Children need to understand the value of elders for growth-This is just not an adage but it is one of the necessities in life. There are times when the youth get irate and with that, the thin line between parents and other family members including Son and Daughter becomes difficult to carry within a comfortable situation.

But in worst of the situation or the testing times, it is necessary to stand in the support of the parents or either one which maybe mother or father and from there onwards God gives you an entitlement which is called "Entity".

Being something which is akin to becoming a parent on your own also leads to understanding the situation about life which is governed all according to the influence of the God and the Goddess or all according to the religion which you follow. 

A little bit of deviation which makes one person feel towards the better thought which prevails in life all about the happiness which comes with being a parent has taken the thought of just a granted status.

Nowadays neither the parents nor the family members are inclined towards each other but still, the Indian Law and its way which governs compels the family members to stick with each other and there is no other way to enjoy the family bondings rather than staying together.

Now, think about the past days when money was not prevalent and the family was not confined to a small family system but the entire unit was of the grandparents, parents, and then the generation which took the growth part under them.

With time when the small family system started taking place, there were few who were considered to be a happy family system but those which were near to being a small family were thought nothing more than a miracle.

The small family which was a part of a bigger cohesive unit took all its understandings to stick and manage along with the caste system which is very much prevalent in India to continue among various issues such as education and growth in life.

If my behavior is asked then it is all about giving respect to elders which I have been doing for many years with the belief that whether I am near or far from the near ones they still long for me but the mother who remains the pivotal part of my life should continue for a long time.

Giving much respect to every person irrespective of their sex, caste, creed, and religion bought me near to every person including my friends and I consider myself to be a blessed one as for me everyone comes first and I remain after them which has given me character and confidence along with credibility in life!

This time for Africa song by Shakira has not yielded any results for the African Nations who give the maximum number of representation in Football World Cups. Whether it is Nigeria or Egypt along with Cameroon most of these countries produce star-studded players. These countries have well-built people who can help themselves to rise anytime for the purpose of winning and bringing laurels to their country.

Now, the fact of the matter is that countries like Ghana and Ethiopia produce a great number of runners including Mr. Usain Bolt. Football is also quite a similar game where athleticism is the most prominent aspect. Within 90 minutes of the game, the person has to showcase stamina, agility, power in the knees, and the thinking which is all about concentration towards hitting the goals breaking the barriers, and reaching goalkeeper.

These all aspects could be done by an athlete who with few months and days of practice can develop some great ways to turn the table in their favor. The best way to reply against any atrocity including racism is through sports although racism is also coming almost towards a dead end and the world together is emerging as one single unit.

It seems the African nations have almost overcome the problem of food and the growing of indigenous cereal and crops must have given them a self-reliant economy. Now, after competing at all levels into Athletes such as Marathon it is the time to turn the tide in the favor of African nations in football or soccer. 

It is not necessary that every time France or the other European nation such as Germany should lift the world cup. The same thing could be said about Argentina and Brazil which has a considerable black population and they are known to produce magic in football.

The best what an African nation could do is that instead of players who join the Club level football teams in Euro Soccer Championships and leagues should make a pool of players who could also represent their own countries.

One should not destroy our own efforts in life!

Efforts that we put to make something whether business or any other venture along with the way we have lifted ourselves should never be destroyed in life. A person may say that he may get back after becoming a major in any subject but with one step back in life a person could see himself falling many times. Life is a ladder and one talks about climbing up then the reaching at height and then standing aloft is something which needs to be done. 

If one thought about taking some route from where a person can be a maker of his own destiny then instead of getting applause he or she may become a detractor in society. The more a person makes himself good in his own eyes the more society screams back at him or her while on the other hand if a person tries to destroy himself then society applauds his or her effort unless he or she does not stand anywhere. 

Now, thinking about all those people who were not that great in life and could be called somewhere to be a nerd who was capable enough to destroy the mind of other people or rather say mind wash them and then make them antisocial could be seen all over the society. Although, such people always tend to talk in a positive way and say that "Mai aapke bachhe ko "use" hone se bacha raha tha... Wo to use barbad kar dete" and the saga continues.

Such people get respect for many years to come because somewhere down the line they are responsible for destroying an entire generation but the people are not aware of their deeds. If I remember after completing my schooling till Xth in the year 1995-96 from Holy Cross, Bokaro Steel City, I took admission at G.G.P.S, Bokaro Steel City, for my Class-Xii which is 10+2 in the terms of C.B.S.E.

There, for any small issues pertaining to not give the correct answer in Maths or Accounts, I was treated badly by Mr. Ashutosh, Mr. Madan, and a Games teacher called Mr. Rajeshwar Thakur. They considered themselves to be the goons of Sector V although were just a blatant personality. Here, if I talk in a bit length about Mr. Thakur he was known to deprive people with a little bit of happiness and was considered to be a person with weird looks.

Neither his behavior was authoritarian and nor his attitude was aristocratic but he looked more or less like a person who is not from civil society. He was not lauded by anyone and was just a pan and tobacco chewing personality but consider himself to be a person working at Bokaro Steel Plant. 

So, if thinks that before becoming something it was your own effort and the parents who have backed you at any cost then it is not wrong and similarly after becoming something one should not destroy our own efforts in life because there will be many people who may point towards you making you feel low, but in the long run it is you who knows how to deal yourself along with others. So, to understand the ITz of life first make yourself by having confidence in you and then the boasting is all which also you have to do on your own as that is also your own impact which makes you rather than anyone else in life!

P.S: The C.B.S.E exams getting postponed or canceled is not a good thought along with the COVID-19 which has given the economy a setback makes to think about all those entrepreneurs who have started new ventures but could be into heavy loss making the people understand the negative effect of rumors which has destroyed millions around the world!

