Bihar, which is already a BIMARU State and a state of perverts which is more to be known about family feuds and the thought of mind where it is all about fighting against their own poverty, dirt, and squalor cannot find any takers for any Summit like Pravasi Bhartiya or the likes of any Growth Summit related to Agriculture or Industries.
If one thinks about the state which has not come up with any new infrastructure in terms of industries from the State Government, it shows that Indian exchequer is at a heavy loss at any places like Barauni or Madhepura where they try to open-up any industries. Also, if the people are concerned they do not spare to fuck their own kith and kin and most of the time the elders in their home trying to rape their own daughters and the woman who get married to their family in which the elders try to harass their family members due to which the upcoming generation learn the same kinds of antics which carry from one generation to another.
It could be seen by the attitude of people who stay near your society at places like Delhi where they try to form the group and with their thought deeply embroiled with an attitude to show off, most of the time they try to give themselves a "FAKE CERTIFICATION" of either some Actor, Director or maybe people in the Police Department as they carry the Uniform of Police from their ancestors who could have worked either in various units such as C.I.S.F or various other Police Departments.
Also, the various way to carry on their social status without much of a depth in their pocket most of the time they could be seen insisting of one good person and their kids in the family to carry on the burden of the entire family or the area and try to suppress him or her in life for denying growth so that they could not reach any greater heights.
Also, they have their own way of thinking where they try to snatch the resources of others and a common slogan their says Jar, Joru or Jameen dusro ka cheen kar jiya jata hai...which if explained is Jar means the depth or the growth factor, Joru which is the wife of others and Jameen which is the land of others, according to them are not made of their own but is snatched from others and thus the constant feud in the name of a person who tries to develop in his own or better ways are found to be made upset by others most of the time and they go to any extent to create problems in the life of a person.
In this way, one could understand that even if many crores of packages are provided to the people, by the Indian Government but still the state has not developed into a better one and most of the time the development neither reaches the village nor it is confined to cities.
The sexual frustration of the people in this state is due to hunger, poverty and lack of resources as because if the person is not content in himself and neither his tummy is filled then he or she will certainly resort to crime. So, the erstwhile government should check the status and try to bring improvement or soon a time will come when the upcoming generation from this state will get a severe backlash by the society as all those who have come out of this state are basically divided into two state of mind- One of them being something in life by achieving their goals towards life and others being a culprit of a different kind who tries to snatch from others and act as goons.
So, it is better to judge them and be near to them as Social judgment is all about the way one carries the responsibility of life and how a person discards the unnecessary people in life to move ahead in life!!!
