Most of us who are aware of the corporate work ethics always take the route of hardship which leads to a success leading to various designations in our own management level. Whether, it is the lower level of management, middle or upper management levels we have to face the best of the discussions and also the problems created by the various employees from supervisor and sometimes even by our parking attendants whose behavior is not less than the CEO.
If a person tries to break the social way of thinking or let's say his attitude towards work is to give more than 100% then he has to listen to all kinds of slangs which can be adage or the proverb not aware to him. The best possible thing is to add the name of the Miss Dhinchak of the company and then pull his pants down in front of everyone.
It can be the same as the behavior of few college guys who try to take away the most out of a person by targeting him in more than one ways. The person could be any of your friend, colleague or a neighborhood guy who is serious towards his life. A person however good or bad he is and can store lots of dirty secrets in his life but one good deed takes many of the wrongdoing away from him. Then there is a certain person who thrives on the wrong ways of doing their work without ethics, in the long run, does not come out trumps in life.
Neither, they have the ability nor they try to do any hard work and thus do not get importance in life from any of the circle whether it is the society, neighborhood or their office colleagues.Then there is nothing more than to target the most loyal employee from his office who has spent most of the time working with full determination to get the best name for him.
Such behavior is not tolerated for long by neither the person who is targeted nor the colleagues who try to form a certain antisocial behavior get anything out of it. After a certain period of time, the entire office loses respect in the eyes of the general public and thus the name of such organizations becomes nondescript.
The issues are tried to be covered by the most loyal employee and he or she puts all efforts to bring back the name of the office and thus gains importance in the eyes of the organization head which leads to the unprecedented success.
One has to remember that it is difficult to reach on top and more difficult to stay there as at every step there will be a person who will be pulling you down with all the might through various skeptical ways. So, without rolling the tears make your office a fun factor at least within your mind and one has to remember that in the Indian context, however, advance we are but once the bed-hopping starts then nothing is left in life!!!