Although, if I remember none of my friends who were from my school days were in touch with me, and neither I believe in keeping any company that could lead me to any dungeon. 

For me, few of the South Indian friends were better into the stride when I was staying at my hometown but I never relied on people who changed their names multiple times and were into various odd jobs as they were never reliable towards themselves or anywhere towards being a better person.

Many of them were with or without reason into the mode of having hatred and revengeful towards a larger section of society and for them, it was a lifestyle to get into boozing and womanizing although they belonged to negative strata in mind and thoughts.

So, to conclude one could say that if one has to grow in life while leaving a small town and chart your own path which is akin to destiny then choosing of right friend circle is far more necessary and one should never get into toyboy mode in life which leads to disaster and disapproval of society!

If a person can get into any mode of earning and earn his livelihood easily which is all about bread and butter then what is the need to become a sex slave. Although, I am not a pro-BJP or Congress(I) supporter when we compare the scenario of our country which has seen a significant change since BJP is into power. It is actually not a matter of two parties with two different ideologies but one could say that time has changed and Congress does not look anymore as a party with any ideology.

 If we see 30 years back we will see that our nation has developed and controversies along with giving a deadly way to cry and lament on the national leaders are not a part of the thought process anymore. If we see that during Elections Rahul Gandhi honks by saying arrey mere baap ko marr diya..dadai ko marr diya but he does not remember that even the Nana is no more.

The Nehruvian era got over with the death of Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri and with Indira Gandhi assuming power the country found more of a lady who was adamant to manage her own lifestyle and also the ways.

With people who were desperately getting into the movie and another way of governing their lifestyle saw a prominent place into the business and industry and with that, the popularity made them leaders although with different names which just did not create any difference.

As it is understood that multiple names with multifaceted personalities cannot make you a personality but it could lead to a personality disorder. Ethical people in India are against their character!

Once I visited Miss Sapna Srivastava as she was adamant by saying that God has incarnated in her to give blessings to mankind. She was a lady who was staying at Mayur Vihar and was a part of Amma Bhagwan trilogy. Although, I did not have any wish to do so when I reached there I was told that she is busy in her Puja.

I did not felt any special aura in her but then I thought maybe she must be feeling low for any good reasons as I always believe that God is not a man-made character and everybody if will become Godly then it is all about challenging the authority of the God which I do not feel at any cost.

Now, if I look back to the people who were talking about setting bigger standards in life about being moral and ethical are known to be targetting the right person and leaving themselves because they consider themselves to be a part of maybe "Super Cosmos".

Those people whom I have paid respect and occasionally saved their lives have been found beating me vehemently before my exams in the past to give bad morals. The moment I come back from Ganga Snan once while I was taking a nap the bigger and the better whom I have paid respect were giving me fully charged of their behavior by beating me in their best possible ways.

Similarly, the other people whom I paid respect whether boy or girl were calculating my marks and thus made me feel low about anything which is related to Friendship. The same could be said about the people who show all their rough character and then consider themselves to be a superior teacher and considering themselves to be a personality which is wayward rather than being the real teacher.

One person may carry five faces by trying to have Black oil on their face and the other time the same person could be wearing a wig and their ethical standards are all about demeaning the person who has given respect to every person whether in their home or anybody related to them.

Once said and done the entire people from any race or religion along with sect could be felt conspiring against one single person although it was a matter to have laughed about as they earlier use to speak "aur bahut kaam hai hamare pass bajay iske ki tumahare liye soche..."!!!

If I ask after they have reached their respective ways in life in terms of growth do they still have their morals and can face themselves as it seems that "Ethical people in India are against their character" and it is good that I did not have to repent in life as I governed myself better as compared to every other person who was of my age group!

Better Safe than Sorry in my own life-ways!

With COVID-19 getting towards the possible lifting of lockdown things are getting towards a bit controversy and also people who have to lead their life with hard work and the others who believed in getting easy are just coming out at the forefront. Although, things could not be explained but understood that one who is meek and the other who is aware of his own existence could be a better person in thoughts and ways of leading life.

If one takes the example of a woman in your life who comes to get more out of your life by getting married to you is not necessary to follow you with the wish of giving every beautiful luxury. She may be carrying her own wish to give some major backlash by her own ways where it could be said about curbing her freedom and many other thoughts in life.

One has to understand that there is nothing called "Naya Zamana" or "Naya Daur" but the existence of human is all about chaining oneself within their existence and then give back to the society by gaining maximum knowledge. Any ability cannot be denied and the society has it's own understanding about the good, bad and ugly.

It is a well-known fact that however good people are with each other at the time of distress the near and dear ones only stand to be helping each other. The makeshift family and the makeshift arrangement do not work like that is done only in the name to pull out the maximum for each other. People who contribute to each other's household have some or the other greed in the mind to do so. Also, on the other hand, people who talk about some bigger community also try to take the maximum advantage of a person who must have some of the other knowledge to lift himself first rather than the entire society.

Lifting oneself is the biggest thing to do and also the nearest of the kin needs to be given utmost importance and once the sister gets married it is always good to let her live in her own ways. If the maternal family gives much importance then they are certainly either trying to overpower you or they have the wish to take you over and then you are always on their mercy from food to earnings.

Only your mother and father can think about lifting you up or the person who has seen the world through his better eyes and understood the world from very near could give importance to you.

So, the more you understand yourself and your own ties which are akin to mother earth which is a part of your mother, the father who is akin to the Sun and the brother or sister who are more or less the important planets revolving around you constitute to be the better ones in your life.

This primitive but calculated approach towards life made me feel better safe than sorry in my own life-ways and has given me the utmost importance rather than getting inclined towards those who are more or less a plastic card character who believe in using you both ways and then move to greener pastures!

