My little effort to understand the society by my thoughts lead to "Silence Judgement"!

 Blogging may be a fun to someone and a way to earn bread and butter for others but for me while as a Content Writer and Developer it helped me to give a way to keep writing my thoughts, expressions and views. The subject was my own experiences, relevant details about many social norms and sometimes agricultural aspects along with  sports and various professional thoughts.

In this way I could say that my little effort to understand the society by my thoughts lead to "Silence Judgement" and it has not given me any monetary benefits but certainly did not deprived me of improving my own writings and helped me to be clear about my thoughts.

Although, the topic "Silence Judgement" is an often repeated terms in various movies but certainly it has become a point to put your own interest and views over the internet through an easy manner and it did not have any harmful instance towards anyone.

So, one could say and feel that with no harm, no benefit policy and also not degrading any person through a medium such as Movies or News Channels it has given me a responsive way to understand my life as compared to many others who were neither near to me nor that far.

Not to stretch my thoughts I would like to state that since I am leaving for my Birth state which was erstwhile Bihar till the year 2000 the edition of "Silence Judgement" will be in the mode of To be Continued and for this point of time there will be no further pages from my end and neither I am appointing any other columnist to work on my page.

* I went to Bihar for few days in the month of September 2020 and then got back to Ghaziabad at my own home. I am very much overwhelmed to see that few or many of the thoughts have borne fruit. Although, we all are going through testing times in life because of Covid-19. I hope like me everybody else will remain fit and fine.

So, more than 700 page was a way to give the extended views after doing my Master of Arts in Sociology in the year 2017 and all I could say is that I am thankful to my readers and also Google who has given me a great platform to enjoy the writing, reading and understanding the life of a common man in the best possible ways which is me.

Integrating Wooden Toy Industry could be a great way to leave plastic toys!

Today in the 68th edition of Mann Ki Batt by P.M. of India Sri Narendra Modi put emphasis on the toy industry and create it with the new way through start-ups. This could be a new way to put the toy industry of India on a new high as most of the toys by renowned companies turn out to be costly and out of the reach of many nationals. 

Also, the Chinese Industry is seeing a major setback as the plastic toys are more challenging to the environment as they are found to be toxic and also the Chinese products use somewhat bad paints and enamels leading to many complains by the manufacturers in the past.

If one goes through various wooden toys industry it has a rich set-up in all parts of India and local artisans produce some great toys. Now, one could understand that integrating wooden toy industry could be a great way to leave plastic toys and with much of the demands of such toys now-a-days also in the past with countries like Russia and many other similar nations all across U.S.A and Europe it will be a great way to take help of such artisans on large scale.

The artisans all over India are well trained but with the help of little bit of training and machineries like lathe machines along with other mechanized machine will help them to get into this industry and manufacture goods on a large scale turning it to be an all year production instead of seasonal manufacturing.

Most of the parts of India such toys are produced during the festivals like Dussehra or Dipawli and at times the earthen toys are also in demand. With big companies like Funskool and many others could take the advantage of such artisans and with a better collaboration they could make a huge profit as Amazon and other shipping companies are increasing their reach to such artisans.

So, the toymakes could blend their kind of toys with the help of wooden artisans and they can surpass China and many other nations but to protect the environment and replenish the resources much of the trees could be planted on barren lands and a circulation of trees within an year will give huge amount of profit and Indian toy industry will find a makeover which cannot be surpassed by any nation as well as new start-ups could join the fun to earn huge benefits! 

The Machine loves a person equally if it is loved!

 None of us are the one who has not used any kind of machines in life and most of the time what we see is that we consider machines as a non-living being. The first thought of Artificial Intelligence comes out with the fact of Machines having a capability of understanding human mind and working according to them. In today's world the simplest of machines seems to be interacting with the surroundings whether it is the honking of bus horn or any fighter jets or airplane passing over the head.

So, technically speaking to feel safe and be safe as in the case of machines when we reach any place we find the old adage saying that "safety first" as machines can change their mood and must have terrible mood swings as compared to humans. 

Different videos over the internet at times show that the machines such as any trolley truck or many other of the vehicles destroy themselves at their own wish and it is more professional approach than any person doing a harakiri or suicide.

We also see that humans are drifting away from each other and there are less of interactions with most of the time the enemy feeling could be seen over the face. So, if one could instead of getting more thoughtful in getting most out of a mechanized body then it is always good to find it with a machine,

Feeling in love with machines gives a better satisfaction and it could be found to be a thoughtful way that the machine loves a person equally if it is loved and then one could feel that what all machines may give you love equally back in every possible ways.

The first will be the kitchen machine which is mostly used by woman, man, children and many others but that does not make any sense that a blender could be used to penetrate in your skin or rub it but we should always be careful to handle it in an appropriate and gentle manner.

The same could be said with the vehicle which you posses from bicycle to car and even bikes. If I remember during my childhood most of my uncles use to spent a lot more hour on Sundays with their bicycle and then just cleaning along with operating on it was an important chore of life.

The same could be said for the scooter and bike in the later part of life but today we see that most of us put our car and bikes to be cleaned by the person in the society who just gets  a payment for it. He takes away a good amount by cleaning your vehicle and with that your own affinity with the vehicle goes for a naught. 

Instead of coming close to the vehicle of your own an irresponsible person could be seen pondering over your car and then giving back the car keys to the family members taking the affinity of the car as well as your family members.

Although, it could feel like a sermon but it is the first step in life to get close to your machine and then get the love back by the machine for many long years in life and anybody who understands the machine better will be given due importance by all type of machines including humans!

Finding oneself is the biggest "Quest" in life!

Few of us talk about conquering the subject which we study, others find the girl as a way to be conquered while some consider that the person who is reading the any mention quotes to be as a winner but the people who feel like conquered by solving an equation or a principle has said Eureka which means I have done it. Now, the fact of the matter is that learning as an objective could be understood by those who believe in his own way of life and do not take losing or winning as a way to enjoy but remains humble and thank God in his own ways.

Once India won the World Cup in 2011 they went to Tirupati and then certainly it was  a way to please the God who is known as the God of wealth. The only thing which gives pleasure in life is to be feeling O.K. in the own eyes and for that a social acceptance may work at times. It is not necessary that taking a child education at any level could be found to be of an object of affection at this age where education has become a way not to achieve something but a way to propagate themselves as even a small children is more or less better in his own ways.

Considering the fact that during the early 80's the education was given much of an importance and a social divide was created in the name of the medium where people were studying within the same school, were abusive about various aspects of life and when anybody was found to be out of the school he or she would make it a one point agenda of making fool of a single student.

Also, few of them were always taking the subjects to be being Bhumihar or Rajput friendly esp. in case of Bihar and nobody tried to understand that education was not a particular way to celebrate their caste. If I was a person who could be found to be giving equal importance as I was found to be within the part of Bihar which was found to be in Jharkhand now, then I did not took any offences for calling any children as a son or daughter of a nurse in hospital or maybe an officer in plant which was a common adage at that point of time.

Apart from taking it a way to enjoy and understand the education there were people who were found to be of age group who could be better to be found in a job but considering education as a prime thought to get ahead they opted to study first and then grow in life on their own and given due importance by me.

So, if one could say that finding oneself is the biggest "quest" in life then it was just a way to make bigger mockery for those who could not reach at any pedestal in life and running towards single agenda of making themselves to be rich with the help of all kind of malpractices have only given frustration to themselves and their parents as the world does not belong to the laughing stock but those who believe in understanding life by their own career graph making the country a real democracy! 

Insomnia or lack of sleep is common cause for anxiety & depression!

 When a person works multiple shifts which is common in Army and Police across all ranks then it leads to depression. The psychiatrist most of the time takes advantage of it by asking the patient to go for multiple tests and the CT Scan is also one of them. Further, the people get afraid and terrified and then hallucination of worst form occurs where one could see people moving in the form of shadows and many other forms leading to acute depression.

Also, people tend to get suicidal and are afraid of people around them leading to a thought of despair and also people tend to have a feeling of loosing the near and dear ones. The all symptoms may make you feel paranoid and also it gives a feeling of tension and anxiety with terrible headache.

