Skoda and others going to outshine this Diwali

With people moving towards mid-segment cars and Maruti with its laid-back attitude in India with poor service and maintenance records across every segment, the Maruti bubble is about to burst in India. The "Skoda society" slogan which is by the anonymous script is just giving fluters in the heart.

As a person who has been suffering from those jitters at Maruti Workshop across Ghaziabad whether it is Rohan Motors or regent Autolinks, I personally feel that they do not appreciate customer satisfaction.

The moment you enter the workshop technicians with greedy eyes look towards and start calculating for the resale value of the car, the sales executives have the same attitude and not to talk about bad behaviors which engulf the entire surroundings.

The few misdeeds which get done never ends with abusive slangs and to top it up there are awkward behavior by woman or girls who tells Sir chai piyenge...mut (piss) milega...you get bad taste in mind..The ordeal continues when you go from one bay to another, as if they are ready to push and shove the person in you all around...and it looks as if the workshop is ready for another mob lynching!

The same desperation is not to be shown at least during the visit to any Car owned by foreign dealers such as Honda, Skoda or let's say Hyundai. It's true that Maruti was a total Indian people car but as it is the behavior of Indians to play with middle-income people's person who is the bread-winner for their home, it shows how things have deteriorated in Indian economic system with India becoming a country of beggars of a different kind.

To be wise this Diwali is a bit comparative go for Honda, Hyundai or any other affordable brand but as a self-respecting individual, a person can avoid Maruti as it has lost the value for customers.

P.S: I am suffering because my own small Maruti Car which holds the registration number DL2CAQ-1725, Maruti Alto K10 remains at the workshop and the behavior has been explained as per the indecency showed by mechanics at Rohan Motors, Ghaziabad.

With the insurance having a Zero depreciation Policy by National Insurance and the policy is in continuation still no claim is given to me and same goes for any other person at Ghaziabad. While at Panchkula Motors, Haryana, Chandigarh during my stay I was always given the proper value according to the insuance policy. That's the difference between NCR and other parts of India.
