Indian Premier League 2018 is just around the corner. With the likes of Captain Smith who is very much teary-eyed after the scandal of ball tampering along with David Warner and few others who are pulling up their names from the Indian Potash ( Premier) League, 2018 is nothing more than a poison to the society.

With people who are heavily into betting and try to make money from such attempts get heavy repercussions as the fate never hangs in balance. Sometimes, the person wins a heavy amount while at the other end he losses equally or more of such amount by losing money on every ball.

Our society which is Ajnara Integrity has seen many of the criminal ways in the recent past with the Ghaziabad police aware of the criminal records of few people living in the society. Our country social structure is such that even a person who is known for his criminal mindest and earlier criminal records becomes the Prime Minister.

It's a pity that most of the criminals flourish under the Government but from past few years, the aura around the social structure has changed. Maybe, it's like a criminal understands the harm which he has done to himself and the other people due to which he tries to control the situation and thus comes up with more ways to give their best way to the society.

If we look at the  Ajnara Integrity, Rajnagar extension, Ghaziabad which is a well-known society with maintenance and security guards who were deeply involved in various criminal ways have also played a major part in the last year IPL 2017. The maintenance which rarely gets a visit by the U.P. Police personnel is a thriving place for all kinds of people who are from the criminal background. 

This year IPL 2018 is also the same as the kind of people who put money here in the name of betting are from the lower income background. They are generally the sweepers, security guards, Mason and Cab drivers who take the place of maintenance and the computer system helps them to run easy betting syndicate.

This must be happening in various societies as the people are generally not aware of such mindset of the people from the lower strata of life. We think that they are a poor lot but forget that they are the person behind the most heinous crimes of all kind and it leads to social anarchy. They are the one who threatens the women with the remarks which are about various earlier crimes with the likes of Arushi Talwar cases and other such incidents which were a dark phase of the life in which many families have lost their near and dear ones.

One should not forget that a sniffer dog never barks but provides the right information to his lord master and he has various easy ways to do so. So, please if you are smart then the Police is smartest with all the equipment for the right kind of surveillance.

 So, please beware and stay happy, as much has been done in the name of terrorizing people with the nondescript videos and the remainder of the antics done in the past. 

Kingmaker of Indian politics: Chances of formidable Third front

"Kishmish khane wale LALU ko dismiss  nahi kar sakte" was the famous words said by Shree Lalu Prasad Yadav, Once upon a time when he was the center of political cycle in Bihar politics. Bihar has been known for providing personalities who have made a foray into politics and is said that the illiterate and the most backward state has been known for the caste-based political system which has never gone out of the mind from people.

Shree Lalu Yadav who is serving jail terms in various Fodder scam cases has been known for his style of being the person with personal wisdom.The ability to make you laugh, cry and feel threatened at the same time. With reporters getting wary of his personality and the Garib Gurba Rajniti which always becomes his trump card and the effective way to run MY samikaran i.e. the "Muslim-Yadav" vote capturing can never be done by any other politician.

He was the first political leader from Bihar who uprooted the upper caste system in which the Bhumihar Brahmin gang got a setback and could never get back into the political system of Bihar. The only person who single-handedly destroyed the political career of the likes of Lal Krishna Advani by stopping the Ram Rath is known in the political circle to be one of the biggest heavyweights in Indian political system.

The mastermind behind making Rabri Devi as the Chief Minister, who become the first women Chief Minister from Bihar to rule the state and thus making the Bihari women come out from the closet and join the public domain could never be done without his efforts. He totally curbed many of the social evils and riots was done only according to his will in which the most threatened people were from the upper caste who just use to pay the amount which was later known as party funds. Maybe this must be the political propaganda by the people from "Gonu Jha" group who do not stand anywhere in Indian political system but still try to show themselves as the Vidyapati or the Mr. Know all.

With all the big leaders gathering under one umbrella of the third party which is Miss Mamta-Mayawati and Mr. Ahhilesh Yadav along with Mr. Tejaswi Yadav it is the right time to take the blessings of Great Godfather of the third front to form the biggest third front to destroy the Modi regime which stands nowhere either on the world front or even in the eyes of general public.

The likes of Mr. Amit Shab who is more than a colonial cousin to Mr. Bharat Shah seems to have put down his sword and looks as if the game is over for The BJP which was the favorite for the Exit polls a few months back. It is said that like cricket politics is also a game of great uncertainties and the game changes after every few overs which can be compared with months in terms of serving five years of electoral mandate.

So, the entry of kingmaker of Indian Politics by the Ranchi Rajdhani Express and spending 16 hours of travel must have put the great mindful politician who knows when to twist the ankles of the opponent and thus he will again give a tough political fight to the 56 inch chest by the chances of making a formidable third front.

Sir Sachin's Biopic: An eye opener!

Sir Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar has always been my favorite since my childhood days. I was more aware of his batting techniques such as straight drives and other such shots which I was unable to understand as my inclination was towards Football which was the most favored game in our school Holy Cross, B.S.City.

Although, my limited knowledge in Cricket was through The "Cricket Samrat" a monthly magazine on Cricket where the famous Chetan Sharma to Eknath Solkar along with Imran Khan and Wasim Akram equally got importance. There was no social, political or boundary divide and the Cricket was more a gentleman game.

I did not get the opportunity to watch various series and most of the time it was because I was the one who shelled out my father's idea of buying a T.V. I don't remember the reason but I did not find it good enough while my interest was more with family outing to Cinema hall every fortnightly. So, whether, it was Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak or Sholay, Deewar, Zanzeer, Mughal-e-Azam all such movies were watched on Silver Screen rather than the weekend movies and not to forget Don by Amitabh Bachchan.

Now, talking about Sachin: A Billion Dream it is a great movie with the real struggle of a Kid who is from a middle-income background and fulfills his dream. He shows that all the adulations of the Cricketer or maybe any other sportsperson is only in the eyes of few people who are near and dear ones.

I was surprised to know that he was more fond of Bappi Lahiri songs and not that of Lata ji which has been propagated by media throughout his innings days. It was always said in Print media and also on the Television that he is fond of a particular genre of songs which is a disco and at the same time light music.

Anyway, that's not the point to be stated but the good thing which is shown in the movie is the dedication which has been shown by him in spite of all the booing and people underestimating his capability which was shown a little in the movie as it has to cover a large aspect.

His best innings was of 2011 World Cup when he uplifted the team morale and showed that the seniors are the one who projects the juniors to perform at a bigger stage. If he could have converted the innings into a great one the likes of Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, and many others would not have flourished.

Similarly, the importance which he has got all around the world is because of his humble character and his ethics which were more of keeping to himself with few friends. He never allowed the success to get into his mind and the character which he showed was very much of steel.

With his stint at Rajya Sabha, he was more of a quiet person who did not ask or raised a single question but was helping out the needy by adopting villages which showed that he has spent the amount given to him in a proper manner without creating any hip and hoopla about it.

Now, with his active dedication towards raising the standards of various games from Marathon to other sports shows that he is the Sportsperson not only in name but also in his deeds!!! 

Humbleness Personified: The World is watching East

Today, Morning is good than any other day. The country which was called the Big Brother remains the same. China which is one of the giant in terms of Economy, Military and People power has got a visitor by the name of Kim Jong. The name which has bought a chill down the spine of many leaders around the world is visiting China on an unofficial visit.

The perfect Teddy and the Sugar daddy who are Mr. Kim Jong and the leader from China Mr Xi Jinping, described respectively by me can become two perfect ally with each other to bring development in the South-China Sea which has been the bone of contention for many countries.

While our Chai maker is planning for another stint with the same voice to come out with Chai-Chai at an undisclosed destination in China  to talk about Doklam the world leaders are uniting with each other to solve minor issues and take the world towards prosperity.