Indian Economy which was fighting among the three topmost countries to find the top slot has suddenly reached the topmost of the table. This could be a thoughtful way as the world while looking at each other while calculating the number of people who suddenly gasped their breath and found to be reeling under the danger zone still were getting the relief material in the form of medicine and kits mostly from India.

At times, you will see that they immediately resort to speaking about being an orphan but still have much in their kitty but the mere thought of hard work puts them into a tizzy whereas Wine, Woman, and Money gives them a new high.

Now, understanding the way India took to the growth path was through inventions of pace and speed in the Automobile sector, the introduction of new railway wagons and the biggest factor was pharmaceuticals along with new methods of agriculture which made India the biggest market for all the need-based products to reach the market and Internet proved to be a boon rather than bane for this country which through Digital Marketing helped the country to grow.

As I was a kid and studying at Class V at Holy Cross School, which use to have weekends closed on both Saturday and Sundays I stayed at home. My mother has the habit to visit the Nav Durga Mandir at Sector 3rd C and I was feeling quite happy at the temple carrying the Dolchi which was used by my mother to carry the various offerings for God such as Akshat and Roli which is part of our Hindu Culture.

Every weekend it was a norm to follow the foot-steps of mother although I was a male child. As it happened that after a few weeks Mr. Sahay who was a person for all the basic mockings use to hit me hard while I was crossing the road barefoot while he was on his scooter.

His words used to be abusive and every weekend on Saturdays I just use to have my knees bruised badly on the road and the blood used to appear on the knee. His mocking sense could be understood as he use to follow me till the end of the road and then hit me with scooter after which he speaks something absurd which I hardly remember.

As I started weeping then and there and his anti-social thoughts could be understood only by God rather than me as a child. The same person could be seen speaking over the microphone these days at our society, Ajnara Integrity, Ghaziabad about the Coronavirus Scare and is doing great duty towards the world citizen who has come across many obstacles in life to get ahead.

I, remember once when I grew up, by mistake my sister mop the gentleman's seat of the same scooter as by mistake the seat has got spit on it.

 So, the thought process is that I paid the value of worship through minor accidents by the Sahay Ji or the person who was very much inclined towards humanitarian value and culture and after growing up as a young person I still imbibed the rule followed by the civilized society where people are bigger than their self egoistic ways.

As a person, he was very blatant and harsh as he even sends his only son to act like a servant at our home which was although not liked by us but I told him that instead of being a Servant at our house if you will concentrate on your studies you will become a better person in life.

I taught him basic education such as the Alphabets and the Numericals, although I myself was studying at L.K.G and which was a few years ago before his father's harsh behavior of hitting me with scooter shook me from within. 

 My father went to a person known as Mr. Tirkey who was known to be a very social person in the society and because of their help, the entire clan which comprises of their children got admission into St. Xavier's School, Bokaro Steel City which was a very prestigious school.

This was all I could do for his clan but the better I behave with such people the worst I got back from them and but still I do not feel remorse about the so-called egoist in the society who believe that they can carry their life by any means but do not give value to education!

P.S: The boy who was with us as a servant was none other than Mr. Akash Sahay who is now an MBA from a recognized University but his father abrasive behavior is still known all over who was just better known as "Bhuvara" and himself was a servant at Mr. A.K. Srivastava household who was a better person in the society at a higher post in the organization which is SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant. 

The only statement he used to speak to me many times was "Ho Gaya Na" which I just could not make out as I always believe that "Tamso Maa Jyotirgamay" is the answer to "rise" and "Asto Maa Sadgamay" is the way to carry on with life.

Nature is taking rest in this lockdown period!

The Lockdown period due to COVID-19 is (a boon for humanity, please read it correctly). The Lockdown period and not the COVID-19 Virus which has created a furor in the world. It was very much necessary that after so many continuous years of hustle and bustle esp. after the Industrial revolution the machine should come at rest as they must be looking for the much-needed rest.

Just take the case of Railways when they run on the tracks they not only put the pressure on Earth but while moving at the fast pace the engines which are made of Crankshaft and Pistons work regularly to make you reach the destination.

In the same way, the countryside which is generally called the village side the entire feeling was just dying as the city landscape was taking place and the animals were also getting extinct from the planet at a very fast pace. The Greenhouse effect which was taking place could have shortened the life of entire humanity along with Sun and Stars which could have been avoided due to this temporary lockdown.

One could have observed that when a Child-birth takes place it is not the father who feels like killing the Child but the mother feels like killing the children and then feel happier about it, although it is just a thought process. For any small scare, the woman feels like fleeing away and reach the safety of their mother's home although see may feel tormented there. Still, she believes that the parent will take care of her unless the husband himself is just like a father figure.

Most of the time, the husband is just an overgrown kid and then he is in his own boyish dreams which just could not be understood by the woman as she is just a nurturer and believes in dominating the lifestyle rather than think practical on the life-terms.

Now, getting back about the thought where one can understand that "Nature is taking rest in this lockdown period" as one could see over the internet that Lions are taking a nap in the animal safari or National forest and the same could be said about various other animals.

The same thought could be said that after the lockdown period gets over one should take an easy pace towards getting back to the work as most of us must have completed the much-needed rest and certainly must be feeling rejuvenated. So, a change in behavior is what one could expect instead of locking horns in the name of road rage which does not seem practical. 

Also, behaving like coming suddenly out of a jail could feel another reason for getting mocked all around because it will be better to carry life with a positive attitude as the bumper production in agriculture has given no worries to India and thus there is no chance of a price war which is another benefit by the people who are fondly called the agriculturists or Kisan!

Giving respect to everyone gives a secure life!

It has been said that "Respect begets respect" which may be true in one sense and is an indication of Indian Culture. I could say that this particular way of thinking has been imbibed with me for ages. I always tried to be good to almost everyone including teachers, friends, relatives and every other person including animals.

