush towards Ranthambhore in Rajasthan or the Jim Corbett National Park which has few animals to see as most of them try to rush away towards the greater terrain regions and all you can see there are the wild dogs or the elephants at times which come all the way from the Ramnagar Forest Reserve. Since Ranthambore is expensive in the terms as it is quite known as the VIP zone and publicized wildly by the Rajasthan Tourism people if looking for alternatives could find few wildlife sanctuaries in the Uttar Pradesh, which is far better as compared to conserving the wildlife along with the hills and forests.
The Pilibhit Wildlife Reserve is at a distance of 344.9 Km and takes 7 hours to reach there. Also, the route is quite convenient and the nearest rail-head is Pilibhit station. The only train which takes you there from Delhi via Ghaziabad is the 14556 Tanakpur Express which starts from Delhi at 06:10 a.m and reaches Pilibhit at 15:30 P.M. One could get a Sleeper. 3rd A.C. or a general ticket and book the ticket in advance through the IRCTC website. Once you reach there just hire a cab and then you can also get the Pilibhit Guest house amidst the forest through UP tourism.
The various private owners also have their own well-furnished accommodation at appropriate prices and the tourist log huts along with lodges and forest resthouses at Bankatti, Mala, Chuka and also various other places. It also has a small canteen attached to it and they charge a nominal tariff so it is always good to carry something of your own in the form of snacks and cup noodles for satisfying the hunger when the staff is not available at night.
The only thing which will give you complete happiness is the peace which is much needed these days and the natural greenery which is not seen on hills like the hills all along Shimla and various other places have become more of a commercial venture and they are equally hot during summer.
The bird species are more than 326 species could be found here and is an ideal place for the bird watchers. The fish eagle, serpent eagle along with spotted owl and jungle babbler are to be seen in common.
The animals to be found here are leopard, sloth bear, wild boar, and the reptiles are found here is the monitor lizard and python among many others but the hunting is prohibited.

Best time to visit: September to June (Avoid monsoon as heavy rainfall occurs)

Winter is the best time to visit as animals come out to catch the warmth of the Sun.

For many other details one can visit the weblink provided below:

Is Bollywood only the destiny maker of India?

Have you ever thought why the Indian Movie Industry which is typically divided into Bollywood, Tollywood, and South Indian cinema gets so much respect from the Indian masses? It is all because they show the dream of swanky cars,  beautiful girls and their own super attitude which certainly a common man does not need in life.
However, the Industry stalwarts talk about the growth factor but the truth is that they do not put their investment on Indian soil and merely paying taxes do not make our country rich. We remain in the category of poor nations as compared to the Middle-East and actually they destroy the Indian people mindset by building their own cinema halls and malls were ultimately the fool among us go and spend in which typically they again reap huge benefits.
Much of the News Channels which are always under their fake heroines who do not know how to speak in public could be seen lip-syncing while your son or daughter could be seen folding their hands and standing before them for the sex and the lust which they have carried since generations.
Have you ever asked that Is Bollywood only the destiny maker of India? No, they put their own man and woman into the deeper soul of the nation where they put one or two people into either Police Force or any other system and thus they try to rule the roost after taking away your better piece of thought by showing their women who are actually of no use for the common people as they are mostly outdated in terms of looks and sophistication is primarily not their forte.
The more of their investment in the Middle-east has hopefully not seen any better return probably for the first time and this could have given them some jitters. It is the habit of any better person who once reaches the upper crest of life just dislike the lower strata people and the same could be seen for a country like India. Thankfully for the Modi Government where-in, the Prime Minister of our nation when has gone on foreign tours must have found the difference between the other nation and us which is India and could have found any typical Bollywood character mocking on him at the airport or during his speeches.
In my personal opinion, I would ask the Indian Government to keep a strict eye on the returns made by such industry and channelize their money for the common people's interest and also as per I believe there is nothing called Under-World but it might be their own false propaganda from where they must have chosen some people of the likes of either some small-time terror gangs or unemployed youths and created terror in the mindset which has already been wiped out by the "Mumbai Police".
So, such people from Bollywood should also keep the bigger interest of developing India in their mind rather than putting the countries like UAE and others as they have less landmass while our country which is India has bigger land density to develop and wipe out the poverty of this nation forever!

Man is known because of his excellence and women for treachery!