Now, one of the best way to get rid of such symptoms are:

1. Avoid constipation: The body most complex organ is stomach and if it is not clear it leads to serious stomach problems and gastronomical problem with issues related to constipation takes place. To avoid that the best form is to keep a bottle of water and sip it within few minutes. Also, if Police personnel gets such issues it is good for them to have a normal cold water with them as it soothes the brain and other organs on an immediate basis.

2. 2 Km run: A 2 Km run in the early morning or equivalent amount of spending time on outdoor games such as volleyball and football will not only keep a person fit and fine forever but it will give you a healthy mind and body leading to no symptoms of depression.

3. Listening to music once you are free from your work: Reading books is just a passing thought these days but listening to music which is light and soothing will help to recover with insomnia or lack of sleep which is common cause for anxiety and depression.

4. Food habits: Food habits is all about eating the Gram and Gud in the morning where Gud is called jaggery and also taking less of alcohol will help in the most proficient way along with food with less food with all kinds of masala which is spices in general.

Although, visiting a psychiatrist can help but treating yourself with the most easiest way of changing the lifestyle will help to overcome issues on an immediate basis without much of medication!

The One Point Agenda has killed many people of their soul!

 India has always been a country with a difference in understanding between the generation and most of the time the clashes are found not within the family but in the neighbors who are adamant to prove supremacy over each other. The lifestyle adapted by any person could be the main cause as various people have different understanding of their life and they tend to work all according to their wish. What makes the real difference is their way to take the life at various points and then work according to the situation. One cannot be educated at the same time and a hooligan at the other time. The same could be said about making a group and then overpower each other in the name of making a benefit.

If you see few of the people who seem to be into various kinds of work and then in the evening their lifestyle is akin to challenging each other and then put themselves into one point agenda where they meet at a single point most of the time unknowingly for a person who himself stays away then it seems how much the tag Criminal was justified once by his presence of mind.

The dirtiest smile ever make the picture clear and then it shows that somewhere down the line life is all about creating a deep void within their own mind, heart and soul and overtaking by the name of being a person with not much of difference in terms of education but a filthy mind has stated the truth once again.

If one speaks the truth then one could say that "one point agenda has killed many people of their soul" and when they talk about understanding each other better and give something which is about a person with no bigger base in life but a municipal person it is no point to consider him bigger than the educated youth who have gone through better books in life when it comes to studies and understood the difference between the spelling "Table" and the numerical table which is attached with multiplication.

 I remember during my class test when asked about making a 7 *7=49 I put the entire table on page or the answer sheet and my friend said that you could have given the answer. I said i had enough time to write the entire table. The same could be said about many other people in our life who give the answer through their ways which could be cheap, dirty or filthy but they might be behind the growth of many things including the fruits, vegetables and various other products.

On the other hand the disruptive personality who has all the ways to make people feel a jerk and then run behind the others while a person is going to any place of pilgrimage such as Varanasi and other places makes sense that how poor and desperate his thoughts were to make the children and the father feel bad about their mother and wife respectively.

Still, if such a person has survived many years and the society has given him an open hand to do crime, make more of the criminal and increase their social status then it could be said that the wise and wonderful people have left such people on the mercy of God and it is a truth that however we try to sing good or odd about any women or children it is the habit of the women to instigate things and the work of the criminal to take advantage by being bad towards the society and common people in general!

Life is all about transition in different phases!

A good fed and well laid human being has 5 phases in life each constituting of 20 years of time that makes full 100 years of life. Most of the people who lead a wealthier lifestyle move up to the mark and then get set go for many years. Now, think about the first two phase of life which takes your 40 years. The first two phases constitute of your education and experiences in life which makes 40 years of life. Once you are done with it whether into service, business or any commendable industry vertical you can enrich your life. Once it is done and your family is set you can continue with your studies or any other passion which can give jerk to the life to get tremendous growth.

So, one can feel that life is all about transition in different phases and the next 20 years which is all about taking the life to the retirement age as per Indian mindset gives greater purpose in life where you earn seriously with a thought of saving the coming generation and yourself  completing the 60 years of age. Either, you can serve the society in these twenty years or leave the next twenty years for serving the society through various welfare ways either by getting into NGO or Politics and thus helping the society in general and also adding lifestyle values.

It is very much necessary to Payback to the society either through serving or creating opportunities for others so that the entire landscape should change and making growth a prominent factor in life. For that thought a movement is necessary from the hometown which could be village to a Metro city. The hometown keeps you within a lock but the big city gives an exposure as everyone of us cannot move to cities like Dubai and Singapore or lets say Los Angeles.

Also, getting into a sports is necessary as it adds an advantage to the students who love to joining big college as many a times the sports quota is unlimited and with a little bit of practice into athletics add a great way to join any college or universities all over India even if you have a little bit of less marks into any particular subjects.

Also, all those people who have become old could add fun to the life by not becoming a laughing personality and confined to jogger's park but if their son and children or even the grand children have started a business they can take a visit their on time which is either noon or morning so that the business could grow manifolds as in India old people are still trusted more which could be seen in parts of Bihar and Punjab.

What is the use of an old man becoming a security guard and people laughing on them while they are trying to show either an angry character or  a mild one. In this way, the life style will improve for all and those who believe in considering that a woman will try and lift them up for many years to come then they will find themselves to be on the other end of the vertical as woman does not even polish the shoe except if she is your mother! 

Phase of education in India and advantage in Indian Government jobs!

Have you ever thought about the advantage of education in the Government and semi-government sector in India. The country has encouraged the people who have a love for educating themselves and growing fast all according to the economy. Do you still believe that a Class IV job will make you rich and even a certain promotion comes your way, you may get richer by few perks into dearness allowance and other emoluments. But once you add feathers to the cap through educating an Army Havildar and a Police Havildar can immediately increase the rank to higher posts.

The internal job posting at times helps in applying with the increase in the value of your education. Gone are the days when a person use to visit the local MP and MLA and from where his jobs value use to increase and the person could be found onto high ranks For such immediate promotion one has to increase his or her value of education.

Now, think of the phase of education in India and advantage in Indian Government jobs. The person who may be with an education of 10th or 10 +2 can increase his education through getting a University Degree of completing graduation and post graduation through many open school institutes which is not only IGNOU but the various Deemed University where the classes are provided on Saturday and Sunday in relevant subjects.

Such education leads to earning respect in the eyes of colleagues and even your parents and once the retirement comes you do not feel bad that your entire life got fucked while thinking about the education and running errands to earn through multiple ways. Also, one has to understand that however big a businessman or a person you are into farming or real estate if you are not educated as par then people tend to laugh on you at least on your back.

One has to remember that the increase in your salary is all about for the Class B officers and not for the Class C and Class D employees and when it comes to increase in salary through pay commissions all you could feel is the thought of crying as the upper crest goes laughing to the bank and the Class C and D employees still feel the heat in the pocket.

All your children are educated and let's say if your son is into some business then your wife is as par educated to teach you through internet and while you are at job she can prepare the notes. maybe if you have a privilege of a beautiful sister-in-law the best way to get pally with her is through education and understand that every relationship does not start over a glass of liquor but at times a great discussion about your education with soft tone will prove your worth and make you feel above else!

Home Schooling- A truth since decades in India!

With Lockdown and Coronavirus taking the attention of the world it is but obvious for the parents to get concern about their wards or pupils. What is the bigger thought is that how safe are our children when it comes to sending them to school after lockdown gets over. Now, think about the people of Bengal and Bihar during the later phase of Indian Independence and even after India achieved it, the educational institutes were less and eminent scholars like Mr. Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar and many other were given education at home.

The rich Bengal people use to have a Muslim and English teacher for the people at home and the local language which is Bangla was even taught by them along with Mathematics. If today you talk about Bijganit in English which is Algebra then any women will jokingly say it about the existence of Period but Algebra, Pythagoras Theorem, Geometry and many others were a part and parcel of the curriculum even at home.

