If a person has to do something new in life then he or she looks towards his inner-self to find out whether he is competent enough to follow the path of success. Whether it is business or job along with any other industry which he looks for setting-up or any traditional work which has been followed by generation his business acumen or the career path is decided by his attributes, skills and social developments.

In this way, through the culture and traditions, one could find that the wealth has been generated through the hard work and also through a transition in thinking. A person upbringing is one of the major factors which leads to making out the most from any circumstances and thus help himself to grow in an impeccable manner.

Even if we talk about Mr. Shiv Khera whose book was a bestseller once upon a time with the title "The magic of thinking big" must have inspired the generation to start something on their own or at least put efforts towards the right direction in spite of any debacles in life.

It is not necessary that everybody inherits a great amount of wealth but if one has the wish to do or achieve something in life then he or she has to keep grit and determination in mind with a "can-do" approach to get himself on top.

Mother's Day: A minnow turned into a giant of his own thoughts

Mother's day bring lots of sweet memories to many of the people and certainly bring changes as a grown-up kid. As a Child born in the year 1979 there was no such celebration as we did not even celebrate Valentine's day lest not to talk about Mother's day.

Now after the year 1995, these special days were known to us and we still shied away from such thoughts. If I talk about mother's day celebration it is a greeting to my mother and few near and dear ones who have played as a friend as dear as a mother.

The role of my mother remained very positive in my life as spite of all my failures my mother Kiran Bala Devi stood through thick and thins to help me with my growth in life. Whether the various setbacks in life from failures in studies for a small time duration or supporting through pep talks when I was coping with job and studies running together on parallel ways and coming out trumps at it.

With the sad demise of my sister in the year 2004 and my father expiring during the year 2009 the two severe back to back blows was not easy for me to handle. Although my family was a small one with the father working at Bokaro Steel Plant, I used to stay at New Delhi since the year 2000 on the pretext of studies and jobs.

After my father's death as mentioned earlier, I asked my mother to accompany me at New Delhi and soon invested into my own house at Ajnara Integrity which was the wish of my father to have a home at NCR. During the time while the home was under construction my mother helped me with timely food and helped me to grow in the study front by various short-term courses such as Web designing and the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing along with the best which was Post Graduation in Sociology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, SDL, Pune.

These all development on my study front along with my career could have never happened without the help of my mother who really valued education and taught me that to grow in life one has to carry on with the education while keeping an eye on the career path.

My mother who sometimes becomes strict and sometimes behaves with a fun loving approach helped me with better investment thoughts as the money which was of the earnings of my father was invested in a better way to buy a home and further investment.

She could be called captain courageous as without her help I would have not got any growth in life and the somewhat harsh behavior of people at NCR was difficult for me to cope and with her presence things along with views of people have changed as this city never loves a single person as a tenant or either if he or she has his own home. She stands behind my every decision and because of her help, I could visit Singapore and Cambodia.

Now with a wish to look forward to an ideal bride for my home which is fully paid through the loan completion and a small car which is Alto K10 I believe that my mother's wish will soon be fulfilled as mother nature also stands with us. So, it can be rightly said that with every passing mother's day this minnow who is Mukesh Kumar is turning into a giant at least in his own thoughts and will succeed in life at every step!!!

India as a country which has been governed mostly by the name of ethics and responsible behavior by all the sets of people who are either sportsperson, politicians or any other popular figure in media and films, suddenly find a slump with the thoughts degrading at a very fast manner. 

People who were known for decency and well behaved cultural upbringing are seen passing lewd remarks to each other irrespective of age, gender, and culture. Haryana: The Folk culture with great tradition

Haryana, better known as the land of the jats has its own tradition and stories from various districts and cities. Although a land of farms and cattle it has transformed into great industrial zones from Gurugram, Faridabad and beyond till Panchkula. The three cities mentioned here have industries and billionaires who can even buy helicopters for the wedding day celebration of their son.

They have their own egocentric life where the life is not about fighting with each other but the word here weighs more than anything else. They although posses a great body in terms of masculine traits but are cooler with their upper strata which means their mind remains cool. The traditional language is difficult to understand for a person who has never been to villages of Haryana but certainly, they have their own limitations while mixing with any other culture as they are mostly shy in nature but with great valor and value friendship as they give good words of wisdom to their friends rather than misguiding them and throwing them in the ditch is not their forte.

