The Indian education system is taking a phase of transition and with the men folks turning towards becoming an entrepreneur and taking odd jobs to defy their professional status the women power is retaining very soon in educated class. With the desire of the man to open an office and sit with twenty odd women executives and 5-10 men executives while daydreaming about everything which could be termed as pertaining themselves to be a Tarzan along with helping themselves to contain with their erectile dysfunction, it is good that they are adding value to the Indian economic system.
On the other hand, the women who are planning well by earning from home and waiting for those competitive exams from where you can kill two birds with one stone the women go for the exams and lift themselves a notch above to become a better citizen and certified personnel to get the best out of their hard-earned degrees and the knowledge which they have possessed through various Good Books since childhood. Some of the girls go wayward in life while the other in Police if try to give a fair enough chance even if they are a constable to go for the higher rank by giving U.P.S. C exams come out trumps as the department always have a positive attitude for those who love for the growth in life rather than those who surround themselves in controversies and become a pawn in the hand of others such as a politician or a builder.
If we see the current status of women clearing the IPS Exams there is a surge in the past 5 years and the campaign by Modi Ji along with his speeches has added a better way of thinking in the women and they have opted to understand the value of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao which is not only resorted to the slogan or campaign but has become a reality. So, one could say that Indian Media should not portray any crying officer as it neither toughens them nor project them in a good way. After all, if any women have gone up the ladder then she has helped another 20 families to grow in life rather than pulling others down which has become the thought of the Indian Male who is also getting into masseur services which shows how poor is their thought and how they are degrading themselves.
It could be said that their thought is to be more or less as a masseur and then end up their career prospects as nobody hands over their life, luck and happiness to the person who is just a masseur rather than when the time comes he gets the back kick and thus his dreams fall flat.
With a person who is staying in NCR for the past 18 years and an M.A. in Sociology background with opting for a Ph.D. I never went for any odd jobs in life where I could become a pawn to any person although however rich he or she is but tried my best to earn through my knowledge which helped me to earn "Blue Collar Jobs" which showed the significance of studies in my life and whether the gaps in the median were there but it did not deny me to become capable in life. So, I appreciate all those beautiful women to get into the better profession and enhance their prospects in life as beauty on duty looks better than beauty on the bed of a person who could demean her values and then throw her just like a toilet paper which is used to clean the asshole after doing the shit!