Since time immemorial it has been the forte of the man to be excellent in his traits, trades, and words in which he portrays himself. The people who were the hunter in the ancient past most of the time the male use to go for the hunting and the woman used to do the odd jobs. From there on the thoughts started residing in the female of doing treachery and move from one home to another seeking love, lust and desire. The woman as in nature always seems to be unsatisfied and seeking more thus leading to all kinds of behavioral traits that remain shrouded with the good words and slippery tongue that resembles the butter.
1 out of 100 remains loyal and she is for the chosen few who are on the higher pedestal of growth and even one can see a few of them still facing the odd words because of the behavior of the society. Now, getting back to the point as the headline says man is known because of his excellence and women for treachery man has to be either above her to give her respect and also be confident enough to understand the situation and reply back which should not lead him further to face any harsh reality.
In real-life scenarios today there are many women who have reached a higher pedestal of growth and because of their beauty with brains tag must be ruling the roost but certainly must have surpassed the age bracket which could be seen in their mind and face. Now, the fact of the matter is that such woman may make you the toyboy and after using you for certain period of time will certainly throw you out from your life and then you will either be found at some places which you cannot imagine and at times you may be radicalized in such a way which could lead you to get into some outfits which just spread terror.
It is also not easy to get into the shroud of such woman and then get back to life as they have a lot more specific people around them which could relate to some bigger mafia and today such people are bound to lose their happiness along with life savings and thus remain pauper in life.
The worst one faces in life are the woman's wagging tongue which if understood by you will not give you the ability to laugh back but the only thing left in your mind is to run away and then there are thousands of ditch open for such person.
It is always better to become something in life on your own, have faith in your deeds and religion and then work hard in life which could give back better in terms of good food and pleasure which remains with you forever and then it is better to be a bit late than to get some shoulder to leap which may even throw you in the dungeon from where nobody can lift you up in life!

The Dotted Commoner replaces Maharaja!

With the low budget airline giving every Indian to fly and the dream which started by Deccan Airlines has reached the moon as The Indigo Flight has been judged in the world's ten safest and best airlines by a survey. It is a matter of great pride for the Indian carrier to give a great feeling to the people who love to take the aerial route. Although at times the people who try to show themselves to be more elite may complain about the manhandling of their baggage as in my personal opinion I did not find any such issues occurring with me when I boarded the Flight number 6E-2839 on 04th December 2019 to Bengaluru from Indira Gandhi Airport terminal 2. The flight sequence was 0162.
The entire Crew members were very helpful and when I was facing difficulty while opening the door of the lavatory or the washroom the air hostess helped me to go towards the staff toilet as the other one was occupied. This shows the generosity of the air hostess. The co-passenger who was on the other seat as I was seated at the window seat number 16 F, were carrying their own lunch which was baked sandwiches made from home and although I was busy watching the sky which is my favorite hobby I at times was also getting into a pot-shot mode which has become my favorite pastime and the air hostess loved my digs.
Here, in the tag line of the article says "The Dotted Commoner replaces Maharaja" as because the Logo of Indigo is made out of Dots in the form of an airplane while the Maharaja Signifies the Air-India logo which has always been a part of the controversy and in spite of charging a whopping amount for any flights it is always showed in loss and relying under heavy debts. The link which gives Indigo the status of the safest airline is as follows:

https://www.msn.com/en-in/travel/news/airlineratings-top-10-safest-low-cost-airlines-for-2020/ar-BBYEJAz?ocid=spartandhp

The Airline ratings which are a safety and product rating website has given thumbs up to this budget carrier which flies to 70 destinations which include 54 domestic destinations and 18 international destinations. The country flagship carrier, Air India on the other hand, could be seen a rickety service provider with much of the technical snags which have almost become a habit for the carrier.

Now, talking about the airlines which are seen to be in Queue of being the best-selected airlines out of 450 airlines across the world are as follows:

1. Air Arabia( UAE)
2. Flybe (England)
3. Frontier (US)
4. HK Express (HK)
5. Indigo (India)
6. JetBlue (US)
7. Volaris (Mexico)
8. Vueling (Spain)
9. Westjet (Canada)
10. WizzAir (Hungary)

It clearly shows that Indigo is matching the world standards and is counted among airlines of some of the best-known nations thus making it count ahead of all other carriers like the Vistara which is all puffed up as it resembles TATA and similarly Spice Jet which has appointed the brand ambassador as Sushmita Sen along with the Go airways which are by the Ness Wadia and company and similarly any other airlines including the Jet Airways which is seeing the turbulence in its share.
I hope Indian may feel proud about the status which has been gained by the Indigo and give respect to their crew members as the people we are who always know to bring down the status of respect given to any individual, company or let's say anything and then speak that probably they did not match our standards until they prove their worth repeatedly to show their best side which is called THE SUNNY SIDE UP!