One cannot forget the issue of Balochistan, when India burned its own hand by shouting on top-voice to free the part of Pakistan. Similarly. the Political and main security Adviser of Mr. Modi by the name of Mr. Ajit Doval shouted at his top-voice to make the Pakistan into shreds which could not be done.

 In the meantime a person can go through various videos which talk about the certain parts of Punjab Pakistan which are seeing prosperity in terms of water, land and they are economically growing at a faster pace. They are also emphasizing on Education which gives a prominent respect in the eyes of beholder.   

With Mr. Nitin Gadkari crying hoarse about putting a ban on water distribution to Pakistan this is the best which can be done from our end as they have dug enough wells, canals and various other sources of water to keep their ground water high. So, this is the best and the most welcome step by our Government which can be done in few working days.

Sri Lanka on the other hand is trying to reclaim some of the land from the sea to develop the ports and expansion of the city while we are destroying our mangroves in Mumbai and Sunderbans so that our country should face some serious backfire when it comes to environment and tiger conversation.

With the Union Minister Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad joining Rajya Sabha the thought is who will be the next Digital Marketing Manager of India, I mean the minister of India. With opening call center in the name of Digital Marketing does not make sense as there is a difference between the work process of Call center and Digital marketing.

I could positively say that although both are an extension to each other but at the same time Digital Marketing which I have learned from NIIT Imperia and the finer nuances of customer service which is an extension of Sales and Marketing with my last working at IBM India Pvt Ltd, I think India is at least a backward nation by 50 Decades.

 As the world knows that I have served a certain section of CITIBANK with its marketing of loans, I feel proud to have served my earlier life with a business acumen in marketing for which our MBA's spend huge amount and then get into the same C.V mode. They line up in those companies which has given me the perfect knowledge of marketing and leading my life with gratitude which I show to very less people who really deserve it. 

Anyway the life goes on and hopefully I am running the Half Marathon on 1st April 2018, which is called the Big Fish day in technical terms. I don't need the help of Mr. Kinky which is Shahrukh Khan to speak nonsense about me or my friends, the way he has done while I was at Cambodia. He or any political leaders are not responsible for my safe journey back to India but I owe every single breathe to my parents and my school along with my friends with Sajit B. Nair being the prominent one. 

Hopefully I complete my Marathon on time and prepare for the next best thing which is a blogger and a marathoner at the same time! Ameen....    

   

Homes with Glass Architecture Design

The brick and mortar stories are soon to be replaced by the glass architecture design which is revolutionizing the world in the architectural field. The wise architectural group will study the feasibility and with the consent of the landowner will come up with a great home design on single plots and villa style architectural homes which will give a new meaning and the home will be built in a few months rather than spending an entire year or so behind building the homes.

These homes could be surrounded with beautiful swimming pools, well-laid gardens, pavements, and various other decorative style giving great architectural inputs thus helping every home with the concept of its own and there will be no copying of home designs as slight changes will bring a new and different kind of home.

So, hopefully, the people are listening, to beat the heat and enjoy the sight with sunlight in abundance
thus making the "Tere Ghar ke Samne" concept a beautiful meaning!!!  

Stop terrorising our Press & Media

Press and Media are called the fourth pillar of democracy. They are the person who faces all kind of issues from reaching the war-ravaged countries to the place where there is a cyclone warning beforehand to help the people in reaching a safe place. Most of the time they keep a tab on Government decisions to safeguard the nation in their own ways.

Since past few days, there has been an incidence of some press reporters being beaten by police personnel in Delhi. I would like to write about the behavior of media unit which does not understand the importance of covering issues in a proper manner.

Whenever Police do some work against the hooligans from the JNU Campus NDTV is the first one to defend them. They should understand that it could lead to violent protests and instead of giving true reporting they start the investigation which is equivalent to harassment of police which is already under lots of pressure from the Home Ministry.

They work day and night to maintain law and order situation while the Media is cooling off the heels in Air Conditioned offices and vanity vans just waiting for the scoop to get delivered and then over-enthusiastic media personnel rush towards the direction to get the most out of it in the name of live coverage.

Now, talking about the incident which happened at Bihar  Arrah, it is one of the feudal economy towns. The city has one of the most criminal past with people playing with guns and firearms is the most common thing in every household.

Whether it was the rise of Sunlight Sena or the destruction of Bhumihar warlords in the form of Ranveer Sena which has already met its fate and few of the people who are surviving has got into the hiding mode.

The only brave people after Police is the Media group or the Press personnel who try to dig out the right story and thus bring the small or big publication the reports to Hindustan or the Dainik Jagran which is the two top newspaper in this area.

Yesterday, the two brave journalists by the name of Mr. Vijay Singh and Mr. Navin Nischal, who have been working for many years in the field of Journalism could not save themselves as they got mercilessly killed by the sarpanch of the village. It is to be kept in the notice that Sarpanch had earlier issues with the media personnel. The Scorpio involved was burned and thus it was nothing more than the destruction of evidence as the vehicle should be impounded and handed over to the Police.

Both journalists had a  heated argument with the sarpanch and after few minutes coming back from the market they were hit by the Scorpio and died on the spot. Both had the family to look after and seeing the economic conditions in Bihar it is difficult to survive without any benefits.

Also, one could see that if such incidents of killing and torture to the media personnel goes on then India will become a country where the already depressed group of scribes will find nothing good to pull out in terms of news and they will lose confidence.

It will lead them to speak out unnecessary issues and there will be a condition of anarchy and restlessness in the society. The public should understand that Media is a noble profession and people who are working they belong to a good family background. It's true that they put themselves at risk to provide the true story to the world but that does not mean for us to paint a bad picture for them.

There have been so many incidents when they find themselves in a dangerous situation such as bullets whizzing almost near from their head or maybe they try to expose certain criminals and thus are surrounded by various evil-minded people. Their own courage takes them out of such situations.

It is necessary to stop terrorizing our Press and Media and try to give them their due importance and help them to get rid of tension so that they should come with the true story and no propaganda attached with their journalism. 

Count your blessings through County Cricket

Virat Kohli who was known for pointing towards heaven now and then seems to have changed a lot after marriage. Maybe the social effect of the tall and lanky Anushka Sharma has brought some positive vibes in his life. The star who is the best in Cricket and replaced the World Cup-winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is taking the flight to England for a stint with county cricket.

Before the Cricket has hit more of glamour and there were no match schedules throughout the year during the summer most of our Indian cricketers from the likes of Md. Azharuddin, Mr. Kapil Dev, Sunny Gavaskar along with the spinners like Mr. Bishan Singh Bedi always use to have a tour of England Cricket Board. They use to have a stint with various  Cricket Club like Middlesex, Surrey, Hampshire and along with many other cricket clubs. The main purpose was to learn the skills related to International Cricket Council and develop young heroes in Indian cricket.

In this way, Cricket was confined only to few seasons in India and since the ground everywhere was not developed it was good for the cricketers from offshore regions to play at selected stadiums such as Bombay, Madras, Delhi, and Calcutta. The commentary section was also taken care by All India Radio and Doordarshan who have great statisticians keeping records on the fingertips and mind but not with help of computers.

Cricket was more of mind game with bowlers who use to whizz the bowl at speed beyond comparison. Now, talking about this Virat Kohli decision to go for the Tour to England for a stint with the local county is not only because of the upcoming tour of England but since Mr. Ravi Shastri who has a sharp intellect related to cricket and has served various counties, he must be the person behind Virat's decision.

With the World Cup 2019 at just one year from now, the England and Wales Cricket Board must be in full swing to make it a great success. It is known by everyone that after the year 1999, this is the first time Cricket World Cup is getting organized in England. With Pujara, Ishant Sharma and Ravi Chandran Ashwin also joining the county cricket it makes sense that these players should get accustomed to the pitch and weather conditions.