Now one could say that "Home Schooling-A truth since decades in India" which is all about giving basic education to the students till the age of Class V and then introducing them to the school from where onwards he or she can get into the mainstream. Many of us who are educated with the thought of becoming an educationist follow the education to the core at least in our own subject and know how to teach the needy so that they can grow much above than any others.

So, what we can say is that as the new education policy has given an opportunity to the students for helping themselves into mainstream as and when they desire home schooling can be a great option. There are many tutorials in the nearby neighborhood where some of the good educated minds teach with great attention and one can send the students to such places for education without taking the burden of early years of education.

The class 1 to 5 in schools are more or less a preparatory level where students learn basic behavior, moral aspect and how to treat the teacher with respect. Once he or she reaches Class Vi they tend to learn more and for me education is an ongoing process which continues throughout the life rather than continuing with the aspect of compulsion.

With many American schools taking into the home schooling and then getting back towards education while at higher standards shows that they are following the trends of educating their children all about the lifestyle and advancement because many a times because of the pressure such students who grow up with some of them feeling tortured resort to using guns at schools.

In this way, it is not necessary to go for a compulsion in the name of big schools and even the boarding ones but an educated home tutor or even the uncle and aunts could be a bigger source of education which will give a better educated mind at the higher level as Sri Rabindranath Tagore or Gurudev said that " Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high, where knowledge is free". The mind is without fear only when it is educated ( into your own work and getting excel in it )with no problems associated in life.  

Plants can be a great way to understand the facts on crime spots and help solving it!

We are aware about the importance of herbs, shrubs, plants and trees in our life but what we do not make out is the way a plant can be helpful to understand the entire life process and the function all around us. The plants which has a capability to understand human smell and also to some extent know the thought process of humans can be helpful in related to evidence and facts around a crime spot.

The life of a plant is for many years which could be said a large tree and also the same could be said about the various types of shrubs and small ornamental plants which is found around us. Now, if we see the various reports published by the renowned scientist Sri Jagdish Chandra Bose he was known to propagate the theory on plants and much of his studies in details were related to it.

If we consider this an easy way to think that plants can be a great way to understand the facts on crime spots and help solving it then it is obvious that the plants cannot run with you to the court and give the statement but they are a bigger clue with being the prime witness.

Although, animals always help at the crime scene and have solved many of the cases but we as humans do not understand the significance of plants and animal bonding together. IF we see various animals which take the help of plant as camouflage they most of the time change their color to get the plant and surroundings match with it. But the same could be said about the plants which match the color with the animals and lead to find the animals the right surroundings to match with the plants.

It is not about any findings but the plant has a good neurobiological system which helps in understanding the sense and although humans have 5 or more sensory organs but since plant or trees are present in a bigger area they give better stimulus and responses to the mother nature.

Much of the Sri Jagdish Chandra Bose theory about plants molecular biology was published and it has been given due regards in Psychology as well but after his demise there was less research in this field. In India research is a laughable thought for many and once a person puts his thought towards finding a way to do research much of the pre-paper work related to exams and many other aspects take away much of the aspirants time and efforts.

Although, research which is a word related to PhD could even be given a best way to find by discussions with the known professors and the eligible candidate will be able to get the best of the way to carry on with his studies. But, much of the society has not come up with the perception of helping each other and for them people who are a part of growth factor are merely a thought of abuse and disregard which could be seen in their abuses and disregarding people as neither Indians love the growth for themselves, individual or communities! 

**: The current Indian Government led by BJP at center and many other states has put emphasis on it's New Education Policy to have more PhD students and scholars and a compulsion for Professor jobs since the coming year 2021 will be to have a PhD degree adding more of scholars in the education system!

Film Stars do get more of insult in personal life!

 We consider glamour to be the biggest part of anybody's life and think about all the stardom associated with it. But not to take much of the words and come directly to the point the truth is that Film stars do get more insult in personal life. It is not only confined to big actors and actress but to every person on the unit from the spot-boy to directors, producers and other artistes.

Also, with the hobnobbing of underworld during the late 90's it was just difficult for them to move safely an this lead to many other kinds of tensions. Also, with their children who are as par educated with others have to put their big names hidden among sheets as in many cases with the scandals like Jiya khan and many other such stories which has took the large part of media attention has lead to getting the people like Mr. Aditya Pancholi to feel the heat. The same could be said for Sri Sekhar Suman who must have seen the difficult days because of Miss Kangana Ranawat and his son Adhyan Suman facing all the difficulties in life.

With their movements being watched by fans there are many a times that many actors tend to work as cab drivers to get their female friends feel safe and reach the destination with ease. Certainly one could say that the actors and actress just do not get close in some cases such as Sri Shah Rukh Khan and Sri Salman Khan and on the other hand there are friendship which is about the trust and responsibility running together.

Also, with those actors who have a large family to support may feel awkward when much of their belongings could be found to be a part of sharing and caring and on the other hand there are competitors who once they found an actor to be on the path of richness and popularity go to an extent of conspiracies which could be an angle of Sri Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Still in India the film city Mumbai attracts more people from all over and people reach their with dreams in the eyes to become a big actor some day. Some of them run out of luck while others make their life above else with matching the life with great stalwarts.

Although, I do not belong to any bigger name from this industry and nether ever tried to get into it but what I understand is that after every retakes as an actor one has to listen to blunt words and that gives nothing but a life of full of depression and carrying an enemy all around by the public and co-actors it leads to leading life of more than a heartache which could be seen in blunt behavior and sharp faces which at times look for love and no suspicion to carry within the heart!   

A cluster of people from Bokaro Steel could not move over my name!

 Although, I am not a person with some special significance and tried to remain a low profile without much of any pomp and show with me. But it is said that when you are nothing and then try to overcome your fears then you start speaking about the person who could easily be overcome.

This was a theory propagated by a person called Mr. lala Mama in our household whose name is not known to me. According to him he considered me weak and the person with no bigger existence so it was but natural for him to give a show off mantra to all the people who were from Srivastava community to which I belong and his easy way to divert the attention was to say that for any issues in your life say loudly that Mukesh Kumar has done it.

I felt a complete solace the day when I was at Phnom Penh International Airport in the month of December 2017 and a waiter spit on his face and eating bowl when he said that I am a mafia person. He said we serve Mafia in this way and he was feeling quite ashamed but just could not reply as that part of the world in Far East has tough rules and regulations.

So, I could say that a cluster of people from Bokaro Steel could not get over my name and it is but natural that once such people use to visit their native village whether in any part of India they have to carry my names and the few interesting thoughts attached to it.

Thankfully, I was neither a part of any film or cricket which is associated with glamour these days and politics was a far thought for me during childhood and also most of the time my life decisions were confined to my own life and my family.

I also feel that if ever I took any wicket in cricket at my neighborhood there was less of appreciation which is in any case not needed. Also, the same could be said about football at school level but it did not deter my strength and my life was nothing to laugh on others but if ever any chance comes to help then I certainly use to speak in favor of each and every person.

In this way, I could say that I did not have any personal enmity against anyone and since it is said that if any person would have courage and truth in their own ways they would have certainly be an achiever on their own but one can find that Internet has also bought all the bluffs out and they put al the strategy to make people look weird in their life and using photograph is the most common way.

Although, I could say that if all of us would have put emphasis on educating our child then they would have certainly be in the other part of life and dragging my name without any personal attachment which never happened from anyone's end shows that somewhere down the line however big a person is from Bihar and Jharkhand could not meet their own standards.

It also shows that how capabilities could not be understand in deeds but all about harnessing Indian Political System which is more or less a journey of few names who just spoiled the broth and the supper party in the case of Bihar and Bokaro Steel City which did not understood the meaning of cosmopolitan and it was weird to know about Manoj Tiwari who looks sophisticated but still speaks bad about me to please the people who are a fool with less regards and disrespect making the story come true of  serving the food in the wrong dish which is the story of a crane and a fox story.    

An educated person at low jobs do not serve any political purpose!

With people ranting everyday about jobs reducing at ever post from various categories such as Class IV to Class I are making a fool of themselves. It is true that a vegetable seller may sell the vegetables he is growing on his own. But if he is educated as par being a graduate or post graduate he or she can find some good job instead of spending an entire week at home or a farm house. At any farm the work is limited to the extent of sowing the seeds and then reap the benefits after three or four months and that also on weekly basis.