The first thing which my grandparents also insisted was to be humble towards everyone and although aggression was my basic thought process I immediately switch gears to get mild in life. Although it takes courage to stand alone for many years and at times I use to feel very much isolated but it never hampered me and I almost took the ways of prayers and thoughtful ways to understand life.

I could say that understanding life from near gives a better way to live and always gives peace within which never leads to any subdued thought about crossing the line which comes under the term of defying the law.

The same could be seen all where around the youth in the area like Ghaziabad, Merrut, Bareilly and many other Western U.P. cities where although heavy built and able body people could be seen but they carry the same humble attitude which has given the entire nation a way to get into prosperity.

If talking about The Moradabad people pelting stone over the Media Team of Zee News although it could not have been done somewhere down the line The Media creating an unnecessary controversy that has given bad image among Indians.

One could say that creating a specific image is all because of the culture which is imbibed among us but taking the advantage by just having a tag of Media personality is not enough these days. People understand the awkward sense of behavior and talk and asking with switching off the microphone to speak blatantly about any single person could lead to protests and anger.

The fact of the matter is that the Internet and also the people who know the worth of each other has just penetrated the very inside or the core of humanity and all the villages and towns are connected and in any case, if media tries to become a social doctor then they have to face heavy recursions which could be seen by the incident at Moradabad. 

Most of the Indian Private Media has always taken the route to create controversy and they just have not given any better direction to the youth which has made people rise and rebel against them in the long run which may or may not be a good sign.

So, the media too has to understand that Giving respect to everyone gives a secure life as the public understand the person's behavior better than anyone else and if the media tries to create their Single Autonomy then the public replies back in the best possible ways which could be understood by many incidents which they must have faced. 

To complete it in one line I would say that "One should never challenge anyone's authority as it leads to your own downfall."

The World is serious getting into the community-driven lifestyle!

Community is not a specific term as earlier it was more about caste, creed or religion-based approach in life which was more of a lifestyle where the selfish thoughts use to emerge easily and led to a self-centered lifestyle.

Now, with people emerging from industrious towns and education changing the perspective at a fast pace people are getting more closer across all the caste and creed and more of symptoms of the like-minded approach is gathering to make us sustain ourselves for a longer time to come.

The fact which governs our life is not only money or the social status as it is earned by every other person in society but carrying forward our own name and managing the legacy of our own without becoming anti-social is the biggest thought in life.

There is nothing called "The Last Lear" or the "Main Hoo Naa" approach towards life but the stars are those who are better in the eyes of their own society which comprises of every person whether he is a cobbler, gardener, worker, housekeeping boys and girls along with the people who dwell in your society including the security guards.

With this COVID-19 attack, one thing could be learned which is all about enjoying the helping hand of each other such as the Delivery boy or the Pick-Up vans which are catering selflessly o the people. 

Everybody is the Saviour for each other but at times one has to rise above all and for that, the thought process of self-defense is far more necessary while "Revenge based approach" is just a thought which was about the past where it led to many battles making us feel inferior while the detractors just made a mockery of our lives.

One thing we can understand that at this point in time when Airplane, Railways and every other mode of transport is not working but still we are able to sustain ourselves but at times we used to just have enjoyment by running helter-skelter without solving any purpose which could have created much of the issues on our economical way of living as splurging does not give us any better diamond to be left in our kitty.

With the Government getting harsher and any small issues could lead to displacement whether in terms of industry or any other such aspect of life one has to understand that although dictatorial ways are not back to grow in life where one could get into agriculture and every other mode of work according to our own lifestyle and understand each other ability will make us flourish as the world is seriously getting into the community-driven lifestyle and it will lead to stupendous growth for each other making us a real democracy!

Four decades of succesful life for many!

Since I have completed my age which is just 1 year above 40, I after many blogs thought about putting some light on my lifestyle. My birth was into a good family and after getting on my feet I most of the time went anywhere either with my Grandfather or Uncle and every other time with my father. So, it was but natural to understand the male psyche and if you understand male then the female is quite easy to understand.

So, I always kept everyone else above me just like a Grandfather does for his house and that although never made me popular somewhere down the line people loved this thought process. Whether in terms of love or studies I always tried to keep my only sister ahead and it made her gather more of confidence and abilities.

Also, my way of life was less of the fights and more towards a defensive approach where I took some deadly blows but hardly made any hue and cry about it while leaving it all for the God to think about it and thus he or she was there to give me back all the strength which is needed in life.

Most of the time I fought tooth and nails not to gain supremacy but to give all my heart towards the "Subject in Studies" which could keep me aloft.

My thought was to create less of a burden on my parents just like any other person from India, China or Japan and this lead to earning my own livelihood and between the well-managed gaps concentrate on my studies. While at work my concentration was totally towards the job or work process which created a necessary pressure and it leads not only for the others to follow the same but becoming a single example in the office made many to work with more accuracy and concentration.

It led to four decades of a successful life for many as my first three quarterly exams performance use to be best and I was vociferous in the classroom and there was less of unnecessary arguments while the aggression was better displayed at the playing field which was a good virtue.

Frankly speaking, I was not aware that I am popular among girls as I never ever tried "Sex" before marriage under any circumstances and was not even interested in getting any girl at my home when I use to live as a tenant and once I bought my own home I took to marriage but the lady was smart enough to have a kid and then fly away although it did not hamper me.

Although, I am not a Leo Tolstoy or anywhere near to Sri Munshi Premchand Ji my well-managed thoughts help me to have many admirers and detractors it was all because I followed the Male to understand their psyche rather than running behind girls which made me what I am today who may look nothing at first thought but deeply content from inside!

Investing the mind and money in Bollywood seems futile!