People of such caliber can be seen as far as Saharanpur or Western U.P but things certainly worsen when they get agitated on the words of Jat as they are very proud of their indigenous culture and heritage. They value their farmlands along with the labor-centric person is also given the same kind of respect. Most of the people who are industrious are fun loving and the tradition can be seen in their movies where Chandraval is the proud women for every girl and she has become a name in the women folks with several movies and songs are based on the love story of Chandraval and Suraj.

Also, the land of farmlands it has famous cash crops such as millet, jawar, and ragi along with barley as the by-product which is known for making Beer. The land favorite beer is "Godfather" with a distinct and strong taste of its own and people here don't need a Godfather to grow as it is already within them. With the model beer and wine shop all across the highways and cities, the beer and pub culture has been a great way to unwind during weekends. The beer and wine which are not only of the strong variety but IMFL which is Indian made foreign liquor in abundance people enjoy good wine along with Chicken as the main dish.

The only affinity with the well-laid city of that as Chandigarh which was the bone of contention between Punjab and Haryana as both wanted it to be their capital, the city of Chandigarh which is a Union Territory stands as the capital for both the states. With rapid industrialization and Metros penetrating through the interiors the Metro line has reached till Bahadurgarh and beyond which is the nearest city for Jhhajhar.

If one talks about the train route then whether it is connecting for Rajasthan, Maharashtra or down South towards Kerela, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh along with Telangana all these routes are through this state and many of the trans start from Hazrat Nizammudin at New Delhi. So, well connected by trains, metros and also by bus the state has been one of my favorites as I have been crisscrossing it while my earlier days of life when I use to work as sales or even customer care executive.

As a person whether crossing all the ways towards Sikanderpur when there was no metro line and a work of an executive my days started with train from Dhaula Kuan to Gurgaon or either from Nizzamudin to Faridabad and the only thing which I love to eat was the puri-sabzi with namkeen lassi but it was just a job for fun and learning the nuances of sales without getting the MBA degree still being a performer of my own wish with always hitting the target through my words and dedication. Anyways this was just a part of my life during the year 2002-04 until life started changing course and the call center industry soon engulfed the region of Gurgaon which is today's Gurugram and the state "Haryana: The folk culture with great tradition" saw a twist in the tale.

With an understanding that English is my way of talking soon I  joined call centers and till the industries rise and fall I was sticking to it with the last one being IBM (India) Pvt Ltd with a handsome salary of 24K. Being born and bought up at Bokaro Steel City and a complete schooling with Holy Cross School and a father who was a strict disciplinarian my struggle days was of self-appreciation when the morning started with FM and ended with Radio Mirchi By Saima with golden oldies and not to forget the daily dose of TOI which I always carried to my office in a bag.

Still never fall into any trap of women or wine as I had one thing to understand that if my father has said not to drink liquor then he must have some reason behind it. Neither I ever felt to visit any brothel as it was against my own wish because I was an ardent fan of Lord Hanuman and various other Gods and Goddesses. If I look back in my life as the throwback system it is the feeling that in spite of being respectful in my eyes I have not got any due from the so-called well-mannered society where Condom is the culture these days. I feel bad to see the plight of those naked with thoughts people as I have grown in a city which has a multilingual and multicultural tradition with people from all parts of India.

People along with women and girls give respect to those who fuck all by visiting their homes and as far as I remember that even if I visited any person during his absence as near as Dilshad Garden or even to Hapur to collect the paper works for loans I never paid any disrespect towards women folks. Today if people say that I badmouth or speak the foul language then they should have the courage to face those people whom they have fucked in anyways. For me if any of them can go till Baghpat or Bulandshahar or even Saharanpur as few of my Managers and colleagues during my work with Shelters were from these cities then they will understand the difference between habitual offender and the person who stayed away from crime at the behest of his own heart which has made him to spend so many teary nights.