With many people who are born with intelligent minds and with multiple ways to earn moneys are doing four jobs at a time. First, they are reaching to the courier office taking the delivery packets and then in the first round of early morning they are completing the work. Once done they get back to their own office or shop and spend the time there. At evening they take the cab and visit the most happening places with clients and spend their time by serving at happening restaurants and some of them are becoming singers as well.

After doing all these things they get back at home by 11:00 p.m. with the same clients and with that the purpose of doing four jobs are completed. In this way, their earning itself reaches more than 2 lakhs per month and for that they do not have to pay big amount in the form of taxes as any salary between 18,000-20,000 do not have to pay taxes.

On the other hand an educated person at low jobs do not serve any political purpose as any politician with an open mind when you reach for the dua-salam will sharply speak that "You are just wasting the time and money out of political funds" and all you could say is with a grin or a smile which does not make any sense.

So, in broader context one could say that the job can be done all according to the abilities and ability comes from within so in today's context the jobs are for 10th pass as well whether in Digital Marketing or door-to-door marketing and at times the jobs ae even for the 8th pass.

Also, those people who love to spend time at jobs after retirement from big Public sector units are again getting jobs at various sectors into private as their experience counts and at times they can also get some posts which are said to be of creamy layer. 

Much of such thinking is understood by today's youth and for them the life is all about reaching and achieving the goals whether in sports, education or jobs and with the Government coming up with new jobs in every sector including railways the only fools could be seen those who rely on past laurels of their parents and consider themselves to be a bigger politician scion who just could not help his wards to become rich on their own! 

How India would have survived with two political party system!

 Indian Political system is of multiple parties and every state along with the national assembly has political parties which are categorically divided into regional parties and national parties with their own political system, flags and the numerous youth getting into it. On the other hand countries which are superpower like USA and China have two political party system where one is the ruling party and the other is the opposition.

Certainly, one could say that the party which is into various cadres along with the University level youth candidate who are from various political wings such as ABVP, NSUI and various others put a better system of helping the youth into getting at political rallies. Now, what exactly happens is the exposure through political rallies and a way to enjoy the nearness of various MP's and MLA's misguide the young girls easily and then they just do not find any other way to enjoy their lifestyle.

In this way, one could say that the political parties which are into center and opposition although work for the betterment of the country but what about those leaders who unnecessarily show to run errands for the parties, put a flag at their house to symbolize the party and then take away much of the resources in terms of money.

If the political parties believe in themselves and also in the public and without pumping their money for those people who are a waste of money and resources then the country will see less of corruption and also their will be peace and prosperity.

Most of the time the bigger political leader are not aware that the various people who are trying to take the advantage of the political system could make a bigger fool out of people and it leads to various types of crimes in the name of nearness to political heavyweights.

Any party which goes for the fundraising for the elections loose must of it's political goodwill because of the people who work to destroy the image of the political leader. If one thinks how India would have survived with two political party it is difficult as in India everybody wants to become a leader at every level and when it comes to being a protagonist they just try to use the shoulder of a different personality so that they could be behind the shadow and do not carry the image of a culprit!

Father feels proud about the children & mother feels dejected!

The culture of India is about not to create any bigger tantrums about any person personal achievements. The more a person achieves in person whether in any field which is sports, education, entertainment and many other aspects of life he or she is not given any recognition until he reaches a stage where he is capable enough to serve the society. None of us are underachievers in India but the fact is that if we are not good enough to serve the society we are merely the person with a tagline which could not be defined.

The person in us has to understand that we as Indians have to make ourselves society enabled and the person in you if is already a society soother with trying to remove the obstacles and carry forward his thoughts all according to the elder and the respected then he is treated in the worst of the ways. The person in you could be immediately said to be trying to overpower others and then much of the happiness in life is taken over by the earlier generation who belong to the close knit group called family.

If the family is tried to be served then the society starts putting the worst of the image as none of the family members try to give the reign in the hands of the generation which is in the current context. Although, it is a truth that many of us are becoming CEO and Managing Directors by forming our own company but when it comes to experience the country lags behind many years.

The country must be growing at a pace which is near to normal but it does not look as a growth because after getting the most out of the work the comparative analysis is not with the near company which must be called the true competitor but with the person who does not have to get into your path or let's say has to become anywhere an obstacle for any of us.

In this way, one could say that person growth is negligent and the policy is about overpowering each other in the name of sex, family system and then forget the cultural aspect of life. It is mindset that Gujarat is behind all the growth or Maharashtra is the way to uplift the people. Also, it is necessary to remember the failures and achievements of each other and to form a thought process which is all about creating a commotion in the name of caste and creed.

The religious thought does not make any importance when a person could talk about the arms kept in Gurudwara and the other of them could come and say that you should know why these particulars arms are kept here, to avenge the riots done by Hindus. Unfortunately, such person could be seen carrying fake family where he himself must be with the thought about earning his bread through easy ways and talk about the misdeeds done by his own community and then immediately tying the turban to show himself as a  Sikh.

If we try to put in the context of such personality then Mr. Ashutosh Rana could be very near to such person but his villain ways are not confined only near the films but his entire lifestyle about being an abusive personality could be understood by the people near him. 

Now, getting back to the thought about the heading which is father feels proud about the children and mother feels dejected as she not only compares the children with many other in the community but certainly speaks that "your son is better than mine" which may be the first point of sowing a seed of hatred as none of us feels to be lower in front of others children and parents or classmates along with community!

 

Indian girls and boys should marry in their villages and own community!

 In India most of us are connected to our own homeland which is village although we may dwell in the city for a living. Also, with cities suburbs emerging very fast most of us are helping ourselves with a budget home and it is our own beautiful space. But all we love is that somewhere down the line we do not forget our homes in the ancestral land and also cry for the beautiful village within our mind.

Now, the best way to reach back to our own land is to get married to any guy and girl from the village for a man or woman respectively. Following our own tradition and customs give us happiness while adapting to others tradition and customs feels like a burden. However, it may sound good or beautiful in mind but a person in the neighborhood who may look your own will only marry to make you feel dejected, ashamed before your parents and will think about his own benefits through your own end.

It is like a suffocation which never ends and although I do not cite any example but the huge benefits which any poor man could take out from you if you are a rich girl will only be understood by the society once everybody takes the privilege from you and then your life will more or less look like a person with no personal favor towards your own existence.

Most of the time the marriages which are far from homes are more suitable rather than the marriages within the same gated community. People can lampoon you or criticize you for all the bad vibes which could be on their part but what actually looks is the more you try to find the woman or man from the societies which could be of the wine gulping and an extraordinary feeling of glitz and glamour attached to it looks great but it gets finally into a system which cannot be carried on both ends.

On the other hand if Indian girls and boys should marry in their villages and own community it gives peace and solace for many years to come and leads to health, happiness and vigor along with attachment which carries for many long years.

The story of three generations in India!

The three generations in India which I have seen since my birth has been very much like a poor thought of a developed mind and relying only on the industrial revolution done by the Britishers. The Indian mindset which was very rigid was much towards counting the money and believing that after every 99 a 100 happens. It was more or less like believing about the tendency of no growth but mastering everything through deeds which was born out of an evil mindset.

The policy of own caste to be first and then the interest of the village was just to make fool and people who were coming to cities from villages were given high regards. Also, the Police Uniform was a way to show the supremacy and being a politician was all because a way to show that the person has earned much of the reward because his family has done big development for the village.

Let us understand that how easy it is to say that once the flood comes it brings the better silt into the fields and then the land becomes fertile. If that would have been the case then people of Punjab which has five mighty rivers could have done the same by inundating their fields with flood waters and then wait for another season of agriculture activities to happen after the flood situation gets over. The same case could not be said even for Orissa which has seen almost the same way to control rivers like Mahanadi and many other such rivers have bigger dams built on it.

Now, talking about the three generations in India including me as the third generation most of the time our grandfather reap all benefits of good health and happiness because he was treated with great respect by people around him. Come what may people at home use to give him lots of respect including my father, sister. mother and the entire clan.