Bollywood which was the highest grosser in terms of money-making recently could certainly be a thoughtful venture at the time of economic Crashdown in the USA market. The investors who are from India could think seriously that what is the implication of the Movie stars in our life.

People who are actors or any other who are giving back in the form of rewards to the Pm fund have at any place work and earned because of the interest in public towards their movies.

Now, the fact of the matter is that we Indians give a status of Demi-God to our Cricket players or Stars who are either sold in one way to give the desired results in Cricket and the same could be said about Bollywood which hardly comes out with a meaningful Cinema.

Many of the factors which we see in Indian Cinema are from the Bhojpuri speaking background and they could be seen carrying a social status which is akin to showing their unnecessary attitude which could be seen going for a toss during this Corona Virus lockdown.

Now, thinking about the same that investing directly in your desire industry will certainly fetch you more of benefits as the world looks more towards income generation while Bollywood is a medium which channelizes much of the Black Money and it leads to various disorders in the society such as Mafia operators and even the Hawala operators and the common public has to suffer.

Bollywood is the prime reason for flourishing places in the Middle-east although it is not a bad effect let me ask one simple thought from you.

How many of us have gone to Dubai for staying forever?

Does the growth of places like Dubai has given any better aspect in terms of lifestyle for a common man or it has just given a much of difficulty in the life of those who go to earn as Driver or Nurse and with any effect whether Gulf war or any lockdown the entire country see a rush to get the relatives back from such places.

Our lands remain in dire straits and the people who are from Bollywood, Cricket and Fashion industry serve the high and mighty by investing in huge amounts in such countries. So, one has to think twice or as many times that as true countrymen we have to first support our own cause.

As per my thoughts investing the mind and money in Bollywood seems futile and it is just an industry with more hype and less of better thoughts for the common man who can enjoy better movies from various regional cinema or Hollywood over Netflix and animation could also give better solace as compared to the same double skin character from various movies from Bollywood!

If we see Hollywood as an example then any small or great actor gets equal respect if he or she visits Macau, Hongkong, Singapore and any other place in the world. Most of the time actors like Julia Roberts, Will Smith, and many other such actors get all the respect not only in their own country but also abroad.

The same could be said about Mr. Jackie Chan who has put China at the mainframe cinema but if we compare the popularity of our Indian Actors it is something that could not be found easily offshore.

It could be not because the PR is weak i.e. the Public Relations of our actors are bad but the only fact is that our actors carry too much of their style and arrogance which is akin to their thoughts.

They keep a few swanky cars, bungalow in the posh locality but when it comes to the social behavior it is nothing more than a pan stained teeth person.

Such a class which has put them on the lowest pedestal has given them nothing and the Cinema which they portray just could not make them a personality. The meaningful Cinema which is a part of the various film industry all abroad could not be found in Bollywood.

Earlier, stars like Md. Naseeruddin Shah, Sri Amol Palekar, Miss Shabana Azmi and Md. Farooque Sheik including Miss Rekha carried the genre of meaningful cinema but soon it died as if the Cinematic approach got strangulated.

With Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor along with Amir Khan, Govinda and various others bought a setback to the film industry from where it never recovered although the cash registers started ringing the respect could not fetch as compared to parallel cinema.

It was more or less like a B-Grade film such as Bazzigar, Darr which made Shah Rukh Khan what today he is but both in the first case was certainly not up to the mark and the second was about an over obsessive lover which could find a niche audience only with the small city people.

Shahanshah and many others which was a part of Amitabh Bachhan's legacy just went like a dud show and the popularity governed by Sri Sunil Dutt, Waheeda Rehman and many other such yesteryear actors just could not carry for a long time.

It could be said that these people mercilessly killed the Hindi Film Industry and today people believe in watching Actors like Ajay Devgan who portrayed himself to be a better actor but his Police Movies will not carry for a long more time as people just do not give importance to a Police Story. Police is here to maintain law and order which she does with aplomb but she is not the only protagonist in the country to remove crime but the involvement of Police in Crime removal is only after the crime gets committed and moreover, repetition in the movie style is always disliked by people. 

Although, Ajay Devgan Sir has put himself above all other actors where his movies like Apaharan and Drishyam has given him a higher pedestal and the same could be said about Saif Ali Khan Sir who took to center stage after Hum-Tum and Aarakshan and hopefully both actors can bring more of accolades in the coming time to Indian Cinema!

Only brightness in face does not make superior!

People in India are found to be immediately taking inferior thoughts in mind where the mind does not matter but the face has to be puffed with all the rouge. The time when I was into my job there were few who consider themselves to be with all the ability only in terms of having style and attitude which could be considered there oomph factor. People use to call them higher-level managers and everyone has an impact which was not related to their performances but the time they have to spend with women who are considered to be a socialite.

It was a fun factor to know that such people use to speak in high volumes about possessing degrees from IIM and IIT but when one could see them at this point in time after spending a momentary time in life they could not be seen with such degrees.

Changing gear when needed but with less momentum, they could be seen now getting into the political stage from where their words of wisdom are just seen with a low voice. fewer confidences and fear in their eyes which clearly shows that they have reached the desired place from where they could hardly lift themselves up.

Now, thinking about the same which could be 50 years back when Class X was just a necessity to join any organization and it is still but with particular marks few of them who took ITI as an extra subject to get ahead found themselves at the better position while the other took the lifestyle of hard work to get at a governing role in terms of position.

Similarly, after 40 years when it was time for people like us who were born in the late '70s people who were competitive took the subjects in life such as Hotel Management or IIT along with many other technical and non-technical subjects while the other few tried their hands in sports.