Of course, if the God and the animals stand by my side its because nature understands me better than anyone of these mudslingers or the society which neither has culture nor they follow their traditions and in front of them I find myself as a complete Indian with the knowledge of folks culture, villages and thankfully with my M.A. in Sociology I stand apart from the so-called frivolous people. I do not say that it is something of a great achievement but when few days back while looking for job at Karol Bagh I saw a person with his nameplate and M.A, written beneath it I started feeling that it is a great matter of respect with a Post Graduation added as a feather in my cap as it was rather easy for me to get that coveted certification with 56.8% from Bharati Vidyapeeth, SDL, Pune.

Nairs and Millionaires have one thing in common, both have Nair in it. While Nair is a title for South Indians from Kerela they are known to be one of the most hard working persons with great property across the backwaters of Kerela state. The beautiful state which has been termed as the God;s own country has many beautiful places to explore.

Whether, it is the house boats or their authentic spices along with fish and various sea food on which you can gorge along with food which ranges from the Idli and lemon rice along with Sambhar, Uttapam, Rasam and all cooked in the pure for sure Coconut oil which has its own health benefitts. One could have understood the value of their lifestyle where people are robust and the famous festival is Onam when the famous Nehru Boat race is held and people throng the lake Punnamada Lake near Allapuzha Kerela. 

Also, the famous Cochin fishing net which is called the Chinese net could be seen at Cochin near the shipyard and with one large fishing net thousands of quintals of fish and sea animals are caught for food purpose. Now if the headlines say that Difference in attitude makes millioniares then Nairs who are never back biting person with certainly an attitude of the Elephant as they keep quiet and engage only in their work give a lots of importance to the Indian economy.

The few millionaires who come first in India but are lesser known by the people are M.A.Yus Suffai who is the world's second richest Malyali with great assets at Abu Dhabi but is still connected to small town roots. The other person is Ravi Pillai who is chairman of the Bahrain based RP Group which is a retail empire at Middle East.

These are just few names which shows the hard working qualities in Malyalis and they stand in a different league because of their humble nature and the value for money behaviour. They certainly understand the value for money and always do keep an Umbrella with them which is not only necessary because of the sub-tropical rain forest area but also it shows the characteristics of saving for the rainy days and thus they never get the lesser counts of momey in their life.

Before summing up the blog I would like to thank my special Malyali friends Sajit B.Nair, Biji B,Nair, Asha Pillai, Vandana, Shinto Augustine and Binto Augustine along with Zubi and Nitin with not to forget Pramod who have been part and parcel of my life during my schooling days in Holy Cross and to top it all Sajit proved to be the best friend and a millionaire by heart who as I have mentioned earlier airlifted me from Cambodia during the difficult situations when I was almost stranded and was in deep problems.

Thankfully the Lord Ganesh himself took the charge and LinkedIn played a part as I took to messaging through LinkedIn through which Sajit B.Nair took initiative by providing Malindo Airlines ticket and thus I reached back to New Delhi but would have preffered begging at Cambodia for the entire life by changing as a Buddhist Monk as India is a country which will never change, as casteism is the deeply rooted menace. Casteism will never end and one day surely because of this evil the country will see the dooms day!       

Balancing between Love, Job and Home: A hard taskmaster's approach

Any of us who are approaching towards the beautiful curve in life which is beyond 35 must be feeling the pressure of uncertain job market these days. Every day a person who leaves the office whether in the Government or Private sector feels the fangs of job which can be either in the well-settled mode. A person who is looking for opportunities at a higher level in life and do not compromise with quality in their work are although good in the eyes of management but knowingly or unknowingly carry a lot of peer pressure with them in a negative form.

There are many people around who do not give any importance to the hardworking and smart working person who cares more about his work and has an approach of gaining the upper hand in life only through his work rather than giving a dilly-dallying approach towards life and career goals. Also, with this fast pace life and constant career changing scenario where most of the career come for a well-spun time and then get over it is necessary to keep a close watch on various websites which provide career-based information and consider yourself as a person who is not confined to a single career mode. 

In simple words, if I say the career factor today is of gathering certification according to the work and bringing more possibilities in your resume as well as life so that you may gain the most out of the changing job scenarios. Today the jobs are of various styling and designs which give a run for money to those primitive jobs such as engineering and doctors jobs which have become an old donkey or mule kinds of job. Today's youth also looks for excitement in their jobs rather than just having the same career centric over loaded jobs where onehas to do a lot of calculated approach such as Chartered Accountants ; engineers and Doctors. These three jobs are soon going to become redundant as for C.A. there are many softwares coming up whichjust need the data fulfillment and will calculate all the required results.