It's true that there is a Cricket series lined up in 2018 with England where the match schedule is of 5 test series along with 3-ODI's and 3 Twenty-Twenty internationals. The cricket players cannot learn about the pitch and climatic condition, as at that time the ground is prepared to keep in mind the visiting team and not the natural pitch conditions. 

The county cricket will have their own players from Stuart Broad to James Anderson and various other swing bowlers who can be a good player to watch out during the world cup. England has performed well in the past few years of 20-20 World cup and it is always a psychological edge in defeating the home team, the BCCI is playing a fair game of techniques to send the cricketers for understanding the ground and making them known as a positive impact maker in front of World spectators and Media.

 

Can't find taste in Indian Girls

India is a country which has been known for the Bharat counting Lion's teeth. The same old story of King Dushyant and Shakuntala which is true or not must only be known to our ancestors. The country has been known for beauty from the past who are known only to Indian masses.

If one talks about the beauty which bounds to bow down then the Queens like Cleopatra, Helen of Troy and various other significant names are known the world over. Nobody around the world and not even Shakespeare who has been known to praise the beauty in his novels has defined any Indian girls.

If we see the paintings then Monalisa is known to be a common one and at the same time a mysterious smiling personality, while none such paintings has been known by Rabindra Nath Tagore who was a great artist. If we see the drinks like Champagne and Vodka they have been discovered in the west and not in Indian subcontinent where liquor was confined only to the Kings and maybe the cheaper version of the drink was popular among the masses.

Now, if we talk about any sports such as Tennis then Martina Hingis and Stephie Graf has ruled the roost and in today's context Maria Sharapova along with beauties who has lined up from this time to the earlier days are known over the world for their physical fitness, charm and exuberance that does not match  with any of the Indian stars.

If we talk about any INDIAN girl from Bollywood or Sports arena whatever dress or style they adapt they just look a dud show when compared with any beauties from eastern part of the world or even the western part which has bought lots of beauties from the Sandra Bullock to Salma Hayek and not to forget Jennifer Lopez.

Here if we see in India whether it is any News Channel or the girl next door everybody looks as if they are copying each other's style. Neither they have originality nor they have the sense of talking just forget the sense of humour. They can come all out for any one just for few bucks which they carry with the words like we are born free of any hassles and shun the traditional character as we are the torch bearer of the new age society.

Good thoughts! But at the same time spare some for the person who belongs to you and give enough time and attention with keeping the photograph at the office table which you are not aware about. He could have proudly introduced you to the office workers and may be the appreciation could be all yours but thankfully the power, paisa and prostitution attracts you from the time of Kamasutra along with khajuraho which is just an imagination of the artist and nothing more than that.

If khajuraho statue were those vivid and the British people or lets say the Arabs who ruled us for long would have depicted the same story in the books like Ain-e-Akbari. even huen Tsang who was a traveller from China never depicted such stories in his travel books. It is easy to kill or mock a man by defining him as a loose character but at the same time it could just be the other way round.

The problem arises when you reach the hotel to meet any famous film star and find a person of an age which cannot be described then there is nothing but only an interview session after which clothes getting dumped and coming out in table cloth which is known after few days to the media who is hardly interested in such stories these days.

All the guys are looking into ways to learn fast to get the best out of them in terms of recording, post production and depicting news in an interesting manner which suits the audience. Maybe they are influenced by the Mardanni who is none other than Miss Aditi Tyagi serving a stint in French Media these days and thus they plan to leave offshore while women as usual are getting into prostitution which for few remaining years of their life is the most reputed way to earn money as per their thoughts.

Now at the same time talking about Bloomberg, BBC or CNN if we go through the dressing sense of their women then a person certainly gets floored. They carry decency, attitude, taste and elegance at the same time with aplomb. They are not from the super cheater gang and neither they carry money on your head by just saying that there was nothing more than a spin the bottle story or any such game which has been played just in the name of fun and laughter better termed as a trouble without reason and thus turning into prison.

Seriously. ask your colleague some day about the way you dress up with no sense of weather conditions just passing the jackets or suit which looks so out of character as it does not fit every body size. It's just a poor man show which is not in the World media. They are free to dress up in style which gives them a killer look and thus they carry themselves in style and confidence. The confidence just oozes out from their words and faces rather than an Indian news reader who is just teary eyed to make fool out of the person who can make mockery out of your tears which are due to the overdose of any substance termed as narcotics.

So, the taste is all in character and style not in your body sweat or maybe the lower part of your body which is on display these days without any issues as the Indian media is just into the shunting phase with the likes of  long known Steam engines which are of no use from few years from now. Media is changing drastically and the short news service from the likes of Wire and various other news platform in the mode of Quint and Social platforms are springing up very fast and also talks substance.

    

Take care for the car string

Everybody loves their own car and keep eye on the car which passes by the other lane, side lane or zooms away from your side. The car is not only a beautiful machine but it is famous among kids, younger ones and adults. A person feels safe in the car and although in India everybody does possess one or the other vehicle thankfully sometimes they envy other's car.

Few of the young generation who are light-hearted person love the way you drive the car or other admire the song. As far as you see few of the people who are limited to advertisement breaks talk about their private possession in public and it can be an act which makes them more prone to the society which always waits for the "can of worms" to open with a slight jerk. 

These people get the tight slap in the open air auditorium after which they start praising the beautiful hands or say that "Iska badla lunga....Bees saal baad..." which backfires or not, only the time tells. In the meantime, the heroic never ends as someone declares the better person as the first lady while the most honorable person takes the paint-brush and welcomes the school baby...

One can find the striking irony in this statement. There was a time when such person was the kingpin of the society but somehow things have changed since today is the release date of  "Sajjan Singh Rangroot".

Although through my blog page I always write the film reviews after watching the film. I would like to write few words about this film as it is of one of my favorite from the Punjabi movies actor  "Diljit Dosanjh".

The humble Sardarji who has seen lots of ups and downs in life has come up with great music and films in the past. His movies always go full theatre in cinema halls like "Dhillon Cinema" in Chandigarh. Rather than talking about the movie which I have not seen till now if we see the mannerisms of the Sardarji, he is known for the superior comic timing, the right music background, and songs which give you the best of the genres from the Punjabi style bhangra, Sufiana and the culture which is widespread throughout from Chandigarh to Toronto. 

So, the easy way to wind up this week is to watch the movie at the nearest PVR cinemas and take care of the car string which is attached to the fuel cap. These days if one goes to the Petrol Pump the pump operator slightly keeps the string out of the fuel box which is attached to the car. Whether it is Maruti or any other sophisticated car sometimes the fuel cap gets detached which is tied with the string of the fuel cap.

The rear view mirror is not only to watch other car or person on the road but it is also good to watch the petrol meter. At the same time, the person who is fueling the car needs to be watched because whether you behave good, bad or ugly you just gather few smirks from the person who does not know you apart from understanding you through the rumor mills which churn out stories with faster rates.

So, "beware and stay happy, as the economy is changing and so is the World throughout Indian topography." 

India Youth leaders survive in Cradle and dig grave in same

India is a country which sees Youth leadership with much fanfare in Universities. Once a student reaches university before he could start the studies he has to go through Elections in Universities. He is bound to give the vote to student Unions like Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad, National Students Union Of India, Punjab University Students Union and various CPI, CPM cadres spread throughout the country.

The main aim of these political leaders is to create a crop of student agitators who could raise different issues from time onwards and then do the same old political tricks like Rail Roko, Pakoda Becho and create a Bir Bajrangbali Sena to disrupt the country from time to time.