Now, getting to the second generation before me which was of my uncle and my father most of the time it was thinking about the own family and on larger context of those who were around him to create a goodwill and a positive thought of mind. It was all because they have understood the importance of hard work and studies. But, here there is a twist in the tale where many of the heavyweights from different caste tried to pull much benefits by creating problem in the life of people. They could not digest a beautiful home and kids and most of the time tried to create problem for the people who were taking fast growth in the life and it lead to the carnage in the form of 84 riots.

Now, comes our generation which because of the advent of internet in the late 80's and we all of us getting formal education could learn most of the life lessons by our father and once we saw our father's behavior towards different set of people we started taking our life in the same way.

Unfortunately, most of us who heavily relied on our parent's success and a belief by our grandparents where all the nonsense about the rayyat and "Thakurai" which was akin to zamindari system proved to be a nonsense and with that the legacy comes to end for those who have big mouth to speak but none of the way to understand life matters and it lead to bigger failure in the name of suicide and crimes which overflowed in this set of generation!

Badmouthing did not worked for gentleman & ladies who learned sex as a weapon!

If you see the movie like "Dirty Picture" none of the movie is about woman emancipation which is not necessary as the woman knows her good, bad and ugly, prefers to be with the wrong person to earn money as she considers money to be the supreme. But once she gets used from top to bottom and loses her charm then she just cannot move out with a better face but despair is all on her face for a big moment of life.

Most of the time the life takes an ugly turn for Asian woman who just are shown as a big time media tycoons or the owner of big hotel and motel chains but what lies beneath is that much of the business and other industries are taken care by man. So, any and every woman who is given small benefits try to lure other woman into flesh trades and the privilege goes to the man. 

Does any one of us who is with little bit of thought in mind can believe that any big industrialists would love to stick to one woman throughout the life. No actually these people are bound to be in big awe of their life and they immediately gather the big socialite woman who put all their efforts to gather more of the woman from different walks of life.

India as a country is known for cheap sex among the places of dirt and squalor and behind the fact the truth lies that any person who tries to be hefty certainly push the woman even from their household into all kinds of flesh trade and then it is all the part of life cycle.

Once the half cooked gentlemen and ladies who show into the English speaking population could be found to be running at places like Saudi Arabia and other such places from where the pomp and show of sex and money continues for a long period of time.

The glitz and glamour in India is just like the festival of Diwali which is for a day and after that the life could be something which is about doing all kinds of illegal and immoral act with the help of woman who are into politics, films and cricket/

Also, one could understand that badmouthing did not worked for gentleman and ladies who learned sex as a weapon just could not become rich but show off as a traits lead them to the despair in life terms. Earlier during my days at school I said with tearful eyes that once you are pointing towards me considering me as a weak person whether in terms of money or knowledge and leading to frightening me all the three other fingers are pointing towards you and will tell the truth someday! 

 

The professors has to be a servant of the students!

The professor has to be a servant of the students rather than a person who could charge them with negative vibes which could lead to devastation of the country and it's economy. Few days back when I was going through a post over the internet I found that this year Delhi riots were almost instigated by the professors from Delhi University. I immediately felt a shock as the country was marching well towards progress and attaining the number one position ahead of China and the USA.

It just made me feel bad as I myself is an aspirant for the post of Assistant Professor and applying for PhD in Sociology at various Universities and educational institutes. What I could feel is that since people at any position or post feel that to stay for a long time they destroy the upcoming bright students future. The same could be said about the various sports and games where people tend to stick to the game and almost destroy the career of the upcoming players.

Now, just think if the professor gives the right vibes and help the students to flourish rather than asking them to destroy the public property and get into hooliganism then the nation will get into a serious problem which will be unable to overcome. The country with all it's rich resources has already become a great place to sustain itself and build the future through it's economy which is not to be skyrocketing but certainly out of doldrums.

So, all I could say and feel that instead of creating a pool of people who just cannot reach any better prospect in life it is always good for the students themselves to think the right path and then discard the thoughts of such professors who are born to make the students choose the path of disarray and despair. 

The great epic Mahabharat foundation day as Janamashtmi!

 Although, I never had any cordial relationship with my maternal uncles but did not took any step to destroy their mindset or children along with any of their family members. It is not necessary that every house maybe the same and every person may hold a grudge against person like me but being a person with less of addiction and more into Karma just do not give you an edge. The city from which I hail which is Bokaro Steel City has Krishna more, Aaarah More, Chapra more, Naya more  but there is no Karma more still Karma is a bigger festival in Jharkhand among the Santhals who are the original natives.

Now, as India is celebrating Janamashtmi today it could be called the great epic Mahabharat foundation day but what maybe the reason behind Kansa ji killing the seven children of Devaki. Earlier, it was said that the only 8th children will kill Kansa and none others. So, it has been said in Mahabharat that come what may your near ones never stand by your end and whether it is about the life battles or the survival you have to lead the life on you own. 

Certainly, the past deeds decide the karma but when a person who is not into any constraint of leading life according to the wish of the people and learn all the basics of his life by the guiding lights of the society who could be teacher or work place people along with the parents less could be talked about his mentality.

Neither, ever a person like me have done anything in life which is not pardonable nor I took any step to malign the image of a person who took all the trust on me for depositing small or big sum whether it could be my father, mother or occasionally my own money and being money wise was the basic principle of my life. If one could say that the person could use a pious day to write about his internal thoughts then Janamashtmi stands out to be more appropriate as the entire epic defines nothing but karma.

Now, none of us could be as near as Sri Krishna who has put all his life to save the life of his friends and for him friendship was above else but the same cannot be said about the personalities in today's world who do not leave any stone upturn in pulling the person to  an extent where he could feel alone.

So, one has to understand people from very near and take every major thoughts in life towards improving oneself where people could understand your importance as in-spite of doing everything in life for others one day your life may get jeopardized. So to remain better and above all do not find any Krishna-Karan or Arjun but believe in the personal traits of yours which has lifted you till date and will do so in the near future as well as Mahabharat is a grown past and your own life could be an epic of your own!  

 

Talent in you comes out only when you are deprived of some basic necessities!

None of the person in the world whether in Sports, Politics or Academics have governed themselves because their was a desire to do good and rise above others. Any or every person in the world does extreme in all the above fields only when he knows that their is no option left and the situation is do or listen from others those piercing words which does not give you happiness in life. If I look 20 years back from now I have suddenly become mediocre in studies and maybe the reason must be less interest in the subjects which I did not enjoyed.

Similarly, if a person is not interested in playing cricket he will not perform at a bigger level and then throw the bat in despair. Similarly, there are many people in Politics who do not have any wish to get above any and everyone else and then such people do not get the attention of Media and people and after sometime are thrown out of their constituency. Similarly, going for any studies which may not give you better jobs but following the trends could lead to difficulties.

Now, talking about the National Education policy which will give much emphasis on vocational teaching and understanding the student's perspective will help to give the people most out of it. The students, parents and teachers have to find out the hidden talent of the student and then take care of the ward or children so that he may outshine in his fields. 

Now, if all said and done if I say that talent in you comes out only when you are deprived of some basic necessities then I could say that people of Bokaro Steel City knew it well than any one else. The children from that city must be wearing beautiful clothes, stayed at proper government homes had good food to enjoy but the city had not all privilege of big night clubs, beer bar and restaurants at the time when we were a kid.

If I look at my home we had only basic necessities in terms of furniture, there was a scooter and further a bike for necessary movements but the food was full whether it was chicken once a week, fish or leafy vegetables. That is the only reason I enjoy good food rather than anything else in life and an accommodation which I have got helps me to carry my life. To suffice with all necessities the education is getting completed although with necessary breaks and till date Masters in Sociology, is complete which makes me as par.

 I also feel that there are times when word matters a lot as many of us are known for remarks which could be good enough to stand up and find another better ways of survival which is the most basic instinct in life but for me being a bit selfish is the necessity as it helps me to keep above anyone else as I am less charitable and that is the reason I ask for less from people because if I can't give much then how can I ask for more!

