I remember when I was trying to do jobs and searching for new ones during the UPA regime which was still the year 2014 and since my education qualification was undergraduate and at this juncture now I am a post-graduate, much of the companies were preferably taking the graduates in the job. With the sudden change in the market scenario and much of the vocational courses coming up the students have found a great way to earn their share of money in a low-income household.

The students can contribute not only to their family but also further plan their career accordingly in the areas of Digital Marketing wherein most of the companies are asking for a Diploma or a Certification after Class Xth that is matriculation and with little or no experience one could start in many companies across all states including the progressive ones like Punjab and Delhi. 3. Content Writer

4. Media Marketing Expert and many more.

Going for a course by Quickbooks into accounting after 10th or 10+2 could make you a certified accounting professional rather than going for the B. Com Exams which are gradually becoming irrelevant in life.

Also, with the Web Designing a person can enjoy patronage into the work of designing but it is almost over with less requirement and Artificial Intelligence course are coming up very fast which could be done after Graduate level. So, one could understand that instead of sitting back and giving exams for LLB which is of less or no use as there are already many established Lawyers in the market one could find better ways to earn and after which you can put the money into your further studies and plan your future. 

With the companies related to Automobile and other heavy industries including big brands like TATA are asking for Diploma Holders from ITI into Mechanical Engg. or Automobile Engg. one could immediately get into a great drive in life and earn great remuneration or packages without going for the B.Tech from big institutes which ask for bigger amount and thus a poor person cannot think more about joining such institutes.

Media is another industry which is flourishing at a higher level and after helping yourself with a diploma in different professional works in media such as Voice Recorder, TV Journalist, Print and Media journalist any of the person can get into Private Channels with a Diploma after 10+2.

In this way, one could understand that the days of getting easy jobs are coming back and there are fewer requirements for those who do not get into tandem with studies and feel earning on their own. With NITI AYOG coming up with many job openings whether experience into Private or Government jobs can get an opportunity at various levels and the Indian Government led by BJP has announced a job spree or opening at different levels up to 5 lakhs which is a very welcome announcement.

So, all those who feel bad about the resources in their home and do not feel to carry with the further studies could still go for jobs and the same can be said for the women employees who do not only start doing their jobs but try to get into various courses. Their hard-working thoughts and persistence activity in nature takes them to a higher level and most of them take the prestigious UPSC Exams even after getting married and rearing a child and thus making their family and neighborhood feel proud about them.

One could see that in the locality there are very fewer women folks who indulge into mud slinging but rise very fast in their life surpassing the men and much of the bad behavior attributes which include negative attitude is left back with the men folks.