JNU Campus was becoming an Anti-India Den!

JNU Campus which is seeing a heavy crackdown by Indian Poice and also by the agitators was needing this blatant treatment for a long time and it could be said that the eviction of the anti-social elements was due from a long time. India's biggest University which use to give good facilities suddenly saw an influx of Kashmiri students who have become the root cause to defy the Education system and were near to the supposedly militant group from Pakistan.
In this way, one could think that if the Education system will get heavy issues of all kinds of terror outfits then what will be the impact on educating the students and far is the thought of enlightenment of their minds along with paving a way for the bright future. Now, think if your ward goes to a college and instead of getting educated he or she joins some anti-social elements what will be the impact on your mind. It is all about the money along with girls in the form of honey traps which reduce their future to noughts and thus they are neither aggressive nor are for any use to The Indian Civil System which is largely understood as democracy.
So, if the crackdown by Police is done it has been done for the betterment because of Education system is an institution that affects every section of society whether you are from a labor class or a person working as an executive in some big organizations. If one has to change the world we cannot take the help of terrorist outfits like Al-Qaeda or any other such organizations but it is our own pure thoughts and mind which will make the world a better place to live and that also on respectful terms.
If people who openly speak about joining such terror outfits and thinking about the money do not understand the value of hard work and labor which remains the base of everything in this world.
If such would have been the case of getting easy money then every such person who languishes into poverty could be the first one to join such terror outfits but the fact of the matter is that every wise person who may be better in his trade understands the value of hard-earned money and at last the person who takes the wrong path in life never gets back to the societal norms.
Also, if our Indian universities will become a hideout for such people who are openly against the Indian Economic System then what India will portray to the world is known to be the most valor and stout nation and even the U.S.A and United Nations asks for all kinds of support from the Indian Government to save their resources such as embassies and other necessary offices all over the world.
So, any of us who understand the value of the right way to live should support the Delhi Police along with the Indian Police as after all people from our own home are working in the system and they are always trying to save our home first rather than the terrorists who are always in the first line of culprit. So, support the cause of getting the University back on right track and as per my belief the JNU campus was becoming an Anti- India Den so removing the ill people from there was necessary to improve the education system which helps in earning through better ways and maintain standards of life.

Being Sadist is a trait & should be abolished from mind!

Many a times when we are innocent and adolescent (which is a boy or a girl) under 18 i.e. not adult then we are bound to fall in love, temporarily or just an infatuation. Although, few of them are smart enough not to get into the mold of keeping their social behavior within their own check where they dare not to cross any path of dare-devilry.
It is also not love but mockery of love where they have got so much of freedom from the parents still under being a bounded behavior which do not make them to stray wayward in life. For me it was the same thing as I kept thinking about love in small happiness like good food, good schooling, sweetmeat every weekend with new movies to watch at the nearby theater. The same was for my sister "Sweta Srivastava" who has her own bout of happiness as my father use to take care of her life in the same manner without creating any difference between me and her.
Now, coming back to the title which says "Being Sadist is a trait & should be abolished from mind" as it creates bigger harm to life and most of the time it happens due to dissatisfaction. If I remember I was never reprimanded by my teachers or fellow students in the name of showing any aggression of a sexual or explicit behavior with the classmates and I always drew a thicker line which kept my friends to behave in the same way because they were also from the same social background of high class educated and thoughtful person.
Most of the time during parents teacher meeting the teachers used to praise each other students behavior and I was never the one who took any offensive measures in school days.N ow, think about the scenario where any particular person who becomes offensive and disrespectful and further get towards any crime or maybe going for an acid attack on women which is the sign of a jilted lover leads to the story line of the upcoming movie Chappak.
Just think about the impact on the life of a woman when she receive a serious stab wound because the spurned lover must have crossed all path and to seek her attention may have been giving a deeper impact through knife and sometimes the woman gets killed. Such, scenario are generally done by the juveniles and there comes the part played by moral education which is bigger than sex education in schools.
Our school which was Holy Cross at Bokaro Steel has a special subject which was moral science and it helped us to segregate our thought process to become a good citizen and it further helped in life. Although, for me sexual behavior still remained a taboo and after reaching 40 years of age I am still not free from mind to ask for sexual favors which does not make me desperate as I have seen that the more we do sex the more belonging feeling comes in our life to have it once with everyone and that leads to the enjoyment which could be harmful at times as money is not always the return gift for doing sex!

My little effort to understand the society by my thoughts lead to "Silence Judgement"!

Blogging may be a fun to someone and a way to earn bread and butter for others but for me while as a Content Writer and Developer it helped...