 

When you are motivated "Individual sports is always better than a team game"!

Human motivation and desperation could be seen once he reaches into a ripe age. Although, the same thing could be channelized into individual sports or studies if you have enough time with you. Earlier, people in India use to take half of their life to build their career and the Government employees use to spend much of their time at the office thinking of the retirement to reach for fulfilling the basic needs of house which could be called shelters.

It was more or less like a man going to serve for the army and then coming after twenty or thirty years and then make his house and fulfill other commitments. Now, with rich resources in his life and earlier earnings he or she can build his career into individual sports which could be athletics, badminton and many others such as table tennis.

Remember, it is your duty to teach your children but prepare you children to learn much of the studies through internet so that they should feel easy over Internet of things and learn all the basic traits easily so that you can turn your passion into sports.

What is the use to come up with a flatten tummy which just gives a fun factor or doing sex with multiple woman to show your rich character and once all is done the woman gives a better way to say bye-bye. The best of the human years are between 35-50 and if you have had a good diet then your life can give many a better way to find out the best in the sports of your wish.

One could say that when you are motivated " Individual sports is always better than a team game i.e. because in team game your own strategy do not work. You have to think of the moves to score better and make the most out of it. There are inhibitions and your mind has more to focus and many a times games of cricket and football are full with various issues which is about national boards and expectations of their executives and members.

It is more or less like a gamble in which you cannot fumble but an individual sports you can score easily just like your favorite subjects where you are sure that come what may you will certainly score better and get the most out of it!

Hinduism is one of the toughest religion to follow!

 India is a country which propagated the religion Hinduism and people from all over the world started following it although less in number as compared to Christianity and Islam. Although, one could say that Hinduism is one of the toughest religion to follow where being pious and trying to overcome the difficulties can be found not to be a part of every person ways or rather rituals. First and foremost is that the person at your own home which could be your father, mother and children do not allow you to be as pious the reason behind is that the religion immediately takes you near to the omnipresent or the God. 

With my personal experience I could say that since childhood the most revered God in this religion which is Sri Hanuman has been very near to me and vice versa. Most of the time at any particular way of life or it's forbearance towards the true character the Maruti Nandan has given me immense strength to overcome many kinds of faults and issues.

I believe that at any point of time in my life any kind of ill will or negative vibes by people were just bought under control in my life because of his presence somewhere near to me. Although, I do not believe that at any point of time if in any unavoidable circumstances or any potential danger he could come to me for rescue but he could certainly give me strength to overcome many difficulties in life.

I believe that since I have attained an age of 40 years and never tried to malign my own image for any particular small or some act of desperation by others through words or deeds will be forgotten by him as I totally am in awe of our Gods and Goddess and believe that they will surely forgive my little mistakes in my life which will give me peace from within.

I do not consider myself to be a very big disciple of some guru or the various other people who try to be a demi God or those who have attained a path of solitude but certainly feel that all those who consider that their is a primal force has certainly been on my side.

 I could say that anybody who lost their path in life in the name of any frustration or sexual act should also believe that for every small and big deed the God is aware and it is always good to make him understand that he or she is certainly answerable for any ill-happenings and all those who continuously point the fingers towards my life ethos has to believe that the God has not chosen me to show their misdeeds but certainly his presence in me will make them repent for many years to come and they will be unable to get wisdom along with peace and solace for many years to come.

P.S: In this particular thoughtful context I do not include my father, mother, sister and the Dogs who have served me earlier with love!   

Everybody has the right to live life at the fullest and if possible prolong his stay on Earth!

 Life Expectancy i.e. the age to survive in human being has increased in every county including India. Apart from mishaps in different accidents if a person is healthy and can lead a better life then he or she has all the right to lead a normal life and a prolonged one without illness but a cherished life. If I think of any better way to lead life then it is not about surrounded by many people but at times or most of the time if you are better in terms of enjoying your own company then staying alone and staying fit is the best way to survive during old age. 

Believe me most of the time the human being is called to be the most social animal on the planet but even the dogs and cats are more social than us. Apart from family members such as cousins and nephews the near and dear school friends think more about each other. On the contrary even if the cousins who are near to us or the real uncle and aunts who are a part of our family system do not feel good about each others presence and feel overpowering each other leading to various anti-social vibes among each other. 

What we teach our children since childhood is all about each others shortcomings in life and tell that the particular person has done something wrong to us but what we do not teach them is that we also got weak in our own knees at that particular moment of life and could not avoid sexual desperation which should not be repeated by our own children without understanding the pros and cons. 

Now, thinking back to our life that everybody has the right to live life and if possible prolong his stay on earth then it could be done only within the limits of life which is about staying with the person whom you love or who has given much of love to you. It could be the nearest one such as father, mother or son. Also, most of the time women loves her own economic freedom and for her it is all about staying alone and staying fit is the best way to deal with life. It maybe all because most of the time she has been there and done that so much in life that her fond memories are enough for her survival if she has good amount to carry her life and also a place of her own.

Also, it depends how much is the son dedicated towards the duties and responsibilities and thus a dutiful son is somewhat a father to his mother and on the other hand at times a son who tries his best to help the mother may also is not enjoyed with better vibes by society as he may understand his responsibility well.

In this way, one could say that taking care of each other within the family members takes you to a long distance in life while on the other hand there are many tormentors in the society who maybe quick enough to take away your happiness but all you could do is that stay healthy and stay long giving yourself many blessed years giving fulfillment for many years to come!

 

Every person my father respected paid back with bad vibes!

If son gets the treatment to prove the world that he is not good enough in the eyes of people then I believe that the world is good as son is said to be of his own. But when it comes to father or grandfather being treated with bad vibes then it could be said that maybe the country has extraordinary people since it's inception or let's say since the record of the country is found during the Ramayana and Mahabharat era. My personal belief is that the country in it's vivid landscape and people with various languages and culture could be seen with no bonhomie but a grudge which cannot be defined n words. Irrespective of caste, creed and color if I see the movie "Ghajini" then it is a way to showcase how a good person is given multiple tortures to take the most away from him. Although, I do not have any special affinity with Mr. Amir Khan as for me he is an actor who only vouches for an Oscar which has been never fulfilled. Also, the same could be said about movies like Sooryavansham where Sri Amitabh Bachhan is given much of a mileage as a person who takes the path of his own to take the family pride and then buy rickety bus from where the saga continues. As a child when I look towards my father although I am 41 years old now due to his sharp looks and better way of talking was always a bit of a charm for me. On the other hand his friends were desperate to create all ill-luck on me as in my eyes my father was a personality rather than any one else. His way to treat people with respect and then running for the well-wishes was also not given much of significance and he has somewhat good knowledge of Homeopathy Medicine. His common way to say was this medicine is Rambaan or the sure shot Ram's arrow for all the remedies before giving it to the patients. But, few of them tried to malign his image in the name of his accumen to give medicine. Similarly. Mr. Tripathi who was his friend was very much perturbed with the daughter of our home getting an admission to IHM, Bengaluru and once when he was trying to get personal loan he knowingly or unknowingly said me Bhaut Ghamand ho gaya hai apni beti par...mai bhi bataunga use uska ghamand torkar..!!! In English if it is to be said then it will be somewhere like this He is too proud of his daughter's achievement.. I will break it down!!!.  Similarly, there were many such instances throughout my life where in spite of my father being good to every human being has to listen to odd words by his in-laws, the son of in-laws, the brother-in-law, sister-in law and many others including neighbor. I remember his face when people use to create much of his issues in life which at times use to get teary eyed and all I could say is that "every person my father respected paid back with bad vibes" although I did not got into the mode of angry young man like Vijay in "Deewar" movie but learned that people do not give happiness when you are good to everyone but it is good to be in yourself and enjoy the most out of life to make it worthy for many years to come!

 

Upper Caste could not accept my education, lower caste did not enjoyed my privilege!

I was born as Mukesh Kumar (Srivastava) in a well-to do family and the city was Bokaro Steel City which was under Bihar till the year 2000 but went to Jharkhand after the Bihar was divided into two states. Now, thinking about my childhood since my father was working at Bokaro Steel Plant he had a good amount in terms of salary and we had all the privileges but the only exception was that he was a money saving man rather a spendthrift.

