With the people getting professional in life even in the terms of marriage it makes sense to choose the right person in your life. Much of the girls who are getting accustomed to the office culture whether from the small town or metros sometimes find it difficult to get into the office mode. If one could understand the office culture it is not the same 10 years back esp. in India where the office culture is all about getting fucked or just fuck and move on to the other office.
My personal experience in working at various sectors of the office such as Marketing, Communication and Content Writing and a span of around 18 years of my on and off the relationship in a job with the first company being THE RAJ KHOSLA PVT LTD at New Delhi has taught me much about the Indian Office Culture.
The few do's and dont's in office which needs to be followed:
1. Never become an eyesore in your boss eyes by just eyeing his favorite doll. So, be an observer as soon as you enter the office i.e. after joining and then see that with whom your boss is maintaining a safe distance. It will make you understand that he or she is closely attached to him or her.
2. Try to avoid the romantic angle with every person and occasional catfight is O.K. for guys as well so that it makes easy attitude to carry in the office which shows of taking some bad blame on you as well and not showing a sign of asslicker.
3. To maintain a safe distance in front of co-workers and if you are using office transport try to avoid getting pally without getting touchy feely but once or twice do it with respect so that nobody calls you a goofy character or a dumb person.
4. If a girl feels uncomfortable with you try to show the protective image rather than being provocative and make her understand that you can be the knight with the shining armor rather than a person who is ready to pounce on any weak signal.
5. Try to keep your intermediate boss happy and if he or she is single then do not try to leave any chance of getting into her way and become her love interest as soon as possible.
6. Remember the Director is too big a post for you and never make attachments with an elderly woman in office as she is from the biggest exploitation group and getting connected with an old woman in office will not give promotion but a bad name which will cling forever but at the same time try to be a social entertainer with her so that she remembers you forever.
7. Last but not the least try to marry your manager as she or he will not only take you to another level in life but will also give the satisfaction of overpowering your own boss and making him or her flat before you in terms of sexual relationship as well as the mutual relationship forever in life in the form of strong bond of being his and her forever!
In this way, after the studies and the formal education, it makes sense to get the right person in your life which one can get at your own office and a word of caution for all the girl employees never try to get pally with the fourth class employee such as pantry boy or the floor cleaner, cab drivers or security guards as it does give a bad scenario in life and if once you get into a sexual relationship with them then you are bound to lose self-respect in your own eyes and also in the eye of the society.
So be strong and be well educated in thoughts and mind so that your profession should never go for a toss!!!
