Well, whether it is a private corporation or a Government Organization, Indian Managers face elaborate issues where few days after hiring the man and women start showing their chameleon instinct. After getting hired and breaking the ice syndrome which is a new way of onboarding and understanding the job instead of creating the name by knowing the nuances of workman and woman immediately try to find out the simple loopholes to get towards the bed and enjoy intimacy from managers.
In case, if the manager is macho and has power in terms of manhood to face the world with multiple orgasms with different women things go smoothly for him for few years, after which the issues starts where the Director starts finding the loopholes even if he is able to work better with his subordinates. Also, once the manager becomes weak in terms of having a sexual relationship the office atmosphere goes for a toss and however rich or influential he is the issue becomes out of control and the woman takes the undivided affection on her to get divided into other subordinates. Once the crescendo is reached the male manager has to either switch his job or have to face the taunts of every other person and he feels the burden in his life which could be about the double edge sword.
The same could be said about the female managers who just could not get hold of the corporation until she if gets cozy to one person, has to share her body with many other men as people try to overpower her and then her self respect goes for a toss. Under any circumstances the situation becomes unbearable and although she tries to take control of the situation she has to face multiple taunts everywhere whether if she goes to the petrol pump or grocery store the same greedy eyes follow her everywhere.
On the other hand, there are few loyal people who understand the world and its limitations in a better way and believe that today's issue of harassing the female or male colleague will cost them their better tomorrow. Their thinking leads them to many hardships as whether it is the male or female behavior their own ego hurts in a manner where they think that the subordinate not coming under him or the male manager may overpower and could topple to take the place in the eyes of management.
So, however beautiful or good a manager is he or she should never believe in the office romance especially and if she or he does so then it should not be with the subordinates which are junior colleagues however good he or she is. It should be done outside the office and to that level where their name should not be considered in their derogatory list thus making their career spic and span which should help them to continue with a great lifestyle forever as in India even if you beat a dog or kill an ant it is remembered for many days and then taunts are for free forever!