Things are somewhat O.K. in states like Punjab, Himachal, and Haryana but if someone goes towards eastern U.P. and Bihar then every other student is at the mercy of old politicians who ask aur bataiye pandey Jee koi nai murgi nahi pakde....bahut din se chawal murga ke sath daru pilane wali shaki nahi mili.... 

So, the paan stained Bihari bhaiya immediately says haan eh baar bahut chuddakhar pakde hain...ekdum ghost garam hai shali ka.... daat niporte hue the entire political wings wait for another great evening...

After creating the entire base of party workers through eminent leaders like Mr. Kiren Rijiju who took every step to reach from door to door for establishing the faith of Indian Democracy in North-East and formation of Youth leaders who are now Chief Ministers of the state. 

Similarly, see the system in any good democracy such as U.S.A or U.K. where the political head must be a smart suave lady but her entire group of ministers is young who carry the democracy on their young shoulders.  

On contrary India has youth who are nothing more than fools who think that they have to collect money during elections by carrying a baseball bat and threaten places like Petrol Pump along with toll Plaza. They put Rs 20 in their pocket give Rs 80 to the leader per 100 and once the leaders get elected they get crore from party funds and the people from the youth wing of such Parishad go on head hunting for another munia session coming in colleges with only some Rs and few bottles of IMFL.

Many of such colleges get more girls than guys and they again get the attention of old leaders who on the pretext of giving the tickets choose the beautiful girls for another election. In the meanwhile Yadav bhaiya after few years end up without degree and certification. The bapu i.e the Yadav bhaiya father gives him the old motorcycle and he starts selling Milk to the different homes.

They diligently give milk coming morning and evening and the moment any person who cannot reply to him he does not leave any chance and say akhir bali ka bakra aab mila hai...while these words are uttered by the God for himself while he is pointing to a timid uncle from the society. He forgets the days he has spent in college were his favorite Munia has joined the sexual racket and sometimes find him at some massage parlor or any such agency thus facing an odd situation.

 I personally keep my head high as thankfully I neither worked as a masseur nor as pimp neither as a gigolo for any of the society girls till now and God forbidden I always pray that since India is turning into a prostitution den I should not get into this unsocial enjoyment which takes a person nowhere. 

It's not that hard to study and get marks since I got my M.A, in Sociology cleared with good marks from Bharati Vidyapeeth and did not sacrifice any girls to get marks and neither went under any Professor bed for my result. A person who is neck-deep involved in the conspiracy is always forgiven by the forces of nature. I have seen people who have put the world to shame by burning houses, children and other belongings getting great respect from the society. The society considers them as a macho personality and treats them as savior making them great leaders or even considering them as "GOD".

Also, if a person who has multiple sex romp in their life gets the best out of everyone and whether it is the children or the grown-ups never try to look towards them in any objectionable ways but try to give them a look which gives them instant sexual gratification.

They are generally self-satisfied people who drink their indigenous drinks and food is all about the simple one or one can say rice and fish as the staple food with occasional Chicken or Mutton during the festivities.

On the contrary, we as city dwellers run from pillar to post for fulfilling all the basic needs but do not get the satisfaction from within. Our own depression comes out in the form of tears or passing remarks to the person who does not either reply back or come out with hordes of slangs which ultimately leads to fighting. It further leads to domestic violence and if the wife is not educated or just a girl who is ready to fight then the world can see the "Great Indian Fight Club".

The same gets avoided if after a heavy day of work both share the daily work talks with each other while sipping the coffee or favorite drink and eyes which could deeply understand the emotions thus making a fresh start every day with their love life.

I do remember my late father who use to come back from a heavy day at his work while he was posted at Bokaro Steel Plant. My mother would immediately prepare tea and both use to talk with each other and he would tell about different kind of work at the plant. It uses to be their talks while I sometimes played with my sister ( who is no more)  or with my dog "Moti" who was an inseparable part of our childhood days.

Now, as a person who has been staying at Delhi for past 17 years, I still am alone with only my mother staying with me. Thankfully the headline which is "Break-up gratification experienced satisfaction" has not been a part of my life as I keep away from any unwanted sex life rather than keeping myself busy with my work.

According to me a good sexual life only can be achieved if there is the deep love for each other rather than satisfaction involved of counting how many sexual encounters a person had in life. It gives a terrible headache when sex with a person comes out in the public domain. Whether, a person belongs to higher, middle or lower strata of life the society just cuts into left, right and center through words which are more than poisonous in their own ways.

I would like to say that it is totally upon the person to have multiple sexual partners or wait for the Mr. Dependable, as a long-term relationship where one could spend the life till old age with each other is certainly more fruitful. It is far better for the social structure of family and upcoming generations rather than spending one night with a stranger and then washing the dirty linen in public which is generally the forte of every other Indian household!

Sparrow needs a jack for survival

Today is "World Sparrow Day- A day which is on the 20th of March, which sees the beginning of Spring in many of the eastern and western counties together. To be precise the land of the Rising Sun or Japan has got the onset of Spring and same goes for the European and American subcontinent.

Also, if we talk about the Indian subcontinent it is the summer approaching with the temperatures ranging from 32-35 degree Celsius. If we are a bird watcher or have the love for the birds then whether a person stays in the countryside or the city the common birds are the blue pigeons and occasionally one could hear the chirping of sparrows in the balcony.

The birds flock at various junctions in the city like New Delhi at various points like Mandir Marg and Jain temple near Old Delhi Lal Quila. The city although with dwindling forest cover still has some breathing points left where one could hear the indigenous varieties of birds like Peacock, Mainah and various other common birds which is Crow and bulbul.

Now, talking about the most common bird which is Sparrow and since our childhood, we have seen this bird near our home or at least in the terrace area making their nest it gives us a feeling of nostalgia when one could watch the wheat spread in the backyard and sparrows coming to have a feast.

This must have happened with many of us as in our growing age we did not have the AAshirwad or Patanjali Atta, in our home and were not even in the market. The time was of the atta from flour mill and after bringing the wheat from the market an elaborate practice was to wash, dry and spread it in the sun. While doing this it was natural for the sparrows to grow and survive with the healthier grain variety and thus the population of sparrows was not affected in INDIA.

If we see the dwindling population of sparrows it is because they feast on small grains rather than other bird species who can feast on any other food grains or are even carnivorous in nature. Also, the pollution takes the toll on this bird population which does not find its root only to Indian subcontinent but also belongs to the entire world.

Whether it is U.S.A or Germany or any other Eastern countries with the European Union giving the importance to sparrows. the bird needs conservation because the bird is one of the bridging gaps between ecology and environment. Since the birds also feed on various seeds of the fruits it further helps to the growth of small plants and fruit or flower trees.

"Conservation of Nature" can start from your own home and it is not necessary to go for the long march but the "Sparrows need a jack for survival" which is Love for the birds. Indian Marriage System: Misguided Youth Pomp Syndrome

When we talk about Indian Marriage System it is nothing but a pomp and show of great Hindu Culture. If we talk about the age of Ramayana, then it was more about swaymvar style marriage where the kings used to marry their daughter in style. If it was a myth then also it was picturized in such a way to give glitz and glamour a new meaning.

The economic condition in today's context has changed but if we talk about the social thinking of people they are still following the age-old marriage system where dowry. same caste marriage and all the great stories related to marriage which was more or less about the age of their great grand-parents are tried to be repeated.

If we talk about the Band, bajaa, baraat style marriage then people use to spend on farmhouse locations, banquet halls and various other styles of  marriage system in which even actors like Shah Rukh Khan come to shake a leg and for few hours jump and dance thus giving the crowd a  new way to rejoice and enjoy the marriage.

These all things are good with those people who are the likes of Neerav Modi giving enough style through different kinds of scams and earning through the same ways which could be engaging the Government officials for taking money out of the banks.

Now, if we talk about the common people who do not think twice about spending money in the form of dowry and various girls who do not get married because of the high demands of dowry and thus stand in a difficult situation in the society are not be blamed for.