Now, if anybody will ask me I studied till Class X at Holy Cross while people who were getting full support from their parents to get into movies and other such part-time possibilities of earning money still had the rant to speak futile about me which I never understood as I gathered the acumen and the momentum in life although I was not a part of highly show-off people from Kendriya Vidyalaya who consider themselves to be Officer class without any reason.

to the extent when my final result in terms of education is found it is still brighter than the mediocre as after completing Class Xii on my own I also took BBA and further M.A. in Sociology and all those part-timers in Media now talk reverse by stating that we still feel bad and if the Health Ministry talks about Social implications of Corona Virus then I just could not make anything out of it as it was considered to be a disease by WHO and not a social revolution.

I tried to gather as much knowledge in life with all my thoughtful ways and also performed better at sports while the people who were having money power with them still made an easy mockery but most of the time without getting perturbed I use to carry with my classwork and homework.

In the meantime propagandist from those families who did not matter to me and few of the teachers who just could not get into the helm of calling me with better prospects for any particular ways of work which may be into games or study could be feeling proud about those puffed up students who proudly work under them and are coined to be a gentleman.

If we remember a few months back Vice-Chancellor from Kashi Vidyapeeth clearly stated their students to get into all kinds of nefarious activities and if we think that only brightness in the face does not make superior then only we can give a better and bright future to our children. Nowhere down the line study could deteriorate you but all the worst ways to get into politics or maybe sports will throw you out making you understand the value of Karmik, Krishak and Vidyarthi alike and the perfumery will fade within few hours like the way you will sow, show you will reap which could be understood by the harvest in this season!

Children living in Slums (Dharavi) could buy own property

Indian mindset is changing and so is the thinking of staying at slum and earning the livelihood. People who stay in slums at places like Dharavi could suddenly change their lifestyle and thoughts by getting more of an urban and chic lifestyle as they have all the ability to get better food and social lifestyle. 

Remember, the days when Sri Om Puri, Miss Madhuri Dixit and many other of the likes of such people left Dharavi and with that, they joined various city-based organization such as Sail, Bhel, and Gail as they have the best crowns in the life which were their Degree which is the University Certification.

In today's world when the children start earning at an early age through commercials and various other roles in films they have all the ability to change their lifestyle but they stay within the clutches of NGO's which neither make them good nor help them to flourish.

The worst thing which they learn is to get into drugs, prostitution and are further sold through pimps into various industries. It is true that in the beginning such children and even their parents will not like to stay in small houses away from the "Dariya" which is the sea but the nearby places do not take much of the population and all the city dwellers move towards Mumbai which adds to the chaos.

The population has to shift not only from city to small towns as every part of India is getting Samridh which is prosperous and it does not make sense to stay at places like Dharavi where people earn crores but stay in slums. 

The Movie cast from Slumdog Millionaire could be seen working at various capacities in New Delhi including SpiceJet and other places because of the talent they possess in life which is the Soft Skills and thus make big in life.

Children living in Slum (Dharavi) could buy their own property and with any constant source of income could improve their lifestyle within moments. One has to adapt to a lifestyle that is just like their own thoughts. It is not necessary t think on behalf of Underworld and first become a Criminal and then make a premium flat in Dubai with Swanky cars and women in tow who could wear a slit gown but when talks it is nothing but gibberish.

So, one has to understand one's own capacity and then improve the lifestyle rather than paying the Pagdi of two lakhs and three lakhs and then stay in rent whereas in tier-three cities such as Aurangabad and Shirdi or Nashik one could buy a flat by paying a booking amount of three lakhs and then get a well-laid agriculture land or any other easy way to earn and lead a lifestyle which is just above class and it could also be learned by "Sir Terrence" who is from a very humble background, similarly the children who earn from Dance competition and Cricket Matches could buy a house for their Aye which is maa and enjoy a good lifestyle forever.

Survival of the fittest which is not a vague terminology!

When Charles Darwin said about the species which reign o may not reign the planet he must have not only seen a lot of up and down in life but the world must have faced some bigger catastrophe during his age. During the year 1859 when Sir Charles Darwin went to publish his theory of "The Origin of Species," he must have understood the term from near and could have been a witness to various changes in the environment whether social, political or environmental.

If one feels the life from near during this COVID-19 attack then we as a human being all over the world have suddenly gone through a greater upheaval where many countries at times are stating it as a social phenomenon while others are declaring it as a medical issue related to certain medical issues.

The thought-provoking way this particular crisis has hit the entire world just makes us feel that either the civilization is changing or the person in us has become reluctant towards certain good habits which could be as simple as washing our hands before eating and drinking.

Keeping the good thought about humanity in general and making each other feel easy is the best we can do and at times being aware of everyone around us is also a part of paying attention to oneself and others. Human nature has a tendency to get into a mode of being apprehensive and aggression at times is all we can see in each other all because it is not about "Me First" syndrome but making things out of nonsensical thoughts is the best way to define as human.

There are very few human beings who reach the tendency where protecting others is the priority while others still believe that laughing on others and creating issues in other life is the easiest way to live and lead life.

Few of us when getting the opportunity in life to grow just do not allow others to flourish and have a notion that all the resources in life are to be borne by them and the others who are competitive should be dragged under the feet so that they should not recover in life from one shock after another.

Such people not only create a life which is difficult for others but in the long run, just cannot find a breathing space although must bring the very few from their community making a safe cauldron which at times when broken in life not only make them a non-thoughtful personality but their life is not fruitful. Thus, one could understand that becoming a barricade for others just does not give you happiness, on the other hand, being helpful and saving others at the same time giving priority to the society can be connected through the term "Survival of the fittest which is not a vague terminology"!

Being Loyal towards own family members is all could be done by everyone!

At this time of COVID-19 lockdown which is all about getting away from contamination of virus is easy to do. All they need is to stay healthy, be fit and take less of the stress which will help to get the best out of life. Although, the time is certainly bad as many of us must be facing losses but one could understand that 21 days lockdown must have been faced by many of our parents during the earlier days when there was lockdown in many kinds of factories from textiles to the cotton-producing unit.

