1. Never become an eyesore in your boss eyes by just eyeing his favorite doll. So, be an observer as soon as you enter the office i.e. after joining and then see that with whom your boss is maintaining a safe distance. It will make you understand that he or she is closely attached to him or her.

2. Try to avoid the romantic angle with every person and occasional catfight is O.K. for guys as well so that it makes easy attitude to carry in the office which shows of taking some bad blame on you as well and not showing a sign of asslicker.

3. To maintain a safe distance in front of co-workers and if you are using office transport try to avoid getting pally without getting touchy feely but once or twice do it with respect so that nobody calls you a goofy character or a dumb person.

4. If a girl feels uncomfortable with you try to show the protective image rather than being provocative and make her understand that you can be the knight with the shining armor rather than a person who is ready to pounce on any weak signal.

5. Try to keep your intermediate boss happy and if he or she is single then do not try to leave any chance of getting into her way and become her love interest as soon as possible.

6. In India marriage was a beautiful beginning for many in their life. People who use to love getting settled in their life opted for marriage. With the 90's till 2000 all kinds of caste, creed and religious based sentiments were gradually settling down and people were coming close to each other. With the advent of News Channels and esp. the so called private News Channels started various political debates and the people gradually started getting engrossed in it.

Various issues such as cow slaughter, protecting of Hindu Gods and other useless beliefs and practices started getting Media attention. When it was the time for the community to come near each other and the only way was to get married to each others community there was the verdict of various society based allegations in whic the marriage was done to provocate fear among the masses.

However good the male guy tried to create the atmosphere, things were made difficult through the deeds of the in-laws family members. They try to choose their male counterparts and thus get into deeper conspiracy through the angles of cheating infront of their eyes. This happens with much of the progressive family who has risen above and all to gain a social status of their own and after which see themselves as getting stranded.

In this way, one could understand that even if you are not a political bigwig or someone from a heavy background in terms of money still you can certainly fight back as for the good people the God and the system is still alive in India because somewhere down the line if once your rapport has been build it hardly gets destroyed as society understands and see through you with a better thought and not to forget the truth prevails and triumphs in life after a lot of setbacks!!!

Well the year is on an end with no such problems created on the Social, Political and Economic front. The two countries where the Political shift was seen stand to be the neighbouring countries Pakistan and china. While, Pakistan got it's new Prime Minister, the Cricketer Imran khan, China went for a life long Presidentship for the premier...Mr. Xi Jingping!!!

It is to be understood that India which is more into the agenda of Being Hanuman of which religion these days...it seems funny that How Hanuman is being typecasted into any religion, caste or social domain. Does it make sense that a Monkey God who has been reverred equally by Hindu and Muslims for hsi antics should be typecasted into any religion or let the monkey be the monkey as he can also shed tears.

With monkey creating menace all around nobody offers food, if one goes towards any biodiversity park then one can see the hoarding that "Please do not feed, the Monkey any food and at the same time creating Monkey to be just jumping off the back being a political issue does not make any sense.

It's like laughing on the own cultural scripts where Ramayana was considered to be nothing more than a book which could be just a book which could be understood the other way round. Now, if one thinks that China, which has its own issue of expanding their territory keep themselves away from biting the bullet and firing it as their President said in a formal meeting with Mr. Modi that after Indo- China war in 1967 they never fired towards any territory of India and also there are no cases of infiltration across their borders.

The statement makes sense and one could understand that since China is one of the biggest manufacturer of many goods but are less on agricultural yields they could be the biggest beneficiary of Indian agricultural revolution and also the Indian farmers or Kisans could get a hefty amount if they sell their agricultural products to China rather than putting their hard work at risk and throwing the Onions, Tomatoes and Potatoes near the agricutural markets or Vidhan Sabhas.

The Indian agricultural ties with China will not only help to get a market in the neighbourhood but will make a friend forever giving boost to the indian economy to earn money worth gold directly without having any second thought to boost their forex reserve. Love and sex are Congenial to each other

Although called a Kamasutra nation still India is way back in terms of understanding love and sexual preferences. In India Love and sex are both manipulative thoughts as girls desire not for a person who is robust in nature but the one who can show the power of money, politics, and fame attached to it. The moment a girl knows that a person is a political bigwig with some good amount of money with him she gets attracted towards him without thinking about the far-off consequences.

Love and sex are two different things which are congenial to each other but when it comes to giving respect to an individual however bad is the relationship things will never go out of control in life.

Love actually never sees the physique, age difference or the social status only if there is an iota of respect for each other. It is very much necessary to understand that getting married to someone without having a likeness or fondness for each other is about culling each other's happiness at the same time you get married.

Your own wish to get married to someone rich can take an ugly turn when the person gets deprived of happiness in a home where you do not get respect. It goes both ways which mean to say that the person whether he is a boy or girl could try to show much of love only in name but at a certain point in life will feel that social pangs from inside where he or she may try to break free of the shackles and get away from each other.