Such girls neither get any respect in the society and take to criminal ways thus leading their life into a whirlpool from where they never come out. Neither, their parents are to be blamed for the issues created by them nor the society takes their responsibility and thus they find themselves to be in a difficult situation. There have been the situation in many Hindu households that even if the Groom is understanding enough not to take any dowry, still in the name of giving a show-off style a little bit of amount is put into the Groom's hand after which he is to behave like a bonded labor forever. He is bound to behave with their family members and every other person in his household in nothing more than a beggar.

At least, I personally feel free from such bonded labor theory as my home has been built by my father's money, no such record of any evil done towards any girl and waiting for a marriage which should bring reputation in my life even at the age of 39. If ever I would get a girl in my life then she will be from an intellectual background with no dowry-related marriage and a simple court marriage in the presence of the parent and no need of banquet style with my own lovely car Alto K-10 to take my bride as she will be driving my car to the home of her choice.

Philhaal, this is the only dream while it depends upon Sri Ganesh Ji what he thinks about my future in-laws as "Marriage is made in heaven and solemnized on earth".

So, its wise enough to understand that in Today's Indian Marriage System one should avoid misguide youth and pomp syndrome to enter the lovely Godrej house at Ajnara Integrity which is right now open for bride from any caste, color, creed or religion while the heart is directing to a girl who goes through my blogs and talks about it with her friends which could be just like "DDLJ...Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye". Russia: Love, Lies and Lyrics of Indians

India has been blindly in love with Vodka, Vladimir, and Vairagya after meeting and mating at Russia. Before, Indians were aware of Thailand the people have only one dream of visiting Kremlin and other beautiful places in Moscow.

The country has always called a land of dolls and dreams along with caps and gloves associated with ladies. "Our own dream merchant "Raj Kapoor" was deeply in Love with Russia and most of his movie scripts revolved around the U.S.S.R."  Lenin was a very respected person in the Indian household and he was not only the leader of the masses but also 1st May was considered to be a remarkable day by the name of Lenin.

The Indian mindset has changed and since it is turning more towards Bhagwa image it's forgetting the importance of Lenin as a person who has bought equality for the common laborers and his pro-poor policy has given life to many people across various countries and continents.

It's a pity that his statue is vandalized in India and the day I heard such incidents over the T.V., I wept from the heart. The Indian government should consider that these precious statues are not only made of mortar but are made by the heart of the person who is carving these statues. If such things are difficult to tolerate in your eyes then please keep it in a museum of a place where hardly any person visits not in the national museum where the revolver of General Niazi's gets stolen.

Modi could not emerge with Time

The Time magazine which is known for its cover page and only the eminent personality around the world get the privilege to be on its cover. Modi as a P.M. of India got enough opportunity to be on the cover page but his words everywhere to garner cheap publicity of "Being Chaiwallah" could not fetch respect to any Indian outside the political and land borders of India.

His pro-poor policy turned out to be a dud show as he demoralized the intellectual society and made the poor and backward section of the society to laugh at all people. He could not make the difference between the social strata of life where education is a necessity for everyone. Instead of calling himself a tea-vendor he could have put stress that he is a Postgraduate in spite of all the odd days he has seen in life.

Today, an auto-wallah speaks in a foul language with you or any other vendor points out to you it's because of the "Modi Magic"  which has given the courage to such people for speaking against any section of the society. It's easy to say that the social barrier has been broken but if we compare with the countries like U.S.A and U.K. their social system is quite different.

They do not have a poor appeasing policy but give respect, irrespective of the work a person does for his livelihood. Whether it was "Abraham Lincoln" or "Barack Obama" they have got respect because of their constant struggle in life. Few of the person who tried to pass lewd remarks by saying that Abraham's father is a cobbler got the reply that even I could mend your shoes.

Barack Obama was never called a black but got equal respect in the American society which stands out to be a liberal society in thoughts, expressions and the way things work there it is far better as compared to many other nations in the Indian subcontinent.

If we talk about the actors from India lets say, Mr. Shahrukh Khan, he made a great fuss about opening his shoes at the airport while Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam never said a single word and put their country ahead by opening his shoe in the name of security check.

One remembers the movie called Anand where the actor Rajesh Khanna is diagnosed with a rare disease called "Lympho Sarcoma of Intestine.", He made us cry throughout the movie because of his brilliant acting and not because he was trying to gain some cheap popularity out of it. Another actor who got the boost from the movie was Mr. Amitabh Bachhan who put his best performance by responding to the tape in which Rajesh Khanna says Babu Mosai....jindagi aur maut to upparwale ke hath me hai...

If Modi is failing in creating the magic he could be compared with Irffan Khan as his movie "Qarib Qarib Single" saw his true character where he does not give any social message which he was known for. I hope his next movie sooner or later will be of a gigolo character which is sure to hit by the end of this year.

Modi ji is relying too much on his team and could not see that while his leaders are just jaw-dropping in the name of girls other such parties are regrouping themselves to become a unit for overthrowing his regime in 2019 elections. Whether it is Congress or the Third front after the result of Phulpur and Gorakhpur bi-elections they are forming a core group to show exit route to BJP.

Only a great team of party cadres will not help the BJP which is running like a road roller and even such road roller gets a jolt and stops if the intellectual society comes together to throw away the lotus after it does not give a pure smell.

Heartwarming experience at PVR Rajnagar Extension

Today for the first time I went to watch a movie at PVR, Raj Nagar Extension. Before describing the movie I would like to describe the ambiance of PVR. Once you cross Ajanara Integrity, where I stay in a two bedroom apartment which is my own home, a few minutes from where. a person can find a mall by VVIP.

It is a white building where the parking facility along with Pizza Hut, Shree Ratnam, Hiraji Sweets along with lifestyle shops are located. It is a very pretty mall with a small area but perfect for a family outing. The best thing is that unlike Wave Cinemas where one gets all kinds of elements, here the ambiance is perfect for more of a family outing venture.

Since most of the people are from the apartments which are nearby and along with Morta village and few more such villages surrounding the area, people are mostly hard working middle class which does not indulge generally in mud slinging and various such nefarious activities.

The good thing about the educated middle class or the family based villagers who are equally educated as in the entire NCR, Ghaziabad is one of the most educated areas. If we talk about the per capita income or the ratio of male and female which is called the sex ratio, Ghaziabad fares better than any other cities of  U.P.

Not to forget the literacy rate which is one of the best whether it is for the male or the female. Thankfully, our society Ajnara Integrity is turning out to be one of the model society here as positivity is creeping in making it a "Peace of Mind" place which is the slogan of Ajnara.

Now, talking about the Movie which is "Raid" by Ajay Devgan and Eleana Decruz, first time I noticed that Ajay was not comfortable in his character. When talking about the Love scene he was mostly trying to avoid it and which could be a wise instance for the Movie as he was playing the toughest character of an "Income Tax" Officer.

If he would have been showing to become too mushy or behaving like a lovelorn person then the character which he was playing could not be justified. Apart from that Eleana, was posing as a dutiful woman who could go to any extent for saving his husband. She was fully supportive to the extent of bringing food during the IT raid to a village Zamindar and the entire backdrop was of the 1980's when most of the time it was the Iron Lady in the form of "Indira Gandhi" showing sometimes in the backdrop of the movie.

With less song and some well-known dialogue from Bihar and U.P, it was a feeling of nothing more than a nostalgic past which most of us have gone through in the articles by Dharamyug. If a person wants to know, it is one of the firebrand magazines with great political stories finding from the cover page to the last page of the book.

 The movie is certainly one time watch with many characters it created a cacophony but certainly, the way IT raids are done in India is not understood by us, as Media certainly does not elaborate these things except telling the counts of money.