Now, getting to the point which says that upper caste could not accept my education, lower caste did not enjoyed my privilege of going to a better school and since childhood I could understand the clear demarcation between the upper caste, scheduled caste and scheduled tribe.

Although, my parents including my grandfather had never any objection in treating people equally but somewhere down the line if we were having people from harijan community treated with equal respect they use to say to my grandfather babuji aap ka koi wajah hoga hame izzat debe me...na to koi bena wajah na izzat devela!!! It actually means that there must be some reason behind giving respect to us or there might be no such reason why people like us are treated with equal respect.

A person by the name Mr. Karu Ram from Bokaro Steel use to visit our home and I as a three year old child also use to give him the same respect as like any other people. It was too early in my life to give any particular disrespect to any person in the name of caste, creed and religion.

As I started growing up we shifted to our home which was provided by Bokaro Steel Authority but once I reached class V and above I could understand the difference between various caste and the same was taking an uglier turn of events by Mandal Commision movement in the year 1990 and I was into class V.

Although, our school was co-education but somehow during the recess and other such time the various elder students could be seen talking it's implication over the Indian mindset for many years to come. Now, getting back to the thought as the upper caste people since I was good into some or rather every subjects but a bit weak towards math I particularly could not find some good friends in the class-room.

I do remember that one of my classmates Miss Vhabya objected to my Hindi marks which was the best in the class 8 and then the teacher has to explain my answer although I always tried to be cheerful.

Now, the fact of the matter was that I as the title "Kumar" did not put any emphasis on me being an upper caste person while many of the people from the various upper caste use to feel proud about their titles.

Their was very less number of people from the scheduled caste community and the class was majorly the upper caste and then few of us were from the scheduled tribe who had a very distinct culture of the Christianity as a religion they followed,

I actually use to enjoy their company more than anyone else and for me they were more of a fun filled character but to be precise I did not have any sympathy or empathy in the name of caste and religion as according to my upbringing I use to carry back the glass and cup of Mr. Karu Ram when he use to have the tea at our home and he was very fond of me as a child.

Unfortunately, as we grow up in life money becomes prominent and we judge everyone by the money and vehicle they keep and if repeatedly I have to say then the heading stands out to be appropriate but rather than keeping the thought in my mind I always stick to my job and life and do not consider any advantage in the name of being a Shrivastava but consider it the advantage of super rich who honk in the name of caste or the very poor who believe that "Srivastava bhi kahiye sarkar" could make them feel a bit different in life!

The soul in them start taking a grudge and the fulfilment which is akin to the intercourse as a thought also gives them a bad taste in mind. India as a country has a very complex family structure where the near and dear ones are sexually involved and in spite of talking about various respectful behavior somewhere inside the blanket things go to a large extent of sexual intimacy.

If it happens within the family which thankfully did not occur in my life at early stages and most of the time if once or twice the behavior which was about oppressing me and enjoying the sexual intimacy happened then it just did not was done to the extent of penetration thus it did not harmed my image.

One could say that begging for sexual need was never my wish nor overpowering gives me any charm and even if I stay alone or somewhere near to any woman or man I rarely take any daring step to create ruckus in their life.

I could also say that with my limited way of moving out and in from my home and with no extent of sexual intimacy at any of the office I tried myself to keep my image clean. Although, it did not helped me to a great extent as most of the time it added an extra pressure on me where I was reprimanded or punished for any small mistakes and although it helped my father to stay away from gossips from my end.

Such unnecessary behavior was not to be shown from my end even during my school and after that all the schooling of college level was done through open schooling by me. In this way, I could say that I did not got any praise or good behavioral instinct from the nearest of the kith and kin and for them speaking nonsense about me was to hide their own sexual sojourn which bought a bad thought of their berserk mind which is always more happier with the filthy way of sex and satisfaction!

The Raj Nagar Extension at Ghaziabad is known for it's exotic location near the River Hindon making it a clean and green place for the societies. With ample of shops for the sweets along with ration shops and malls it has become a complete neighborhood.

Since, this lockdown and Covid-19 occur still the city has been fulfilling all the needs of the people through sturdy and laborious young boys who have put no less effort in helping the people by taking the mantra of my neighborhood- "I will take care".  Just like Meri Delhi- Main hi sawaroon campaign which has bought the Delhites near to each other.

Now, one could see that even the super educated and super rich young boys could be seen helping the public by plying auto-rickshaws and battery operated vehicle so that people should be assured and the next important aspect is that they should get an easy mobility.

Now, since the festival season has started with the onset of Raksha Bandhan, the various festivals are eager to come with the magical August 15 in the vicinity. Now, what we do is that once we reach to any of our relatives and friends we carry loads of sweets which are good but expensive and although are good for the sweet tooth but as too much love is bad for health so are the sweets.

If we see other options like Cadbury Chocolates they are too sharp in terms of adding to the price and for budget reminding people they just cut the year with sharp price. If we see the Bakery shops in Raj Nagar Extension, they are found to be in aplomb but what we do is that we reach their for cake and pastries and do not take a jehmat to ask for the price of such biscuits which were a craze during our childhood.

The biscuits like mangraila biscuits or the Nankhatai are good to eat, easy to digest and do not burn a hole in the pockets. One could say that the Beshan nankhatai by Muskan brand is flavour of the season. The nankhatai packet is for just Rupess 95 and has lot more amount in terms of weight. Since, the nankhatai is not made of maida and flour it is healthy and helps in having a sumptuous feast even if you gulp it with water during evening or morning.

Such, flavorful biscuits are an anecdote for making the evening cheerful and are anyway better to eat than having Maggi every time or also it is just good enough for the wailing babies who ask for immediate relief by biscuits which are good but do not work wonders in the name of health.

So, one could say that it is always good to enjoy the flavors of season but having the glorified way to get biscuits rather than bread or paav every time from the bakery can change your mood and after a hard day at cricket or tennis ground it is always good to eat something which could control the mood and the external pressure of the blood which is the characteristics of a great player and the same thing could be said about the neighborhood where the hunger beats the gong harder than anything else. 

Camouflage as a back-up face is big danger cropping up!

If one goes to any salon esp. the men or unisex we will find that the barbers are eager to give you a new look whether in terms of hairstyle or appearance. Whether you are at the age of 10, 20, 30 or anywhere at old age it is hilarious to see that giving the sense of some superstar or cricket player just helps in coming somewhere near to create a laughing material in the place where you stay or the society.

It is nothing more than that and cannot be called an achievement but if we think it in the other context then camouflage as a back-up face is a big danger cropping up. Whether any actor or cricketer or any other well known personality is actually from our very near background which could extend to middle class or lower middle class and the wide demarcation which was akin to the era of Sri Ashok Kumar who tried desperately to show himself super-rich with a pipe and night winter gown is over.

With the people rising from every field and reaching greater heights with no particular measurement to succeed but the simple way to remain a person who is just not setting any limitations and neither prove to be disastrous could be the new personality who any have overcome many types of shackles and grown enough with respect in the eyes of people although many could deny him at first instance.

Thinking about yourself to reach the stars and then finding a way to become great is just an old way to move but the growth could be found within few months of dedication and hard-work attached to it.

Now, just think that you may have become some better cricket player or a writer and at times some actor or actress and once you reach out of the house trying to reach through public transport and then suddenly find yourself surrounded by few lookalikes making you either feel crazy or at times a big disappointment which is just found to be on your face.

Shami and many others who have faced great issues related to the marriage and have faced trauma in life of staying alone at 13th floor of some society as reported by some webpage must have never thought that marrying an IPL Dancer could degrade his life.

Thankfully, he got back into his career which could have got over in the name of marriage but then it could also be a part of the common people coming up in the various industry and with no bigger education or the time factor in sports which was akin to Ranji matches selection has bought this growth factor and has given bad way to cut-throat competition.