Now, just think of a relationship where Husband and Wife must be carrying their relationship in a way which is jovial and at the same time with good sex life but maybe any third angle just in the name of creating a panic in the relationship could destroy the entire family structure. Most of the time it happens from the very nearest of the person in your homes such as your own brother or sister in law or else the person who is the nearest in terms of your husband which is the brother or any nearest relative of your own family.

Even if in those terms when the husband comes out trumps then he is said to get a social status of nothing but a Saintly or Godly character and thus is given respect by the society which is unparallel to any other thoughts. The country also has the ability of buying charity which is a part of the folklore when Sudama was given charity by Shri Krishna but he got into worldly pleasures and did not even went in his funeral. Also, if we see in current scenario then the charity done by Bill Gates foundation along with amny other foreign institutes do not go towards the development of poor folks and the Indian leaders spend those money on their own splurges and behind the woman who go gaga over money.

The charities never reach the common people and also if it reaches then certainly it is just a small part of pie. i would like to urge the international community that there are many other countries where the charity during this Christmas season could help to fight hunger and other issues such as medical aid. It will not only give the true blessings but the Christ will be happier to see the poor from the african countries to get the best through the much needed charity.

Also, Bharat Kumar or the great Manoj Kumar, I feel must be remembering his days when Shah Rukh Khan created a controversy by giving a lookalike or created a spoof in the movie Om Shant Om where the controversy started of the stalwarts which was in a bad taste. If we compare the two actors Sir Bharat Kumar is far ahead as compared to Shah Rukh khan not only in terms of acting skills but also as  a director, producer and many other genres which has given him many coveted awards and recognition in life. In this way, one could feel that still the people around the world whether he or she is a news reader or any Professor of Universities do not give any respect to Shah Rukh Khan and it seems the publicity which he has garnered in life is all bought by spending money behind him rather than being a man of substance. If we see Shah Rukh's movies it hardly portrays any social message and his begaviour is more or less like a vagabond and an uneducated person who only prefers slangs and misbehaviour is his forte!

So, hopefully buying the awards are different things in life but getting recognition is something which comes after the hard work and that is done by the person who has got charms in life and thus other actors are more popular than the person like Shah Rukh Kahn who has even been shunned by the likes of Angelina Jolie whom he portrayed in a bad manner by talking about her beautiful pout!

I hope Shah Rukh Khan should stop making fun of stalwarts or his achievments will never be counted although he is a big ZERO in terms of being a "Public Figure." 

Friendship only turns out to be a Love, sex and dhokha system in India

India as a country has seen many differences in the name of caste, creed, and religion. People since childhood learn only hatred for each other and there is big social rift by the name of the biggest factor which is the social divide of poor and rich. Rich always tries to take away the poor's happiness and even the politicians do not leave any stone unturned in giving backlashes to the poor.

People from all strata of society try to suppress the poor of their civil and basic rights and there is, unfortunately, nothing called the middle class in India. Either, the people are rich or poor and all those who are from the middle class actually stand nowhere. With few industries such as media and television coming up to provide good bucks and the other turning into a social minefield where a person has to fulfill every other person's demand after some time and thus his social image is considered nothing in front of others.

The woman who is the nurturer of the society is the biggest tormentor of this country and there basic needs apart from food, clothing, and shelters are also about lurking for sex with multiple people thus bringing a social chaos to the country. With men who try to contain and confine themselves into job and business have a worrisome look after returning home as the woman tries to create pressure in his mind by trying to state about her sexual sojourn with some person so as to create a tense atmosphere at home.

This could be seen in the working class as well as the homely woman. With the woman who has the habit of flirting tries to put pressure on their husband or friend in front of others in the party as soon as they get married without thinking about the social implications of such behavior on the man's psyche. It brings a social rift in the marriage and there wishes to run away with the money and belongings becomes easy after marriage and most of the marriage end up in divorce.

Such a sick habit gives an advantage to other socially pervert people in society and their small children also get at risk. If one talks about the menfolks they also do not leave any good behavior out of their thought and it seems they just try to count their multiple sex sojourn and it could be heard that for any good things in life to achieve a person has to fulfill the sexual desire of the woman which shows the society being fake with talking the culture but following their own thoughts of getting the love, sex and dhokha as the only answer of the society!!!

Advertisement Without Meaning Cause Frustration!

In today's world along with print and Television Media, Advertisement is playing an important part to make us understand about the economy and various other factors in life. Yesteryears with the advent of advertisement the more of jingle based approach was used in which Mala D along with Stayfree and various other products were out of the fun-filled atmosphere in the classroom when the students use to sing Chup-Chup bathi ho jarur koi baat hai...and the class was full of laughter. 

This was just a way to say about the fun economics of the nation and also the Pepsi advertisement use to create a stir in the nation which was telecasted during Cricket  Matches and nobody could deny tat Kapil Da become a familiar name after Palmolive da jawab nahi...

Yesterday, while browsing over the internet I come through an advertisement which stated that Hongkong is more or less like Mumbai...maybe both of them are Harbour cities and are economically progressive but making a vague comparison brings a bad taste in mind.