So, if you are a movie buff then the movie is certainly a warm change out of all those dance and song sequences which rule Bollywood throughout the year!

Indian Movies: Running on Realistic Themes

Once upon a time in Bollywood, Indian movies were much about the problems created by the Thakurs and Brahmins who acted as rich zamindars, They were famous for various cheap dialogues and pulling the saris of the Bhabhi's while the sincere Hero use to enter on time and save the izzat of the bahu and betiyan of the small family. This could be seen in the movie called "Dushman Chacha" in which the main protagonist was Mr. Rajesh Khanna.

The entire movie has a village background with lots of laughter and has a usual song and dance routines with Mumtaz playing a great character. Also, another such movie in which there was a famous song called "hum panch pandav ye shakuni mama" called "Hum Panch", the main protagonist was Mr. Naseeruddin Shah. The famous dialog was from a munshi who use to run errands for the thakur played by Amrish Puri and say most of the times "Srivastav Bhi Kahiye sarkar"- when the thakur use to call him by name.

So, the mainstream movies were all about the soshit-pidit samaj such as small caste people or the poor peasants family getting upliftment by the main protagonist. Now, talking about another movie called Sharansh, it looks nothing more than hilarious when a father takes the ashes of his son to the police station. After, all the Indian Police or the Army has not formed any welfare association to find out the DNA of Son and Father. 

In the mid 80's and 90's, it was the lovey-dovey syndrome with movies like "Qyamat se Qyamat Tak" till "Aashiqui" where much of the star cast was of family and friends and people use to watch the movies with much fanfare. Not to forget some meaningful films like Daddy or "Hum Aapke Hain Kaun" in the late 90's putting stress on the family system.

Various other thought-provoking movies were in the name of parallel cinema which was rarely watched by the people and has its own movie circle which was mostly from the college-going group. They were called MALE and in full form, it was Marxwadi and Leninwadi.

In the current scenario, Indian movies are running on realistic themes which do not have star cast from the jumping jack background. They are more of the serious star cast with the likes of Ajay Devgan, Tabu and recently Ileana DeCruz has joined the bandwagon with some powerful performance in the movie "Baadshaho".

If we remember one of the best movies which have made a mark on the educated population is the "Drishyam". This movie is very realistic and all the star cast has given a very power packed performance. The movie revolves around issues of camera and videography which further turns into blackmailing. It is a great movie which can only be understood by the educated people as the common person waits for things to happen in their life and then takes a leaf out from the book.

Now, talking about tomorrow to be released the movie by the name of "RAID"  again an Ajay Devgan along with Ileana Decruz starrer it is based on 80's U, P. timeline. Based on real-life income tax raids the movie can be a good grosser on the box office as people love to watch Ajay Devgan's serious intonations and the way he carries himself in the films like Singham 1 and Singham-2 where he was cast as Police Officer.

The powerful dialogues and the script by Ritesh Shah where most of the dialogues are in the local language of U.P. it could be a great movie to watch out for this weekend!





 

Strong Opposition Necessary for Democracy

BJP led Government after going on a campaign where it seems that the rampage will never end. The Government was not getting any setback and Mr. Modi considered it as "Asavmedh yag" when he went to Varanasi. The way Mr, Modi has been behaving these days has been more of a Czar who use to rule Russia before the introduction of the Communist Government.

Also, if we remember the French revolution the behavior of Mr, Modi and his entourage was looking the same. The other big factor was making a big office for the party cadre which does not make any sense. It could be a hospital or a school for the poor and the needy.

The government with its promise of providing shelter to every person by 2022 which seems a promise which is not going to get fulfilled. These small factors can lead to an anti-incumbency factor. If we talk about the caste-based politics it shows that Bhumihar and Brahmin are getting a major setback in India.

In any case, one could remember that the Bhumihars and Brahmins are of no existence in politics. They were inclined more towards the Congress Government. If we talk about the party tickets to be distributed, the BJP led Government has to look towards the SC-ST combination along with the OBC which are becoming a great caste to reckon in the coming future.

The M-Y samikaran which is of "Muslim-Yadav" has to be adopted by BJP for a stable result in U.P and Bihar. One has to understand that neither Ram exists among us nor he is of any importance to the Indian public. The few sadhu groups who try to initiate the Ayodhya issue must understand that the temple diplomacy is no more issue for fruitful election results.

This is not a warning signal for the BJP led government at the World level because with New Delhi attracting many countries for signing various deals and development through pacts signed by the Indian government.

The good thing is that since Congress is existing no more it is a chance for SP, RJD, BSP and other small parties to join together for helping each other in the coming Lok Sabha elections. This is the best chance for getting a formidable opposition which looked to have a major setback in the 2014 elections.

The initiative has been done by Congress through Dinner Diplomacy but the Miss Mayawati and the Mr. Akhilesh Yadav along with  Mr. Tejaswi Yadav should try to leave Congress as it has not gained any base from past 4 years. With, the Indian Media showing Rahul's meeting with various people in Singapore and Malaysia along with blaming their family members for all mishappenings it gives him an outlook of a weak leader. 

Although Mr. Modi need not worry at this point he has to still change his behavior while meeting foreign dignitaries and it is not necessary for him to go on campaigns but promote his younger sections of political candidates such as Mr. Yogi along with Mr. Devendra Fadnavis and various other leaders such as Mr. Suresh Prabhu who has good presence in their respective states.

The human beings cannot be said to be more privileged in this context as every organism on this earth looks forward to the privilege which has been bestowed by mother nature.

Whether you are a married couple or a single mother both have the same respect for their kids. The country like India where the mother, child relationship starts from the womb and the lady starts taking care of her child from the beginning of the childbirth.

The motherhood never sees whether the person is rich or poor. Childbirth is a gift of GOD and most of the couples after spending few years within the marriage system look for a child in their life. With the fast-paced life, one cannot think about having a child within the first two years of marriage. There are couples who have Double Income No kids and also they wait for the good times in their life when they get settled in their office and work environment. Once they feel well settled with the office environment they go for the kid in their life.

With corporates taking care through paternity and maternity leaves along with helping through the hassle-free environment it is a great help for the couple.  Also, the Indian Government taking care of the masses which belongs to the poor sections of the society is provided help by the different schemes for providing maternity care.

In this way, the Indians are privileged in many ways to get most out of the God's gift which has been bestowed by nature. on the contrary Indian mindset is also about creating all kinds of problems through various sections of our own population.

The moment a locality knows about the pregnancy in your home the various mothers from your society come out with the social pangs of their own. Hasna mana hai in Zila Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad is one of the locality in NCR which can be said about highest crime rate along with the people who are at one hand very highly educated with the likes of Mr. V.K.SIngh. who stays at a peaceful locality of Ghaziabad along with the various other artists and players who have given an impetus in uplifting Ghaziabad at the world front.

Since, a resident of Ajnara Integrity Raj Nagar Extension, I understand that with the help of Yogi Government along with the police and administration things are certainly changing at a very higher pace. If one takes a little bit of time and go to the newly built overbridge connecting Indirapuram and beyond the beauty of the River Hindon along with the entire Ghaziabad from Raj Nagar Extension to the far of Crossings Republic with Vasundhra could be seen.

Also, the flyover passes through The newly built Haj House along with the Railway line which goes over the Hindon Barrage. The place looks beautiful and there is also a point near Orange County Vasundhra, where a small area has been dedicated as a service point. As per my thoughts, this place can be used for the emergency vehicles such as Ambulance or Tow away vehicles which can be a new concept in the flyover structures. The flyover is a freeway where one could cruise at a speed of 80 Kms per hour which is the speed limit.