Similarly, your own home doctors are approaching through websites where you can just dial or tupe-in the issues and group of doctors or nurses will help you at the comfort of home. Also, medicines can be purchased through websites. Now the hard working  engineer groups will soon be replaced by supervisors at every level as theyhave more knwoledge based details of the work. In this way one has to understand that the primitive job market scenario is changing very fast and to cope up with the new job related opportunities one has to get into a very fast juggling mode.

Also at the same time creating a finer balance between Love, Job and Home is necessray as all these three things are related to each other. Its the perfect triangle which is akin to Bermuda triangle of the yesteryears. The Love, job and home are like once you love your job then only you certainly pave the way for a beautiful home of your dreams. As a youth one has to be a dreamer and then an achiever. If you only have a wish to achieve without dreaming you will never reach the goals of life.

So, you have to gather your wits every time and have a hard taskmaster's approach where at every step like any upcoming video games such as "God of War" one has to understand that you have to remain unbeatable atleast in your mind and make the most out of opportunities to reach that pinnacle of success which has always been your forte in life!!!

As a person who had a dream of joining big organisations in any Singapore based Digital Marketing Company I enrolled myself with Y-Axis, Nehru Place during August 2017. With few months of dilly-dallying approach and a girl from Hyderabad talking over the phone has more of the knowledge about my surroundings and whereabouts she use to call me every week for a month.

Few of the company details were provided to me through the e-mail and it was assured that before the end of the month I will land in a job at Singapore. After the third week the replies got stern and at the end of fourth week it was said that unfortunately we could not help you with any job and the money will not be refunded.

I did not become heart broken and neither I made any hue and cry about it but decided to know the better nexus of such companies at Singapore. So, I booked a ticket for Singapore on my own and reached there on 10th of November as I held a valid Passport of India. Gradually I started searching for all those comapnies whose list have been provided to me.

To my surprise those comapnies at the address were not present, the other thing was that in Singapore there is heavy nexus of small time agents who charge heavy amount from Indians to get jobs as drivers, cleaners and maids in Gulf Countries. However educated you are all they do is that they take down a bigger amount and then send to Gulf countries sometimes even changing your identity by submitting your original passport and then making a duplicate passport.

Also, few of them who do not have money and resources and have gone from India to such countriesa re forced into massaeur agencies which are locally called as talao or some of them are send into deeper dungeons such as sex markets of Cambodia and Vietnam as Thailand is the place which is throng by Indian people so it is avoided and thus the transit is Cambodia or Vietnam.

Now, the other thing to be known is that with great make-up change facility sometimes the people also look as if they are from france or any other European countries and those who are from Bihar which can be termed again as Bhumihar are mainly behind these works.

Aslo, the bigger duping concept is of giving you an ownership in the comapny or property by saying that it is all yours and thus the person feels comfortable. Whether, you like it or leave it if a person goes there with a business purpose in mind then he is welcome with great style and after few days which is about calculation of his assets anything can happen with him. If we talk about the way of working these people who are locals are not involved in crime as they love to get only money and as long as the person behaves well with them they do not have any issues.

The cause of concern are the poor Indians residing there who are aware about your past and thus whether it is any country sans Singapore and but Cambodia  to Thailand and beyond there is no doubt that all kinds of sex slave practice is freely seen. If that is not enough then there is sell of body organs which is one of the worst practice over there.

Even if as a student if anyone gets lucrative offer from such countries they should understand that they will be given offer in dollars and once the person reaches there then even if they get job the currency provided will be local currency which has no value in the Indian or global markets as a person can feel the pangs of the system once he is outside India and only those who are spared is the very high officials who are from a different strata such as the CEO or any Indian Diplomats. In any case before enrolling through Y-axis do not forget that it is just other name of fraud formation along with many other comapnies in India which work as overseas clients for job and employment along with the admission into institutes.