If one thinks about a city it is not only about the progress of the city on an economic front but 1000 of years is attached with its growth and evolution. If one thinks about Mumbai it has a great cultural heritage and was once the gateway to the nation through the Gateway of India. Also, the culture is beautiful with people from all over the world coming to see the heritage build by the Great Maratha who has their own naval base when the warships were not a part of the warring nations.

Similarly, Hongkong was a place from where the British got an easy way to go for the opium trade and thus China bargained for the City for 100 years with Britishers to get themselves a free nation. In this way, although China and the Britishers both benefited from the development of the port city it made Hongkong what it is today.  

With skyscrapers similar to Mumbai and the city with great pubs and malls along with people coming from all over the world could get a vague comparison about two cities but if we find the cultural aspect then the Hongkong is more towards rapid growth with having a look towards consumer behavior helping them to flourish.

The only comparison which can be said that once they have treaded on the path of growth they fiercely are guarding themselves which is also a part of Mumbaikars. In this way, certainly one could say that both the city has one common factor about not resting on their laurels but carrying on the attitude of I did it for my own benefits along with progress in thought and will not allow anyone to take over the gift of the greatness which has been inherited through my genes!

Rahul becomes the new Raka of Nation

With all the Chacha Chaudhary against Modi because of his sudden image downfall, the Rahul and his friends from Congress took the right step to tore the Kamal this time. There was certainly an interior rift in the BJP and the Congress smelled it at the right time. With the chaiwallah image felling and certain policies like Demonetization along with an introduction to GST made the BJP the most hated party of the nation.

Also, the bashing of the neighbors in the blame game in the name of terrorism could not bring any luck favor for the Hindutva image party. In a country where it's not everything about Hindutva as here the Gods also stay in the company of every religion as one could see Gurudwara Sahib, Masjid and Temples along with Churches in the same row, it does not make sense to go on honking in the name of Hindutva.

One should congratulate the likes of Sachin Pilot, Scindia ji and of course Mr. Rahul Gandhi who played the cards well and with their footwork getting right they got the good results. Also, the groundwork is prepared for another big jolt to BJP in the coming elections of 2019. With the Congress stronghold getting shattered in the last Lok Sabha elections the party cadre should work to explain their manifesto at every nooks and corner of India and his statement yesterday of ignoring North-East did not go well with me.

For me, they are more lovable people as although I was born and bought up in Jharkhand and spend my life till date at New Delhi or Ghaziabad still the people from North-East have given me love beyond comparison as compared to North Indians who considered me nothing more than an untouchable and has been passing all kinds of lewd remarks from my upbringing to every other activity of mine.

Anyway, I do not consider it bad as it helped me to grow more in life in a tough manner. So, apart from this personal thought of mine which I think I stated for the first time, I congratulate the entire Congress party including Miss Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Mr. Ashok Gehlot who could be the next C.M. of Rajasthan.

Also, the regrouping of the third front is necessary across all states and Mr. Akhilesh Yadav should go on towards leading the party as a united opposition will create a wave to pull out the BJP government. The Australian Media has a great love for Akhilesh jee and the Lalla ji can bring a great change in the coming elections.

So, all the best for all the secular forces to get back towards nation building which is more of a priority now and BJP which is a party that loves sitting on the laurels apart from the Mr. Shivraj Singh Chauhan who has done remarkably well again in M.P. it is necessary to cut-off the foreign tours and think more towards giving a look inside their own hardliner image and Ram sab ka bera par nahi karte..so honking on the same line of creating a stir in the name of Ram Mandir did not bought any positive image of BJP. 

Thus, one could understand that BJP has lost the show and the downfall is near in the upcoming elections!!!

New Delhi NCR which was once running towards the region of peace and prosperity has again fallen into the clutches of the wayward Media which has become the hideout for criminals and politicians. The Indian Media which is always under scrutiny for spreading anti-national news and favors politicians and pimps along with samll time criminals find itself in the muck of anti-national issues.

The often repeated propaganda of ram Mandir which is mostly raked by Zee News one of the Hindi News Channel and its counterpart being The Wion channel a subsidiary which is found on the Pakisatn side with the help of political bigwigs like Dr. Subhash Chandra can be seen giving false news. Also, it has the habit of giving importance to small time criminals and their aides thus making an air of deceit and gloom to spread in the alraedy tense atmosphere where the country is seeing a system collapse in tyhe name of democracy and various propagandist ways/

The people all around who stay in the societies have faced the issues of incompetent media where the places like ATS in Indirapuram has become the subject of attacks by various Ganglords and the police was not aware about the criminals who use these flats to stay without proper verification.

Also, the media stickers are misused and one cannot trust the media stickers which could be seen on the cars of the people who just try to create an air around them and such attempts by ZEE Media could be seen in the past when the parliament Attack took place and within moments the Zee News team was there. With Sudhir Chaudhary running around with cameraman talking about the live shootout makes one understand the nexus between criminals, politicains and media.