There are nearby houses and also at the same time, the people could see lots of bird species which are common in this area. The most common of them is the local kite population which swoops down at a great speed in the air but sometimes follows the person. It gives a new level of excitement for the nature lovers. Also, the entire area is developed and once it gets operational during the evening time it will be a great place for driving.

Since the nearby area is well lit and there are very fewer electricity issues one will see a beautiful late evening on the flyover with entire area lit up with lights. One can say that a person can see up to horizon but it is beyond that as the sky is very clear and it seems that the sky is endless with a 360-degree view.

Now, if we talk about the present population of Ghaziabad it is very well educated with less of poverty. At one point if a person goes towards Morta then they will find very beautiful surroundings in the form of agricultural fields. If one takes the path of Hindon bypass they will see the Hindon River which is in a good flow and the river has been turned into a picnic spot at the City Forest, Ghaziabad. Here at different time intervals, various programmes are held for young children and their parents.

Also, it is known for various industries from Heavy Engineering to the Mohan Meakins which is an Agro-based and also ITC with its office and plant at Morta it gives a thinking which shows that the city gives more impetus to agricultural outputs. With many of the premier educational institute around the city such as KIET Group of institutions along with ABES Engineering College and with the likes of Goenka School, DPS Morta, and HRIT Campus it shows that the city has given due importance to the educational sector.

Many small-scale industries along with the Grand chord railway line and G.T. Road passing through Ghaziabad makes it one of the busiest on the economic front. Indian Railways has given due importance to the city as most of the Electric Loco Shed for the Northern Railway is found in this city. If you have the uncanny ability to look at the train's locomotives then most of them running in this route have Ghaziabad inscribed on them.

The Hindon Air Base has its own importance as the Air Force planes do sorties at different time intervals and the various Air Planes which are generally of the transportation category could be seen here. The likes of Sukhoi and Tejas along with various other such fighter planes are only seen during Air Force days along with 26th January. Also, the fighter category of helicopters is seen at special occasions.

The city is spread far and wide which borders with cities like Meerut and New Delhi along with one of the most sacred temples from the time of  Ramayana era which is Dudheswar Nath temple. Also, the city gives respect to all sections of society as there are all kinds of religious places of worship could be found such as Mosque, Churches Gurudwara.

The city has seen great development and some of the eminent personalities who are into politics are from the AAM Aadmi Party such as Mr. Manish Sisodia along with Mr. Kumar Vishwas and the C.M. of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal.

Now, any person can think that with such a lively description of the city why there is the heading which says "Hasna Mana Hai in Zila Ghaziabad". The city has seen the highest influx of people from Bihar along with people from eastern U.P. They are the real miscreants who try to mix with the local population and when they get rebuked then it could be seen on their faces which cannot be explained.

The dirty vote politics does not give any small issues created by them and it further leads to various problems which grow at times. It sometimes gives a feeling of tightrope around your neck and strangulation. The person especially the ladies group who are staying in societies find difficult at times to have a hearty laugh as there is a feeling of constant watchdogs in the form of the people who come in the society on the pretext of various odd jobs which could be selling milk or any other daily necessary goods.

I can share a very common issue which is faced even on the roads. There could be people standing at regular intervals while you are traveling with a normal or an average speed. At the same time from the opposite direction may be a guy with a girl will be coming at a high speed on scooty. As soon as the scooty crisscross you and you get forward suddenly the person who will be waving a brochure of the apartments will say Tumne use kuch kaha to nahi....Within a fraction of a second, you will get irate and the little distraction can prove to be very harmful. Also, the same thing could be seen in a society where a person may be following or going out of the society and does not stay there on a permanent basis, He will also ask you the same question.

Last year the same problem was faced by me when a person who is not a part of the society took a disciplinary action against me for driving the car at 40 Km per hour within the society premises. With few more uncles to follow and on the pretext of saying that I went to Gurgaon for meeting a girl which was actually not true as I went for a job interview.

I was beaten completely with all their might but that certainly could not break me. The Association of Authorities which is a part of Ajnara Integrity, Raj Nagar Extension was deeply involved in this conspiracy and this was a part of their ongoing plan which bore fruit on 16th of March 2017.

The other thing is that some of the houses in this society run massage services which further gets into different odd works with certain rings which our society people understand in best ways. So, its all up to you as there are all kinds of people in the society from Indian Air Force officers to small-time journalists and also various other Government officers and private job people who look after their family and get concerned about them.

So, for the betterment of their children education along with overall development, it is better to look at the person who tries to malign your family image rather than looking yourself as a person who is helpless and just passing comments on each other will not help in securing your future!

If we go through the world news these days we could hear that there is a great discussion over the equal opportunity payments at the foreign locations. Most of the celebrities from Hollywood and talk shows such as Oprah Winfrey along with many others are giving speeches on the payment in different organizations.

It has more to do with the Hollywood industry which is facing a tough competition. Since there is an upsurge in the far eastern movie centers such as the Philippines and Korean movies they are getting more attention because of the realistic details which could be seen in the movies.

Most of the films are more about the Korean culture and are also of different genres such as Romance, Historical and various war based movies which portray their culture and the past struggle which countries like Vietnam and Cambodia have faced in the past.

The country like Korea and Singapore has seen a great surge in the field of Advertising, Media, and Movie production. They are on a high level of growth and it is true that people love rising Sun. So, the growth factor could be seen around the world and Hollywood is facing a great setback because of the same concept which has been a routine.

Now, it's true that there is lack of directors who use to generate a great storyline and come up with the movies which were a rage during the late 80's till the early years of 1990's. Since the world is more of technical aspect and people who have knowledge about digital marketing along with various other technical works are more in demand.

Also, the industrial production is seeing a surge since most of the work is being taken care either by the women workforce or also there are many other posts which are being occupied by women. They look after their families and also give equal attention to their offices. Similarly, Army, Air-Force along with various other paramilitary organizations are looking an upsurge by the women workforce throughout the world.

This is the reason most of the expatriates from offshore locations try to get jobs in India. When I was working with IBM India Pvt Ltd, I always use to hear the term that the company is an equal opportunity employer. It was also true to the sense as most of the girl's employees use to get equal importance and the pay scale was more or less equivalent to the male candidates. 

Most of them were at good designations and also they were VNA trainer, Managers and also many of them have been to IBM offshore locations. Since worked with great people along with the likes of the managers like Mr. Aman Sahni along with Mr. Tabrez Warsi who were very much respect towards both the sexes and also got the same respect from my end.

I, personally feel that India has been giving much importance to the women candidate at every step of life. Since we are going through the news about Women around the world who are going through a turmoil about less pay in every sector. On the contrary, India is seeing a surge respectful pay scale for women in every field along with stations like Matunga in Mumbai Railways where the entire women staff could be found at the railway stations.

Similarly, as mentioned above the paramilitary forces have some of the smartest girls in India and they have great acumen in handling a different kind of situations from the threat to the creating peaceful atmosphere.  

Thus, we can say that "Yatra Naryastu Pujyante Ramante Tatra Devta" is coming back to India once again after the Vedic period!

International Women's Day: Tribute to some known female Protagonist

Today, the life has become very hectic and there is less time for each other. We generally try to avoid every other person and stick to our duty and work which is necessary for us. Whether we live in apartment or row houses the person faces the problem of leaving the home as once they reach back the first level of interaction i.e. the society gate he gets a badmouthing person in the form of security guards.

Then, further, the bad life continues as most of the time the neighbors do not leave any stone left unturned in pulling the pants down. It actually happens with both the sexes. Anyway, today's discussion is not the same but it is about understanding the women who have bought changes in my life esp. since past few years.

When I talk about the International Women's day I would like to thank the God for making this beautiful world of ours with the right of reciprocation given to the women which starts with a gentle smile and ends with a large grin. 