These could be said a part and parcel of life but the fact of the matter is that being good towards oneself and being loyal towards own family members is all could be done by everyone. Remember, the situation in life which we are facing is just a natural epidemic and not a blackout or warlike situation where people from other countries try to get into the helm and then the trouble begins in life for many days.

If one talks about agriculture since it is a labor-intensive process and people from all across of life are getting into it the much of hormonal effect could be seen in the body. Some of them take it easy while the other may feel a sudden surge of joy and ecstasy which is a way to naturally gets a positive frame of mind.

In this situation taking advantage of each other is just a way that could be a part of the fool's tactics because getting negative vibes and then spreading is just a way to not only create a future which is bleak for others but first to himself.

Being derogatory is the part of human nature and in spite of being good to everyone in terms of protecting oneself and others is neither remembered for a long time nor appreciated but somewhere down the line it always gets into the good books and a person becomes an example for many years to come.

So, in any case, getting help from someone is easy but then for many years to come you have to pay the obligations which make you frustrated from inside. If a person does believe in his own ways to earn which could be the talent in him then he or she is certainly appreciated by the entire society. Although everyone might have their own opinion about every person which is most of the time according to their own beliefs!

Quality in Education Through English Medium

Well, I do not belong to any educational franchisee or any other missionary of Charity programs from where I raise any slogan about the education. But after every few years the Movie by Kalu Bhaiya urf Md. Irfan Khan who comes up with the debate about the English Medium and considering it to be a bad vibe for people from India makes us feel a bit bad. 

Since I have never heard about any Bhojpuri Medium or Desi Murgi Vilayti Bol kind of taunts at my own household I always followed the path of the teachings which comprised of at least two generations which were above me.

The Grandfather and then all the uncles including my father who allowed me to join my School which I choose on my own during L.K.G which is Lower K.G. at Holy Cross, Bokaro Steel City. My life has seen good high and low in this school in terms of studies and now I find my school to be the top 10 schools at Bokaro Steel City although I left it in the year 1996 after my Matriculation.

Now, the fact of the matter is that if you go anywhere in India most of the English medium Convent Schools are dedicated to State Board or the C.B.S.E Board and education is nowhere to be bad as compared to many state-based schools where the basic infrastructure is also not present.

When one person of the likes of Irfan Khan who does a rigorous methodology of fact-finding about the English mediums and consider it to be cheap and sleazy could be asked how much funding he has done towards spreading quality education in India or has he ever given any good thought to the students from Hindi Medium at any of the Delhi Schools.

Let's not forget that the Indian Government is spending crores of Rupees to modify the Madarsas who are prominently pre-occupied by the Muslim youth or the Boys and Girls who learn all the Muslim attributes and tehzeeb in such educational societies which is certainly not bad at all. 

Also, such schools are getting all kinds of Computer-based facilities these days and the schooling is not confined to Urdu, Farsi and anti-India thoughts which are making the nation stronger from inside.

Now, talking about Quality in Education through English Medium I myself as mentioned above got the education from Holy Cross which is a world-renowned educational society all over the world and collaborates with the help of fundings through the fees paid by parents for their wards or pupils.

In this way, I was as much inclined towards Indian Thought process and at the same time, I always practiced my own religious belief first as Hindu and all my friends stand out to be a better person rather than any particular person who does not understand the quality in education through English medium.

The Inside Story & Outside Derogatory!

India is a country which could be termed as The Inside Story & Outside Derogatory: This could be a phrase that nobody would have ever thought about in life. But it is the truth behind the Indian masses. Here, everybody has one thing to think about that There Sons and daughters should rise above all and the rest of the others could be understood as downtrodden and weak.

During the late '70s and early '80s when India suddenly saw getting above the nearby nations such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and many others the country with the advent of English Medium polluted the mind of people equally the way Indian Hindi Film Industry has done.

The Indian Film Industry has already glorified the heroes and the villains who were better in terms of thoughts and aspirations could be found to be made or look as downtrodden. Similarly, the women from near and far of such family members who considered the film industry to be a small family business where Kapoors and the other few clans tried to manipulate as many roles and characters out of their own family system. 

There are talents throughout the country but few mediocre ones not only got into films but also the Media which was about to happen after BBC and Doordarshan suddenly saw an infliction of people who were from small minds and secondary thoughts but fair skin to represent their channels.

Such, people could be seen getting under many clusters and from there on companies like TV Today, NDTV and many others who were inclined towards political parties and they supported wholeheartedly their own political and social dramas. 

To rise quickly without any effort was the way and many of them could be hurriedly seen coming with all kinds of Degrees for Journalism and to add fun to the life an Adhoc Police system got introduced with them. 

With a cache of arms which is not registered anywhere, the small-minded women and girls could be seen cheering themselves in the name of Media which never tried to lift the country but helped to dig itself into the deep burrows akin to an Ostrich getting into the heap of sand while it sees the enemy from near.

Their foster father could also are to be found doing the same behavior where the thought was branding social image could make them bigger in life. The person whom you see in the form of Sikha Mehra gradually becomes Anjana Om Kashyap and has only hollow thoughts to speak with the same classical story behind where understanding an M.A. in Sociology is as small as her thoughts and the way she uses to govern people in terms of dictating terms where Shankar was always there to understand and carry her demand with ease.

P.S.: Sorry to speak about the matter of Miss Anjana Om Kashyap but when anybody who understands himself better also knows how life works and making propaganda about False Marriage is none of your business as according to Hindu Marriage Act I am married only once and that also you did not get near to me as the pedestal is always high.

Value of milkmen,grocery deliver & Vegetable Vendor at your doorstep!