The centre for ZEE Media is at Noida and the parliament stands atleast 1 hour away from the Noida zone and however fast moving vehicle can be taken it cannot help with the lively reporting. One could say that it was the winter session of parliament but the question is during the gunfire how media was not evacuated to safety and why the person of the likes of Sudhir Chaudhary who is the top brass in Zee Media was standing at the almost war zone converted by the terrorists.

It shows that our indian media is equally embroiled in such cases where they promote prostitution, criminalisation of politics and the criminal mindset of women working there who do not talk substance or target the pimps and wrongdoers in society but come out with the same attitude of bashing various republics and countrymen without knowing the social impact and making the Indian Media a mockery of the name which is "INSTITUTION and CONSTITUTION".

  

Faithfull never does one night stand!

A person who has faith in himself about his sexual techniques and the way to give orgy to the girl never believes in One Night Stand. It is just a gimmick of those who believe in Slam bam thank you, Maam,,, where the person loses his respect, honor and has to look towards the society with more of a  person with that image which he can't portray in the mirror.

Till the time a person has the guts to look fairer in mirror things remain O.K. but the moment the mirror starts showing your own reflection then it becomes difficult for him or her to survive. Unfortunately, Indian male and female continue their generation rhetoric by the same Chalta hai attitude which gives them a way to become a habitual offender.

I do remember that when I use to travel in taxis towards my job during night shifts at IBM, I mostly tried to keep myself away from any of the person and remain in my own thoughts as fortunately, I had the understanding by the Sardarji who was the head of transport and during the onboarding he clearly stated that any issue created by guys will be heavily reprimanded and the person can face severe actions.

Thankfully, my stint with Ienergizer where the cabs were not provided in my process has given me the thought that during the cold winter nights it was difficult to go towards the office and come back at 3:00 a.m in the morning when the process use to get over.

So, frankly speaking, that one night in a call center sequence never happened in my life and the chances to get naughty was not my thoughts and thankfully it never happened to me.

This was the common adage that Silver Jubilee celebration gets done but Diamond jubilee is forever. So, the love of Bollywood across generations taught me that first be faithful to your own body, soul, and mind after which one can go for the women who are the first foe and get discarded by her then wait for that, The Gentle Woman to come in life who will be harsher towards the other foes in your life!!!

Level 2 jobs in Indian Railways and other jobs should go to inmates

Going to jail and becoming a convict is the worst nightmare in India. There are many kids from big and small families who due to the posionous society or the Indian culture get embroiled into various petty crimes and then spend their entire life into the dungeons of crime. prostitution and various other criminal offences leading their life into despair.

Since, Tihar Jail has seen an enormous change after Mrs Kiran Bedi become the Superintendent of Tihar Jail and her social reforms bought a new wave of hope. Now-a-days the inmates at Tihar jail get good food, exercise and also the yoga practices along with morning and evening prayers and a hard fought criminal tries to change his life. After doing all these he is taught various jobs like carpentary along with food making and rugs making which give them a way to earn.

But does the ordeal gets over once he is into the mainstream, a social stigma gets attached and people look them down without any personal enmity towards his ways which mostly becomes defensive instead of offensive. Thankfully, the National Open School did not discriminate and give enough opportunity for the inmates to study and build their carreer. Some of the good companies also do campus placement at Tihar, but whata bout those people who are less educated and miss the prime life because everybody cannot touch the highness of education as there are times when a person must have gone through social trauma to a large extent.

In this way, they become a habitual offender and due to the big thing in life which is the stomach they can resort back to crime. The Government which speaks in big volumes for every person only during elections can give the Indian railways jobs to these candidates so that they should lead a secure life after coming out of jail and however hardened a criminal is in the life once he gets into mainstream of job security he certainly gets his laugh back and the food is the biggest revenge which the society can do for a person.

Food gives the satisfaction but the inmates has more understanding of the social culture and once they are out of the prison they are the better judge of the society, so securing them will secure the nation and help your country to rise against the traechery of the people and politicians of a different kind who push the society thousand years back.

Man certainly gets decieved by his own propaganda

Man or Human being is a lot to the mother nature. She stands truthfully to the human beings in every circumstance. With the nature bestowing man with all the forms of elements including Earth, water, Fire, Air and Sky it makes sense that fulfilling his or her duty towards life is the prime objective.

Now, considering the fact that when a man tries to overpower things and harness the energy in a negative way then things get topsy-turvy and everything comes at a naught. In today's circumstances, every person rules through a superiority complex and consider other as inferior ones.

The problem starts at this point and the fulcrum tilts towards the side whichever is heavier in the eyes of the supreme GOD. If God has given the person an ability to understand things quickly and adapt to it he also has those nocturnal thoughts 0f overpowering the people which are seen ultimately by God and he becomes the better judge towards his thoughts.

If one understands things in a simpler way there are people who try to pull out meanings in every step you take or every word you speak. If one thinks that being quite is easy then at one time or other you will certainly speak in the public. However, a person is in his profession esp. where the oratory skills are necessary such as the News Media or the Movie centric profession one has to be very careful towards the dialogue delivery. With people who love to interfere in other's lives, it could be an easy way to understand that getting something out of others is not necessary as the superior integer lies in the form of Law.

