Deteriorating State of Bihar Universities producing fools through ways of foul!

Foul! The word in sports makes the game stop for a few minutes whether it is the Red Card but the Yellow Card allows to stay in the game and fight back. Unfortunately, BIHAR which is the most backward state in India could not give back anything but weird looking Politicians who are neither progressive nor know how to speak but the Tobacco Kingdom has given enough reprieve for open killing and raising arms such as Pistol, Chura or the Nan-Chak by the fools who do not know how to use it.

"Phar denge...Marr Denge..Kabar Denge aur nahi to Gannd maar Lenge"  looks offensive but is the common terminology from various University whether it is the Patna University, Mithila University, Ranchi University which is a part of Jharkhand or the Vinoba Bhave University of Jharkhand. Thinking about the state which could be rich in Minerals and Materials is just producing the mouth syncing English speaking population who when are not able to compete with others try to gain an advantage by becoming into groups and use the Rape policy as was initiated by few politicians to increase the political heat.

The time was sometimes during the regime of Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav when he was blamed for any bad incident and although the same sort of issues was under Shri Jagannath Mishra regime the entire blame could still be found over the Yadav clan and the same is bore by Shri Nitish Kumar. There was a time when Bihar was a place to give politicians like Shri George Fernandes who in his Kurta-P Pyjama still looked decent but with his sad demise things certainly changed and unfortunately people like Shri Kanhaiya Kumar who is a Ph.D. from the well known JNU Campus is taking a U-Turn from the studies and giving his time into Politics.

The better option would be if he takes any Lecturer Post in University and after giving his dearest contribution in improving course scenarios and bring out the real educationist and connoisseur of Maa Saraswati could bring some change rather than the same lathi-wielding people who create hooliganism  as you go through the train crossing Mughalsarai to Bihar and through other routes.

It's a pity that neither they are termed as hooligans  nor they are considered to be on the brighter side and if suddenly they go for a makeover the same people are told to be given importance because of their own way of style which is certainly not known by me as I never belonged to a certain group but had been into my own state of mind which is devoid of big political mileage or any bigger hand to lift me up rather than the hand of GOD to achieve my goals in life.

So, if and only if the few things which could be promoted such as Animal Husbandry Course, Agricultural farming and Fish Farming which was projected by Shri Lalu Yadav Ji or Police Training Academies should come-up as the people are robust and Army Schools should open then they will not only help the youth to come up with better thoughts but they will earn a life of respect rather than becoming Security Guards and Masseurs who bring a bad name to the Bihar which is still the Blame or the KALANK on Indian Subcontinent from the time of Buddha and Mahavir Jain Tirthankaras!