People say that Papa value is known only at distress and rest o the time people most of the time ignore them. Just think about the time of quarantine during the COVID-19 scare when people are avoiding each other in the name of getting infected and then rumors are never-ending. 

So, in this time of distress value of milkmen, grocery delivery & vegetable vendor at your doorstep could be understood by those who must have seen earlier days of distress in life.

This is such a time when people become either a thoughtful person or the flashy one and experience of such kind could be understood by those who have gone through such times in life. I remember as a child when I was 5-6 years old I have gone through the 84 riots and although I have stated it many times here-in I would like to make understand the lessons one has learned in such a situation.

There was a time when the curfew was imposed across every nook and corner of North India and only the lapse was given during 5-6 P.M. My father use to fetch milk for us and he hurriedly uses to go 3 Kms away to bring milk as the milk sellers were congregated at different milk clusters made of shanties where the Buffalo and Cow were tied.

So, dutiful he was and he always went in civil dress and not in lungi as the dress he was wearing was full pant and shirt with boots as if he is going to do a parade. The reason was that most of the people in North India wearing lungi were thought to be suspicious as Bokaro Steel City has lots of migrant workers while my father was working at Bokaro Steel Plant.

So, as a law-abiding citizen and his strict demeanor was praiseworthy in the eyes of many people across the community. Similarly. although the situation is not that grim as the essential goods and services could be fetched easily around us even if a person who is zestful and has never been bad has to face some awkward situation and to avoid it always better thought is to take the help of milkman and vegetable vendors in the community rather than venturing out as the place where I stay at Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad is one of the best places where all good services are available at an affordable cost.

P.S: The day when I first went to get the Amul Milk in the evening after Corona Virus severe outbreak I said to the shopkeeper who was looking childish although adult from the fact that you are alone and it could create a problem here. He showed his strength on me by taking me against the hose pipe at the adjacent society and hit me with his heavy legs on my abdominal. Thankfully, I do not wear an abdominal guard but his legs could not break me and the liver took the blow in a tough way and the situation remained under control.

Harrasment better ignored rather than stick to it!

Since childhood, I have been as a person who has been harassed easily with all intentions to get more out of me in terms of seeking respect and social behavior. With gradually understanding Indian society as I was born and bought up as an Indian I found that the more I paid heed to such issues the more backlash I got back. Most of the time it was more or less like the few neighborhood families carrying on their long term grudges and when making them understand their own ways the social blurting continued in life.

At times being good to them is forgotten with immediate instance and slight bad vibes are carried for many years to come. People in India feel great when they are talked negative and their harsh ways could be seen very much into the entire lifestyle which could be observed more in the people of the city rather than villages.

It is all about the way your thought is to be considered either in the positive or negative ways. Social distancing is a part of the country's behavioral process although Corona Virus has projected it in the right way where people are trying to avoid each other's presence. The earlier childhood if we remember at every other point of time there might be people around you who try to create a blunt image of yours and most of the time getting oppressive is a way to overcome the mentality of a growing youth.

Most of the time the bullies character of a person could be seen carrying from one generation to another and people are rigid where they just do not want to change. Also, playing with the psyche of those who are self-centered or within their own family and at the same time creating rumors to a greater extent makes one feel awkward at any point of time in life.

They forget that whether increasing the social value of a person by false praise or getting into the psyche of a person by always demeaning him just also does not allow the person to get more than anything in life but revenge.

Such a person is further segregated in life while the family which sticks to themselves and understand the value of the society where understanding the basic ethos and giving equal value to everyone by paying respect get value in the larger cases or life scenario.

So, making your son or daughter a valuable citizen in a better part of life when life has got a better retirement package and to understand this world better harassment should not be inflicted and any people who get harassed should better ignore it rather than sticking to it!

If you respect every religion the religion respects you!

Religion is the only common binding factor among those who stick to their God and at times Godmen as well. Most of us have the habit of getting inclined towards our own religion but Cosmos which is the aura or the outer atmosphere is certainly made of all kinds of religious practices.

While you follow your own religion and piss off near the other religious symbol then certainly neither your God will be pleased nor theirs and it will give an effect of "Zero" in every field you venture. When it comes to being rigid the first thing one follows is talk good about the own community, religious ethics and condemn others which makes the thought hilarious.

The thought has come in my mind as my father during childhood shared a joke with me. 

He said that if we are inclined towards Shiv, Vishnu or any other Hindu God as I am a Hindu by birth and at the same time if the Tajiya which is a religious symbol during the Muharram goes in terms of processions should be treated with equal respect. The air which echoes while such procession understand you better and it makes thing understand within your mindset.

So, every religion has aggressive overtones and also the mild people who take care of their own thought and do not disregard or disgrace any other religious thoughts. So, here in case if you respect every religion the religion respects you and in case of any awkward situation, their Holy structure or the religious symbol along with scriptures help you without any complexity involved in it.

That does not mean one has to speak in the same intonation such as Wallah kya Baat hai or Aadab unless you know such person from near and he or she must be dear to you. Giving respect within the mind is understood easily by the other person and certainly in every case, unless you are known to be a person who could be a Mole or a Secret Agent nobody will come and say that he or she may do some harm to your community or country. 

So, keeping the eye and mind open will be enough to understand the situation and then make yourself ready for the coming generation or the many years to come from where you can take the path of immense faith in every religion without bowing before those elements who are called extremists or terrorists in general as for any issues including COVID-19 all of us including every religion and above all humanity is paying the price.

P.S: Tomorrow the Ram Navami Julus day is to be observed. For all the Akhada I believe until there is no Government order the procession will not be found and I think it will happen for the first time. But hopefully, as the Police Authorities have said to pray from home so the same could be followed by us although it is sad as Ram Navami Julus is the most colorful procession in our religion!