Also, one should never be a self-propagandist but if he has set an ideology in life then he should follow it with ethics and principles attached to it at least in his own land as he is judged by the people in his own arena more rather than when he is outside while staying or vacationing.

One more thing can be seen that however good you are towards public by not harming them with terms of their respect, attitude and property they certainly get back to you in a manner which could be harmful as they themselves get deceived by their own propaganda and for them it is harming others first and gaining more out of him is the sole purpose of life esp. in the context of India, as the country is being run by a poor mindset and things do not seem to be improving on economic and social front.  

Mahrauli with Societies all around faces Indian railways connectivity issues

I have a small stint at Mahrauli, Ghaziabad as a Content Writer and completed my work for a firm at MahagunPuram Society. Unfortunately, I did not have enough chance to explore the nearby societies a there was less of time but come to know that the location is very ideal as Wave Towers along with other great societies are coming up in the vicinity.

The nearby societies are abuzz with activities and people easily roam around late hours as there is no security issues because of the less crowd structure all around. With people who are from the various walks of life easily gell-well and there is less of the Bihari population all around as most of them are near from Saharanpur along with the nearby villages making the jat community as the preferred choice for these societies.

Also, the security guards are well behaved and the highway towards Bulandshahar is fully operational with various flyovers in the making, thus giving a chance of well laid economic zone to come-up in the near future.

Apart from civic amenities, the Greater Noida and Dadri Link roads along with Agra Expressway makes it easy for the people to visit Mathura and Agra over the weekends. Now, if one thinks about medical facilities then the super-specialty hospital in the form of Vardhman and other hospitals are good enough to cover any issues.

The only major concern is the Metro connectivity and it cannot be seen to cover this reason sooner or later. In that case, the other good option is for connecting the rail route which has the nearest station as Mahrauli a small but clean and beautiful station.

Although, every hour a great number of trains from Garib Rath to other superfast trains ply on this route towards Delhi and also over the down line towards Varanasi along with Lucknow, Bareilly and various other cities like Saharanpur.

The trains go for an occasional halt if the signal is down but if one thinks about the halt of the stations then the following link will state that there are very few trains which stop at this station making grave concern and issues for the people who stay in these societies. Just think if a person has to catch a train for the South Indian states or go towards the Indira Gandhi International Airport at night hours then he has to order or book a taxi and if in case, there is a jam like situation on the highway he is going to miss the flight or train.

If one thought of the Railway Minister Mr. Prabhu Goyal, he must have bought a sea change on papers but the recent agitation at Lucknow by the apprentices have showed that neither the Indian Railways employees are getting any fat pay cheque nor the Railway is taking any responsibility to increase the local connectivity to help the common people who commute daily on the mercy of Private Bus operators or the Auto which are not secure during nights for the girls in this area.

In this way, one could also think that the nearest Railway Station to Raj Nagar is New Ghaziabad  and that station also does not have any civic amenities although a higher number of people who stay in the posh colonies of Kavi Nagar, Raj Nagar Extension and Raj Nagar along with various other societies could make benefit if a train stations could develop in the form of Mumbai Local railways.

If only the Government would have shredded its image of a flashy Government and has not initiated the Bullet train but would have paid attention towards increasing the current fleet of local trains on important routes in every small and big city it would have improved the social and economic infrastructure and it would have created less burden on fuel prices.

Neither, the Government of India not the people of India think towards bringing a unanimous choice of bringing improvement in the vicinity but also the social responsibility by Media is very negligent and instead of that they target people and community of the well-wishers who give a useful thought by not allowing to flourish them but pull the people down thus giving the nation only the tag of a sexually frustrated nation with no remedies to bring any improvement!

  

Single person cannot change nation but only his perception

Today when the Indian economy has gone for the toss, and Pakistan is faring better under Mr. Imran Khan along with China which is a booming economy under the pure wings of Mr. Xi Jinping the only savior of his country. So is the regular mazdoor or the peasants class along with the father aandata i.e. the food provider or the Kisan or farmer who can lift this economically poor country India, which only collects funds and then destroys the capital.

The politicians who go on a sex rampage and talk in their afterwords about the news anchors only demoralize the society. Indian people who take a leaf out of the criminal leaders who deprive the society of food and education so that the people should not get their growth in their life. The people who spend their time in the public polls and political parties sloganeering through their well-laid processions to the big gatherings at various state elections make a mockery of the entire Indian democracy.

If we see the world scenario there are no such political parties who go on a gathering rather the political battle is fought over the internet with the social media pages like Facebook and Instagram along with Twitter. The political parties spend a little amount on Twitter handlers and get more through the social campaigns.

Today, in India, unfortunately, every idiot carry the mobiles which have a blade socket in it so that at times they can pull out the blades and slit the various body parts creating problems in the life of others. This is the charm of the rural population in India and the rustic image is shown through such thoughtful process of the added style of knife handlers who carry the sickle to threaten another person in life.

