With the Indian Government led by Mr. Narendrabhai Damodardas Modi who is running the BJP at the center his initiative with the help of Make in India campaign and Digital India programme, the banks have helped many of the young entrepreneurs to come up with their own small and medium enterprises to float their own companies.
The initiative has given many of the educated youth all over India to earn their own and their friends coming under one wing are able to give a new wave of happiness to their families and they feel proud to own a company whether in a partnership or sole proprietorship. With many of the youth who could have not been able to earn their own without such initiative and India would have also on backfoot in terms of providing employment to many people it gives a breath of fresh air to see happy faces in the company who put their best foot forward to earn, learn and enjoy their own way of life. It is also helping to make an India which is certainly capable to take over the world without taking the help of very large corporations who ultimately gets into loss and are called a sick unit after few years of incorporations.
Now thinking about the flip side of the coin there are many such organizations which make their fake websites and collect money through the bank after which they show the incorporation of the company over the internet with a sum of INR 1,00,000 which is equivalent to 1,408.45 USD and with it the story gets over. They also put advertisements over the internet and with the few people who are a freelancer and are not aware of their antics help them in their project by writing articles and blogs for them which is an important way to promote the company and its product.
The government in this era is not that fool and they give a chance of 1 full year to show the capabilities and profit-making venture and whether you run to any nook and corner after a certain time such companies are termed as defunct and thus their owners lose respect along with no chance of getting any investors to further run their own business. In the meantime, the person enjoys for few months but becomes a liability for a lifetime to come and thus becomes neither an achiever nor an entrepreneur in his life.
If we see the other side of the story Rahul baba from INC shouts in his hoarse voice in the parliament over the berozgari or the unemployment but their party in the past 50 years have neither done any steps to provide educated Indians a way to earn through bringing out a new way of earning nor the party took any concrete steps to pull up new Private Limited companies which were very difficult in the Congress era to put up due to Redtapism and Bureaucratic hurdles.
With the recent Indian Government initiatives and the local MLA and MP led by BJP Government putting all their efforts to uplift the Indian youths, the country is seeing a new change in the economic system and within few years India will hopefully see a prosperous face as every person will be getting the job and able to run their business according to their capabilities making the country feel proud and give smiling faces to millions of home.
P.S: One special request to the human resource personnel, please do call the employment seekers according to the time slot and try to take the interview at a faster pace as it makes a very grim picture when a person see people sitting over the floor outside the company premises and it makes a sad picture and an unhappy employee for many years to come.
