Also, one has to understand that however big a businessman or a person you are into farming or real estate if you are not educated as par then people tend to laugh on you at least on your back.

One has to remember that the increase in your salary is all about for the Class B officers and not for the Class C and Class D employees and when it comes to increase in salary through pay commissions all you could feel is the thought of crying as the upper crest goes laughing to the bank and the Class C and D employees still feel the heat in the pocket.