The early fight in the election was through booth capturing but now the woman is in the center of attraction and the terrified media woman's face makes a person understand that how bad the situation is in the sub-continent.

With the caste and creed still ruling the roost and people fighting over trivial issues of being a person from a tribal area or do not connecting with each other and considering their father to be superior if he has retired from a plum or rather an ordinary post then it is their sheer foolishness as education can change the better perception of a single person and not the entire community who still connects in the name of sex and nothing else.

So, one can say that the country which is nothing more than a Kamasutra nation or the Land of Khajuraho should again go back into the deep slumber as the "panchang" says that the country is reducing into less of the Utrayan period and more of the inauspicious period thus engulfing the economy into a shroud which is never going to recover and neither Congress nor BJP can lift it unless the common people can contribute towards earning their own food with pride, giving the upliftment to this country.

After all, one can understand that a single person apart from having the penchant to avoid the crowd and thinking about his bread first to come with all means has only changed himself rather than the bloody howling people across all ages who still believe that the Roti will be provided by the leaders who are merely womanizer in INDIA. 

India has a criminal mindset and being humble is a curse!

The country which is India has become worse than the third world countries. People have gone insane in this country and being humble is a crime these days. A few days back people of African origin got beaten and killed, it shows the poor mindset of the country. As far as according to my understanding nowadays the Africans have become more humble and they try to keep things more in terms of social perspective and believe in mixing with the local population.

The situation has become grave in India and none of the people are getting spared whether it is the businessman, commoners and let's not talk about the educated person. The biggest democracy has gone into shambles and the whole country has turned into worst than the ravines of Chambal. The Chaiwalah who is the biggest criminal in India has given his people an open hand to do all kinds of crime and his people are gathering at Ayodhya to create another ruckus of the millennium and God knows what will be the outcome of this whole drama in the name of Ram who is not so revered God is considered the name akin to his servant Hanuman. 

The Lord Hanuman fulfills all the wishes of the people and also gives Darshan very easily while Ram who was nothing more than having a superiority complex does not grant any such wishes and also had a motormouth wife who always use to curse people. Meanwhile, people at Ghaziabad where I stay must be planning for another criminal offense as the way they have the habit to do with me since the past two years. With my birthday nearing in the second week of December they must be surely planning some ill-will against me on the pretext of the bloody womanizers who stay in the vicinity and inside the society which is Ajnara Integrity at Ghaziabad.

The local police which is the U.P. Police, Ghaziabad are of course good to keep the criminals at the toe and nothing goes unnoticed in front of them due to their great surveillance techniques which are quite amazing and fulfilling for all those who love the Police Force. I personally urge the world community to avoid coming to India as it may be cheap to reach India because of the devaluation of money but it has certainly become a nightmare and the things which are happening around in the name of Ayodhya issues it makes us understand that INDIA, is sitting on a volcano and anything could happen sooner or later as it is the habit of the criminal who has made many decades in India to go without peace after the Babri Masjid demolition and the 2002 Godhra carnage!

So, beware and be happy and avoid India until the situation gets completely O.K.

Transformation of Education in U.P. could make difference

Education which is the key factor in life for anyone and everyone. I remember my school days when I was a happy go lucky guy with great attitude and smile on my face and making great strides with my school students which of course made me a popular face in my school.

When I go for the morning stroll near my home at Ghaziabad, I choose to go near the villages and find those beautiful students with all bright face either go to public schools by bus or the Government ones who tread along with cycle making them more robust as a person.  For me, both are more or less the same. With the area where I tread in the morning it's basically an agricultural land and within few days I could see sudden changes which are of the large agricultural land getting tilled and ready for the next harvesting season which gives a great sense of satisfaction as a person.

Now, coming back to the point which is about the transformation of education in U.P. making difference is the few things which I would like to state as per my thoughts:

• The medium of education should get changed to English in the Government schools: Although, we love Hindi but apart from Hindi and Sanskrit, if every subject is taught in English just like the English mediums it will create a huge difference.

• Trying to give basic schooling till class X to every student: If each student comes under the study net and the poorest among the poor guy is bought to school things will immediately make a huge difference as the educated mind is always better than any other person.

• Improving amenities at school: One could see that the Government schools in U.P. lack in basic amenities such as a big playfield or the swimming pool. If these small things are kept in mind then the schools run by Government agencies will come as par with the schools like D.P.S and other private schools and it will also give the education a major fillip in the time to come.

• Model schools should be established and students who have done post Graduation should be given direct employment without that old and monotonous procedure of SLET or others exams as Exams are not the way to judge capabilities. A formal interview of the educated students from different M.B.A colleges could give a great opportunity and will create jobs for the people in their respective field which is knowledge-based. It will immediately uplift much of the students who pass out as graduates and postgraduates and then run towards small private organizations where they are exploited for a lifetime.

• Red-tapism and bureaucratic hurdles will get over and a teacher could be judged by some interviews as is the case of many Public schools in India where a great pool of talented teachers are found thus changing the national education for students by there great respectful endeavor.