I was never close to anyone more in my life rather than my younger sister "Sweta" who left to heavenly abode in the month of August 2004 and last heard she was brutally murdered while completing her Hotel Management degree at IHM, Bangalore.  Although, we went to her funeral ceremony still nothing could be done with lack of evidence. The void never got filled again.

The next lady of my life is my mother around which my life spins more since the year 2009 when my father left for heavenly abode. She takes care of my food, clothing, and thanks to her efforts I stay in my all paid home which is free from Loan atAjanara Integrity, Ghaziabad near New Delhi.

There have been many people in form of my Manager, co-workers and of course many others whom we interact on daily basis but the highest influencer on my mind since last year are these ladies who helped me to recover from a brutal assault which was done by the security guards and other such people at my apartment on 16th of March 2017.

Poonam Bisht: Delhi Police- I went for few months to Chandigarh for the preparation of Ph.D. although could not secure a seat. The incident happened when I was at the New Delhi Railway station. I just went towards the ticket counter to know the status of my seat in the Jan Shatabdi from New Delhi to Chandigarh. Since I was feeling completely broken although collected myself before giving my exams for M.A. in Sociology and got a second higher class.

So, as I was passing through X-ray machine where we put our belongings the lady in uniform was checking the goods of people. I was feeling very low as a few months back I was beaten brutally so I don't even remember how I drifted towards her and for few minutes I was standing in front of her dumbfounded without speaking any words. I could not say anything and she did the same although she was taller in height. That really helped me to bounce back in my life as after some time I come back with a full attitude and also went to foreign locations such as Singapore and Cambodia.

Lady Landlord, Manimajra, Chandigarh: I stayed at a house in Manimajra Chandigarh and the landlady was very supportive. She used to treat me like her own son and the family was very supportive in every manner.

Red FM RJ, Shatabdi Bhatnagar: If you stay at Chandigarh then don't forget to listen, "Menz Only" programme over the Red FM as the vivacious and bubbly girl who is the lady love of entire Chandigarh is Shatabdi. She turns out to be a soulmate for all those guys who stay at Chandigarh and the nearby locations. With her voice which is full of charm certainly, anybody could get floored down. So, apart from playing songs she also solves many small issues of the public and is a known figure.

HDFC Bank Cashiers Chandigarh, Sector 47: I don't remember the name of this girl who refused to have a cup of coffee with me on the pretext of being married. This was the first time in my life I have gathered the courage to ask a lady out for a coffee. She used to give a beautiful smile and talk very politely which can be seen at any of the nationalized banks or the private ones throughout Chandigarh. This beautiful behavior is rarely seen by the lady bank officers at Delhi, NCR.

Women of Cambodia: Although, few of the women at Cambodia are arrogant, in general from the hotel to bar and restaurants along with many places of entertainment and airports the women are very beautiful in thoughts and behavior. They love people from outside and give them the due respect. One completely feels at ease in their company and all sections of women have given me lots of love along with food and shelter when I got short of currency as my card got blocked.

Also, the Air Hostess of Malindo Airlines through which I made a comeback to India are very beautiful and if you do not cross the line which is generally a term for the women throughout the world then they get all out to help you.  

Zee news readers: Since I have been staying at home sometimes working on Freelance projects which come on and off as part of my Content Writing works. I have got a new and very essential way of giving importance to World News and my personal and favorite is the Zee News team.

Whether the lady with some serious intonations who is Mimansa Malik or the personal favorite of the general public Miss Rubika Liyaqat one cannot come out of their style and the hold which they have on their talk shows. The students of Mass Communication could learn a lot from them.

The only issues with the Indian women are that they never let others know about their personal relationship. If you ask them whether they are married they will give you hundred excuses and not the correct reply at all.  You just could not figure out from even the vermillion these days as they mischievously reply Wo toh pehle wale ki yaad mein laga rakha hai.....

Also, nowadays the desperation in the society has grown to a large extent. You get to know one girl and more than 1000 people start having an idea of connecting with her. So, the only thing which comes to mind is that do not bring the girl to your home.

As a person who is a divorcee, I just stay away and live in my own virtual world where most of the time after my work I spend on blogging sites, news channels and also music through Youtube.

Not to forget that I am trying to become a Professional Marathoner as I have clocked the time of 2:36:06 seconds at Angkor Wat Half Marathon, Cambodia on 3rd of December 2017. Hopefully, I, become a professional Marathoner and do not remain an amateur.

Understanding yourself as Icon-Not Bad

India is a country where we are taught to look every person in high regards whether, in your locality, political leader, sports person or a personality who is into something..something! or Films and not to forget in your own family. The morning starts with when you will become like Gupta Ji ka Beta?

You will get up with a grudge in mind asking yourself abe kya kiya usne....gan*** #@&%.

Then also your mother will be obsessed by him...will say arre IIT Nikal liya...you will go to the washroom and think offo Yahan potty nikalti nahi wo IIT nikal liya...aab Zindagi bhar suno....jis gali se gujro...are pata hai....usne..you run away from there...then you go shopping for buying grocery...arey pata hai...you get afraid which can be seen on your face..immediately you pay Rs 10-20 extra without calculating...huffing...puffing come back from there and then evening time with friends...chalo enough ho gaya...

So, this time when somebody says that say "hats off...mujhe bhi gali ki kutiya janti hai....aur uska doggy boyfriend chorne aata hai...kehta hai mai iske aage nahi jaunga..

It's better to talk with animals, birds, trees and collectively with nature rather than the same mammals or Homo Sapiens who just give you a look "abbey joker hai kya? and half of them gets concerned why only ZEE NEWS is running on his laptop side by side.

Now, the political leaders have some problem in their life. They are understanding that talking about Ram Mandir and Babri Masjid is not bringing any vote related factors and could lead to anti-incumbency in the coming elections.

Also, talking about any particular News anchor is not giving them any special advantage and people sometimes blurt out in back by saying arrey inki to jindagi aisi hai ki bas...pucho mat!

Whether, it is the leader who is nothing more than a small-time politician or any leader who has got a national importance they malign their own image by talking about the girls who have come up on their own in the field of sports, media or the film industry without Godfather.

Our personal thinking is that they should keep themselves before anyone else and talk about the struggle which they have faced in life. If we talk about our Prime Minister he got importance all over the World by saying he is a poor person with the background of tea vendor.

It brought instant fame in his life. There are many people in foreign who are treated as a convict like Akon and much more but made a great comeback in life with their music which they develop while in jail or community services.

Believe me or not, you as a political leader will fare far better than the Madhav Rao Scindia type of personalities who have got the name and fame because of their past Scindia lineage. if we talk about Sachin pilot it is the same.

As a resident of E-209, AJNARA INTEGRITY, RAJ NAGAR EXTENSION, GHAZIABAD, I MUKESH KUMAR urge honorable Chief Minister Mr. Yogi Adityanath to tell his own story and he will get more accolades.

I remember him talking once about his school days when he used to go through long miles with an elder sister and then becoming ascetic which is not bad at all. He could become a great leader if the BJP comes out with the propaganda of mandir wahi banayenge!

Kalyan Singh Ji could have jumped into this idea which was a great issue during 1990's but he keeps himself away from this issue. He certainly must have understood in his heydays that Ram has not done any great thing in his life but Ravana led the life with principles and died an honorable death.

If Ram would have been that great he could not have taken the plunge into Saryu as he remained with a name who did not serve his father during his last days. Was not even with his wife during pregnancy nor he was playful with kids and not even good with his sister. Ramayana has every other character apart from ram who is known for dedication and dutifulness instead of Ram.

So for what this Ram...Ram word echoing with aplomb at every election rally. Please do not use this word in South India as they do not have any great regards for Shri Ram as they understand the importance of Shiv, Vishnu, and Raja Bali along with their local deities.

                                           So, beware of RAM or get Hey ram chii chii in return!