Also, earlier acting was all about passing out from NDFC or many other film and television institute but now anybody with a mediocre face could reach the film and television industry and then without any proper selection they are into the industry creating a thought process of if he or she can do then why not me and with little money in hand such so called actors and actress create a pool of unwanted criminals who could go at any length to destroy the society which could lead to many issues and then the sullen faces of the actresses who are suddenly found in dungeons making mockery is all they could do which is certainly shameful in their own ways!  

People with better educated minds could not transfer wisdom to children!

Everywhere we see that the parents who honk too much about themselves being educated and from the superior race at times fail when it comes to giving education to their children. It could be said that the days are not the same when generation after generation use to be studious and hampering the education of a person with better thoughts is not disrupted by the society.

Before reaching any point what a person will become in life people become weak in their own eyes by creating road blocks for others and at times it leads to hampering the education of their own children. There are many families where people do not have their own children and they go on adapting different kids and it also gives them a shameful thought but still it is very much necessary to puff up their own ways of life and then have the goons all around to hamper the educated and the thinkers who tend to understand things quickly.

Now, think about the time when generation after generation use to become either Doctor, Lawyer or Scientists as the scope was limited. But with the global expansion of education and people finding new ways to get educated along with Internet thankfully, people are understanding the value of education and the life is changing at a faster pace.

Also, education is not limited to any particular caste, creed and religion but still India is a country where caste based education system is still a matter which helps the people to judge more about the education of people.

If we understand deeply it is not necessary that the Scheduled Castes which has been the only matter to be discussed among the parliamentarians to uplift them but the moment any particular person gets ahead in his life he or she does not wish to get the society of theirs to carry on with the education.

The matter is their own dissatisfaction with the education because they feel that education has deprived them of their freedom. 

On the other hand the upper caste believes that with education they could overpower each other and they try multiple ways to overpower each other in the name of education. The most foolish way is to say that Saraswati Ji was a courtesan and a consort and once the girl gets educated she believes in baring all and feels that the education has given her the power to get into overcoming various obstacles which could be getting into overexposure.

It could be said that the behavioral traits do change but things become bad when people start changing their names to take advantage of every single way in the society. Now, if I ask myself with every way to get educated where it has taught you to have five official names where one can put their name into every religion including Muslims, Hindu and also Christians.

It is easy in India to reach with different names but thankfully when their official name is concerned then the certificate name just cannot get changed and from their on the truth just remains rather to feel sorry rather than satisfied.

Now, getting back to the thought that people with better educated minds could not transfer wisdom to children as they believe that the way they take advantage out of the society their children could be seen getting wayward and then before making mockery of others they themselves could be seen having a feet of clay which is all about getting into destruction of their community along with themselves. So by and large they become the mockery for the entire nation with the only solace gives them some happiness is trying to overpower the boy or girl who is meek but understand their lifestyle through better understanding!

Sansani: A rumour monger way to make the children afraid!

In the year 2004 when I was staying at New Delhi all alone and was trying my luck at various Call Center jobs after a short stint with jobs at Shelters my father Mr. Upendra Vidyarthi joined a new fad. When I use to visit him at Bokaro Steel City which was my home town my father in his hush-hush tone use to say me "Agar kuch bhi galat kiya to bas name de denge tumhara Sansani mein...!

I could say myself a grown up kid even after being an adult as I was not into any mode of having any kind of explicit relationship whether sexual or platonic. So, all alone in my flat which was a rented one I always use to keep in mind that when my father reaches me at New Delhi I should not be found with any guilt.

Now, think about the serial Sansani: A rumour monger way to make the children afraid...as the parents take advantage by terrifying the well-cultured boy in it's name. I do not point towards the serials way to find the criminals and curb them but a boy from a small town when he reaches New Delhi all he thinks is that latakle Beta...to gayle beta...!

So, most of the time during the school days life was under the scrutiny of parents and the teachers along with Mr. Gupta and Miss Shagufta ji who keeps in mind that the lad should not do any kind of mischiefs.

On the other hand there are people from Gorakhpur who are from the peshewar Munna or Chuunna gang and they have a great influence on girls and women. What makes me feel bad is the inclination of women and girls who feel great attachments with Gangsters like Sri Prakash Shukla who are like an eternal pests in the society.

What such person do by getting themselves involved into crime and talking odd language of Beta tum hamko abhi pehchane nahi ho..and few bullets making you bite the dust and the semi-literate woman dancing over their tunes. If the serials like Sansani and Crime patrol just help us to find such people and expose them to the society it gives us a reprieve as for me they are just a kind of bully who could be taken with both hands and one can easily put them down.

Frankly speaking such people should never ge encouraged and if they point gun towards any person one could ask them to fight with bare hands and one could say that fight with the same weight person.

It is not necessary that at every point of time Police will be standing y your side but if one has to see the future of our children and a true India then we have to fight the evils in a more daring way which will not only teach them a lesson but will make the society crime free forever.

As one see that at any time during the crisis like COVID-19 such persons or any other could not be seen any help to the society but they will be the first one to run away to save their ass with their selected woman in tow and one has to remember that any kind of monetary help from them has to be paid back in the form of Criminal Offence and on the contrary a help by Police gives a justification for the society about the good deeds attached with your life and glory forever!

My classmates have done so much for me without asking for Payback!

If I say that my classmates at Holy Cross, Bokaro Steel City irrespective of section which was Section-A, B & C where-in I was in Section B has done so much for me that I can never payback to them. Irrespective of my father being a bit harsh on me at times only and far better than those fathers  who just let their son and daughters set free in life where they took all the evil paths and probably degraded themselves my father was always better in-front of such Mai-Baap.

My father was good in terms with making me feel good and at times took the entire family to Cinema hall and even we enjoyed a good picnic on 1st of January. The small gesture of his has given me enough strength in life at times and that was enough for me to get into the mode of being self-reliant in every possible ways.

Now, getting back to the thought as my classmates have done so much for me without asking for payback that I never felt alone at school premises and as it happens that sometimes boys and girls are single out during the games period and any other co-curricular activities but it never happened with me. 

Their encouraging words which use to come in the form of applause to make me feel like a Hero and that use to give me some ecstatic moment of joy which just cannot be explained. Their lifestyle could be said something very much of flamboyance and style and many of the girls and boys were akin to the style divas and models. 

Although, I was of a mediocre height but it never weighed on my mind on the other hand the neighborhood was full of those Uncle, Aunts and their children who had a permanent grudge against me. They just never feel delighted about my presence and the constant murmuring and the pranks which was bad on my part had always given me a deep scar in my thoughts and at times I sue to feel heartbroken.

The entire life during the childhood at any of the Sectors of Bokaro Steel City was a feeling of getting fucked left, right and center and it use to seem to me as an endless trauma where neither I sue to feel good about the presence of people around me and neither ever tried to get pally with them.

It could be said that most of the time my life was within a good breathing space at my school and at home I was feeling only good within the company of my parents and the only sister.

Although, one could say that as a children before Class Xth we were not into any particular star studded performance in the class and neither care about anybody getting some good or bad marks into any subject as we were all into a good mode of learning sports along with other co-curricular activities.

Also, the school bus which use to carry us to the school use to take at least one hour as the school was on the outskirts of the city but it never made us feel bore as the entire fun was a part of the travel and the only demarcation was between the girl and the boys seat which made less interaction with girls.

So, one could say that in spite of the neighbors being bad towards me as because even when I tried to get near to them related to any sports all they could do is that fight with me creating utter sense of dissatisfaction and most of the time there way of life was to make me a target of all jokes which made an unnecessary pressure on me.

On the other hand my lifestyle at home was fulfilled with good food and fruits which gave me enough happiness and their was less of issues apart from the complains of my mother who always expected me to be good in terms of studies which could make me feel bad at times.

The other great thing was that my father never use to drink in front of us and was not a habitual drinker that has given us some better ways to enjoy the life as a drinker husband, fighter wife creates much of the pain in life.

So, all in all I remain thankful to my friends at school who stood thick and thins in my life and because of them I never felt any way to be small or neglected on the other hand I always feel that if only the neighborhood would have been good then it would have added more better aspect to the life but as it is said that God does not give fruits in both hands to make us understand the world better and lead a fulfilling life!