• Education should be knowledge-based rather than the book based system. With much of the students handling smart-phone these days, the teacher could take the help of Google and it will create a major source of knowledge gathering thus helping them to get more sophistication.

If all these policies are adopted then the difference between the Government schools and private schools could change and it will lead to bringing a great social transformation in the country giving a boost to the national talent pool which many times go wasted because of the lack of resources.   

Richness-A state of mind but never understood by Indians!

Richness is something which is all about being Super Rich in India. All those people who are from the middle class when they try to lift themselves up in India go through ways which could be a bit disturbing and give much of the quirky thoughts to others. If one talks about the statement which talks about richness as a state of mind then there are very few people in terms of being born with an open mind and giving others the opportunity to stand out and stand apart from the crowd.

People have not grown in India, even after nearly 80 years of Freedom. If we see countries like China and Hong Kong which got Independence after India and had a tougher regime after Independence still fare far better in terms of economic independence. If we talk about the country which always gets criticized as being a terrorist state by India which is Pakistan is on a greater development spree and recently there has been great developments in the country in terms of infrastructure and road networks.

People in India are quirkier in thoughts and none the less the young generation which is below 18 or above also do not leave any remarks on others when a person tries to give all his potential to feel the growth factors in life. It feels sad when all kinds of lewd remarks are reserved for a single person or entity for the person who tries to break the shackles and gets on to his own way to get ahead in life whether in terms of being a girl or a guy.

There are few people in India who are apart from the stereotypes where every youngster believe that a sure promotion in office is through sleazy ways and getting over the bed helps to grow fast. Also, bowing to peer pressure for that cheap sex sojourn does not give importance to a person in life and the person, at last, is always left as a cheap person which ends up his career path and he or she gets stuck to one single company for a long time without getting growth in the future.

There are few more who believe that pleasing the boss and getting over the bed makes them give the coveted crown but that may happen with only ones in politics which are already something which is murkier and full of pimps and prostitutes. Although, people from Bhumihar or Bhabhan community has other thoughts as they go on doing the onslaught and they have the belief of fucking every girl left, right and center which can be seen in many movies from Bollywood like Mountain Man and other such movies which gives the real situation in life and is picturized with great thoughts.

Also, people who held some responsible posts such as Bank Managers, Government Doctors and other levels of Officers in Government Offices has a bad approach towards common and senior citizens. They try to give their own bad image of being there over the moon attitude which is commonly again shown by the people from Bihar who dot some of the Government banks in India and other offices as their way of working and approach in ministeries have fetch them easy jobs by bribery which has never stop in Indian culture. Most of these people have got growth in small banks, not in terms of merit but the mafia ring which is active in parts of U.P. and Bihar giving them enough privilege to hold a coveted post in such organizations. 

In this way, one could understand that being rich in India is all about using absurd behaviour, showing rough attitude and do not pay respect to the monitoring agency like Police which gives a bad image to the person in front of World community and thus Indians are considered the worst when it comes to showing proper love and respect for any citizens whether in India or abroad making them one of the worst morally corrupt citizens of the world! 

Indian male: Die a thousands death everyday!

Have you ever got a chance to be an Indian male? If yes, then apart from that treacherous Bhumihar community you are bound to get a thousand deaths every day.  Whether you are into any parts of India apart from the areas like Chattisgarh or South India, you are bound to hear that slangs which are a part of the Bhumihar community who do not leave any stone unturned to pass the lewd remarks on you.

If their woman tries to keep things at bay and does not try to cross the limits, then these so-called rascals try to get into a group and then God can only save a person. It's like either listen to them or just keep the better thoughts to get more out of your own resources. These people have infested at every part of India and do try their best to remind you of their misdeeds from the various communal riots such as 84 Punjab riots or the various ones which are like Godhra carnage in the year 2002 at Gujarat.

A person if they look closely into this community they belong to the Babhan group which prime work was to operate as the Chaddi-Baniyan gang and further they with some overpowering of the resources of Kayastha and even rich Harijans pulled most through them by looting and getting eventually rich.

Also, the Godan and Bhudan movement added to their benefits and they took the advantage of the poor system in India where they either forcefully bribed the patwari or with the overpowering took much of the lands in their name.

Thankfully, with the growth of the people from the minority community, the better people got equal opportunity and even the person like in the OBC and SC. ST got to have their own entrepreneurship. In this way, these so-called community which is of Bhumihars are left only for catcalls and another awkward behavior of collecting at one place during the community festival like Chatth and show off their bad mentality which hopefully will get phased out eventually in one or the other ways.

It's quite a truth that this community has been a hindrance to the growth of India and due to their behavior, they hardly get any respect even from their children or women folks. It's a pity that to remain in the system of things a person like Manoj Pandey who is a cricketer has tattoed the BCCI symbol on his forearms. This shows their desperation to ass licking as the Pandey clan is also a part of Bhumihar community. 

