Indian Govt. Examination System: Bribery, Scandal, Leak, Placements

Indian Examination system for Government jobs are known for their premium placements in different ministries and also many other institutions like banking, railways, education and also into military establishments from Air Force to  Indian Navy along with Police, Army, and Paramilitary forces.

The few sectors which are barred from the Government control are the private sector along with Media and also private institutions. The difference which one can feel in the Government job and at the same time Private job is in their salary and also the various sections of economic facilities such as housing along with the different perks associated with them.

When one thinks about the difference between a Government employee it could be any fourth-grade employee with education below par as compared with the private employee but they are getting more remuneration. It leads to social indifference and thus people who are even a very small time job holder in Government sector but tend to give a superior image.

Generally, if we see the people who look for government jobs are from the economically backward states of Bihar and some parts of Uttar Pradesh who either do not have the ability to work in a private sector or just cannot make out of their living in working at various other sectors of the economy.

If we see the agitation going at "they could be called a bunch of hooligans who are spending their days and nights in open at SSC Headquarters near the Lodhi Estate" which is a plush area with various Government offices along with educational institutions.

There are various ways of getting the Government jobs. It can be the sinister ways in terms of paying bribes and creating scandalous opportunity by projecting certain names to malign the image of famous personalities across sports, media or any political leaders.

When we talk about the paper leak of the SSC exams it must be a political propaganda behind it which can be done either through the opposition or by the ruling party. These things are just tactics to seek the attention of various sections of the economy.

Two days back there was a report by the world media that India is treading on the path of matching the World bank report of a great economic growth of 7.5%. It was a very positive trend and soon the world could have responded towards it in a positive manner with investment and growth opportunities but the agitation from Railway to the political center which is New Delhi must be due to the backing of some of the leaders who are very less educated.

When we see the ministers involved in adding fuel to the fire they are none other than Pappu Yadav who is a convict and have always been in and out of the jail on the pretext of various murders and several other crimes.

Another one who is raking this issue is none other than Manoj Tiwary who is known in Bihar for his songs which are in the same Bhojpuri language. The songs do not create any stir neither they are given any importance.

It's very unfortunate that the students who are into the right age to work and give something back to the nation are looking for scandalous ways to promote them into the political platform which is generally of no use.

A political stature can only be found in the person who gathers any importance at the world level.

The recent example is the "Kanahaiya Kumar" who did not get anything out of his sloganeering and other such ways to malign the political leaders. One could understand that there are many ways to earn for the Indian youth. They are from the smarter race. Opportunities abound in the field of advertisement, publications and Social media with high paying jobs.

Government jobs are good for the girls who need more of a social security cover around them. The Government job pays you well but can see the plight of the Government officials who have to work day and night with no other sources of income as the Government keeps a tab on them. If one goes to the Bank you will find that there is lack of high-speed internet and various other facilities.

Before joining a job a person has to pay a bribery of not less than 5 lakhs to get the ideal posting. If we give such a heavy amount and get the job where every other person comes and says something which is a bigger torture as you cannot reply. Also, if you get the benefits at the time when you grow old does that make any difference in your life as the Inflation along with various other such factors leads to a feeling of no importance towards life.

There is less freedom as compared to other jobs. Just think the plight of a Train Ticket Examiner who has to spend 8 hours in a moving train and the same goes for the train driver. Think about the Mehul Choksi and Neerav Modi case where the culprit runs away and the Government official is jailed. There have been so many IAS, IPS and another person who have been jailed because they did not obey the politicians. Remember  Miss Mayawati's attitude where a senior official has to carry her shoes or at the same time she asked to clean her shoes to a high official at the airport.

Do you compare yourself with a Babu who chews Pan or Gutkha and after spending a good amount of money from a highly developed education background which is seen in private colleges you become a Professor where students less than your age abuse you and sometimes beat you up just because you were trying to be good at them.

Although, many of you will say that "Who am I to explain such things?

  • I have given the exam for Gramin Bank in U.P.
  • I have given the UGC NET Exams last year 2017 for Sociology and the result was just 26% which was below par as my expectations.
With just two exams I understood the way things happen in India. Thus creating a bad picture about the Indian youth and spending time in the open will only give you the tag of Jay Prakash Narayan who never gathered any respect in Indian Political System.
So. do something positive and give yourself the acumen to stand before the eyes of your parents and neighborhood instead of making a mockery of the system which is going to give nothing in return.
