Insomnia or lack of sleep is common cause for anxiety & depression!

 When a person works multiple shifts which is common in Army and Police across all ranks then it leads to depression. The psychiatrist most of the time takes advantage of it by asking the patient to go for multiple tests and the CT Scan is also one of them. Further, the people get afraid and terrified and then hallucination of worst form occurs where one could see people moving in the form of shadows and many other forms leading to acute depression.

Also, people tend to get suicidal and are afraid of people around them leading to a thought of despair and also people tend to have a feeling of loosing the near and dear ones. The all symptoms may make you feel paranoid and also it gives a feeling of tension and anxiety with terrible headache.

Now, one of the best way to get rid of such symptoms are:

1. Avoid constipation: The body most complex organ is stomach and if it is not clear it leads to serious stomach problems and gastronomical problem with issues related to constipation takes place. To avoid that the best form is to keep a bottle of water and sip it within few minutes. Also, if Police personnel gets such issues it is good for them to have a normal cold water with them as it soothes the brain and other organs on an immediate basis.

2. 2 Km run: A 2 Km run in the early morning or equivalent amount of spending time on outdoor games such as volleyball and football will not only keep a person fit and fine forever but it will give you a healthy mind and body leading to no symptoms of depression.

3. Listening to music once you are free from your work: Reading books is just a passing thought these days but listening to music which is light and soothing will help to recover with insomnia or lack of sleep which is common cause for anxiety and depression.

4. Food habits: Food habits is all about eating the Gram and Gud in the morning where Gud is called jaggery and also taking less of alcohol will help in the most proficient way along with food with less food with all kinds of masala which is spices in general.

Although, visiting a psychiatrist can help but treating yourself with the most easiest way of changing the lifestyle will help to overcome issues on an immediate basis without much of medication!