On the other hand, think about the common Indian male who is the hardworking peasant or labor or let's say the middle-class people who earn their bread and butter through positive ways, once come back to their home after a hard days work has to face their slangs near the community gate or even in the society as these people have been seeing such behavior through their ancient past. Their parents were prone to such behavior and they continued the same to a great extent which is a part of this Babhan community who do not belong to any group which can run with pride in the society.

One must have heard that" Ignorance is the bliss" but to what extent, as one can say that there was a time when the people from Lower middle class did not get an opportunity which has got changed to a great extent, now it is the turn to segregate this particular group which is the Bhumihars and whether they keep any title try to oust them so that they learn the hardship of life and forget to laugh on others without any particular reason which will teach them a lesson for the entire generation to come! 

Indian Women-Too bad to start a relationship with!

Diwali 2018, things are changing very fast on every front for India. With the Indian economy getting weak in every sector which is proved with the dwindling car sales and people are feeling cash crunch the main idol behind Diwali which is Laxmi seems to move away to every other country except India.

People's treachery is not getting hidden and they are trying to run over every person who tries to speak the truth and show them their true character. Now, if one thinks about Laxmi jee or Goddess Laxmi she has become a global icon and not confined to Indian context only.

A matter of laughter when it comes to taking any particular name being the target of the bromance for everyone in India from Advertisement jingles to the new songs make no sense. Now, talking about the Indian woman, all of them trying to become the show-off and becoming a personality to pierce your ear with their slangs, get ready in your household or in your neighborhood to hear some butchery words this Diwali.

It's more or less like getting pierced till heart and still feel O.K. about it, after all, it is their way of life to get naked in public either through words or through deeds. Now, if one talks about the brave decision of Lalu Jee son to get a divorce it could be his personal matter but it has shown the true character of the Indian woman who is taking the freedom and liberty altogether on a different path.

Their main motto is to marry a good household then destroy it to the core and after which they set themselves free which is the main thinking of the Bhumihars and as far as I understand the title of Miss Rai as according to caste belongs to the Bhumihar community which is nothing more than one of the most treacherous community to be found in India.

It's good that people all around are discarding Indian woman and even the Laxmi which a person buy these days is Chinese which shows that with all the wail about money even our own Goddess of wealth has moved towards China leaving India with few black mongers who love Black money but unfortunately the Dollar getting stronger against rupee has given them a great backstab by which even the black money holders will never recover back again and remember indulging in sex every day with the prostitutes is the sign of your weak food habits and also the tension which rides in the mind!

Chath- A festival which pulls out exchequers crores from Delhi Government

Chath one of the glorious festival of Biharis which falls just a few days after Diwali has to be managed in the topmost position all over India. With the Bihari population spreading all over the World it is a festival in which the person who has kept a fast has to spend hours in the water with a loin spread all over.

To commemorate this festival every year in places like Delhi and Western U.P. thousands of crores of rupees are spent on managing the Chatth ghats. The Government shows all the pomp and show to manage the festival. Now, if one thing has to be done to spend the resources on the festival which can be said as an example by our society Ajanara Integrity, Ghaziabad is that here the RWA makes its own arrangement and digs the talab or the bawari for the chatti maya vratis without any financial help by Government.

The beautiful ghats are decorated with torans and the society members put all the necessary arrangements from putting the loudspeakers to managing the surroundings. Also, small kids are looked after so that they should not become any prey to some accidents.

It all starts well before Diwali and the society greater people who try to show the power game put their names prominently in the poster with the Surya God or the Sun getting a small place in the poster. Anyways, it is just a weird joke but the bigger thing is that society turns out as an example in the nearby areas in spite of all the disputes among the members for the coveted position of the RWA members.

With Police, intervening in most of the issues it makes a good sense that at least in the name of God people try to stand united and also when it comes to beat mercilessly the helpless person who has faced all issue by the criminals by raising words openly the society never puts a step back, as I have been the victim of their weird thoughts of killing me and then getting my home where I stay with my mother.  

 This shows the way Biharis are known to create a nuisance and how they are full with ill thoughts of capturing others home and resources. It is being said that people who were of that culprit mind has left the society and it is now being managed by well knowledgeable people which can be a good sign for their children and coming generations.

Now, thinking about the Government to get on the same term just to get the voting mechanism going it does not make sense to spend crores of amount on managing the Ghats for once and all but it will be far better if the Rivers are managed on a monthly basis so that it should give enough chances for the river to survive and breathe on its own.

So, it is good if the Government spends the money on maintaining the Bihari population and please them for votes or ask the various NGO's which work for the upliftment of Environment and Forest to put their resources and also the rich Bihari Bhumihar population which boasts of being the game changer in politics to accumulate their resources and thus manage the chatt ghats. 

It will actually show that how much the Biharis are paying back to Delhi NCR or they are just here to plunder the resources and make merry out of it by becoming a nuisance for the people and counting other person deeds and Ruppes.

Also, the Jharkhand Chief Minister Mr. Raghubar Das has set an example by not allowing any Bihari person in his state to get into Government jobs and thus becoming a first of his kind Chief Minister for giving back resources and important posts to his own indigenous population thus becoming a well-known personality in his state.