So, I consider myself lucky as inspite of getting into the weirdest of the beautiful mrechanism I got pulled out because of my friends efforts and also the ladies, man and children of the indigenous clans who were giving me food and shelters inspite of my money which got over and the clothes got stolen. Once you are out in these countries and if you fall by resources which is money then the only way out is your equal behaviour towards brothel owners, pimps and prostitutes along with the common citizen as they do not differentiate between flesh!!!    

Downfall of Indian TV Media on the way

Indian television media which was cruising at a higher speed between the year 2006-10 has started seeing a tremendous downfall in its viewership. The various channels which were famous to give a great fight to the Doordarshan have gradually seen a setback. If we see the current shows on any of the News Channels they are neither dealing with any current affairs nor they give impetus to knowledge-based programmes.

The various sponsored programmes over Zee Network or AAJ TAK which are the two prominent channels aired on Indian Television are fighting among themselves for viewership. the content is nothing new on these channels and the programmes are restricted to debates in which the newsreader is not able to control the abusive political leaders who fight among themselves sometimes over Tipu Sultan and the other times the great leaders like Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar becomes the biggest issues to put a scenario in which there is nothing left but to instigate the caste-based riots.

Similarly, if we talk about Times Now thankfully The nation wants to know has passed over to the R Tv down South and it is heard that before leaving the earlier channel the News Reader Arnab Goswami has hoarded great amount of cash in whatever ways must be known to him. If we see the plight of Mr. Rahul Kanwal, he is trying to put the Axe on his own feet and thus if nothing going to happen then soon because of the ways he has adapted in his life may cost him in a bad manner.

He has to rethink in the way he has gone ahead in life. This actually happens with the person who does not rise on his own and to vent his frustration he either shouts at the colleagues or to the person sitting in front of him. One has to remember that the person who rises on his own gets respect from the society and even the mother nature tilts towards him or her in the long run. the same did not happen with Mr. Kanwal because as a person during his early age he immediately took a name change ceremony and become what he is today. If we talk about Mr. Rajat Sharma from India TV then he is also the same type of person who is just on the clutches and Aap Ki Adalat is running because of the production team who puts most of the marketing strategy behind it.

In this way, there are many people from Bihar who belong to the upper caste but they have been raised and bought up by the people of Delhi and many of the lower caste who had a liberal mind. These people were mostly of the Punjabi clan who did not create any difference in the name of caste and community but certainly has to pay back more because of the caste-based systems of Bihar and eastern U.P. where the bigger clan of Bhumihars mixed with the Punjabi clan and bought up a different system which was of economic greed and took to the bad ethics which born in the late 90's.

Now in a hurry to strengthen the clan system, the Media could be seen people filling abruptly with only a few specific castes as there could be seen that even the H.R of these companies have a preconceived notion of seeking people with the surname and locality-based preferences. the singular term which could be heard is the "Apna only" factor which is difficult to understand and hard to decipher. This factor has almost destroyed many of the start-ups where these people have made even the private sector to work nothing more than offices seeking various illicit ways of trading leading to the downfall of the indian economic system.

Today if any person moves 10 km then they are looked with surprise as if nobody has the ability to move on their own. It just creates a sense that people have forgotten that to run a company only money i.e. capital is not enough but the hard work and substance is needed which cannot be taught but it is inbuilt in a person by the ethos of a person through the elder generation he has seen in life.

The Indian economy may be on a good path but to compete with the countries like Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia it has been way behind and will never reach as compared to these hardworking nation. The only reason is that they have rebuilt themselves with every year after gaining independence but we have been worst than any African nation because there is nothing for us to do except eyeing others money or happiness. In case one finds it difficult to digest others success then the easy way out is to slaughter the person and show it as a souvenir or a trophy which has been achieved for glorifying the nation.

Police needs to get more respect from us as Indian Citizens

As Indian citizens, we have been taught to respect Indian Flag and Constitution along with national emblem which we remember but in school, we have been also taught to give respect to the pillars of democracy in which Police comes first. If I say that most of us do not reside at border areas as our country shares, not more of Border areas rather than China, Pakistan and Bangladesh along with Nepal and Bhutan which are countries mostly peaceful.

The city has seen lots of influence in terms of people growing in every field whether it is business or marketing along with the jobs in which majority of the people are into either Government or private jobs. The metro city which has been one of the places where people come from all walks of life such as the hardworking peasants, the community dwellers who reside at various places and also those who are staying at places which become a minefield after some years of spending with each other because of the generation gap and their own frustration such as skyscrapers where everyone feels as if they are born out of a James Bond Movie and thus wait for overpowering each other with or without reasons.

In this way, the various disputes go out of the way and then the time comes to Dial 100 for Police. Most of the people who have got in touch with Police have a very good experience as at least their city Police always stands by them apart from little issues were the only reason maybe your own blunt behavior which is either seen in the women folks or those people who have lots of faith on their money as they know the value of splurging without reason. Gone are those days when people use to give a small amount of money to the policeman and the issues get resolved.

Now the Police at every state in India has become hi-tech and they keep the track record of every individual and thus lately or off lately the various crime reports get resolved although it may not become a part of the news or the cover story. It can be called that if you are a law-abiding citizen then Police comes forward in one or the other way and help you out as Police know hot to pull out the Criminals and thus Criminals gets afraid from Honest and brave Police officers.

So, to conclude Police needs to get more respect from us as Indian citizens because at any time you should know that police is connected to every stratum of society and one has to think that if we will observe their way of working sometimes they have to spend more than 24 hours on duty and without leave for many days. So, it is always good to make them feel good about their work and the respect should be in the eyes or deeds and it is not necessary that if you are passing through them then start saluting them as it is the privilege of only a few people who know how to salute a Policeman or a Police Girl!!!

Trump card for saving US IT Citizens

The United States has been the dream of every IT person who thought of nothing more than joining the Silicon Valley but this time the major crackdown on H1B VISA seen from the start of the year 2018. The big or small companies in IT who were seeking Indian nationals for running their IT business said it clearly that they have more of their own resources and the citizens from the Indian subcontinent are not required at all in their industry.

If we shout slogans about Donald Trump considering him as a villainous character then this could be on a bad part for other business apart from IT as most of this decisions are not based on only political thoughts but the big conglomerate think-tank looks for all pros and cons related to hiring the Indian University Graduates.

We have already seen that the various colleges and universities which are churning out hordes of graduates every year are more concerned about quantity and less towards quality education. In the meantime companies like Infosys and IBM have put forward their own stronghold into getting the candidates in the U.S. for training which has certainly put a new crop of well educated local citizens of U.S.A who does not need mortgage neither they are prone to food stamps during any crunches of economic slowdown and at the same time they are getting inclined towards the understanding of own country and culture which was the major reason for the breaking down of the economic cycle of western world.

Now somehow their emphasis is towards building their own community in various IT based education along with the entrepreneurs who can see that digitization and heavy use of the internet have certainly change the mindset of the current generation. The same thing could have happened in India if the people would have a little thought about getting the best out of the opportunities provided to them.

Most of the time we have seen that the Indian IT Companies like HCL, INFOSYS, and WIPRO would have fared better if only the thinking about giving the best in terms of work was to be considered. Most of the time our people who first think about putting their efforts in watching other's home and trying to pull down any person who gets or tries to lift up in life through his own efforts is considered as a person without any thought of mind.

The shameless people who just try to overpower others in the name of caste, creed, and religion forget that at any point of time the person has been always inclined towards God and thus is able to rise in life without the help of politicians and public who are into red-tapism and blunt bureaucracy which does not leave any person whether small businessman or the bigger corporates.

The other major reason for IT bubble to burst in India is because people are not adaptive to change. They stick to the same old methods which are of the primitive science in IT or the same old Knowledge which they have acquired in their colleges. The IT in any form is known to be a changing subject and adding new details every year. If anybody could look into the subject in depth and relate it with journals getting published in Forbes or other related books which talk about the changes in the study and concept of business will find that even Digital Marketing and Content creation do change after every few months or let's say once in a year.

So, if we think that earlier President Mr. Barrack Obama who lost the elections to Mr. Donald Trump then we will find that it is, of course, a good decision by the U.S., citizens who certainly were getting against all hopes to revive their economy as the hard-working image of Indians have got a major setback and one should not forget that U.S. economy is all about toiling hard and getting the best out of their resources which certainly makes them a class apart!!!

Women power giving judgements in Supreme Court of India

Since I have studied in a Co-educational school and had been deeply under the influence of  my  Mother I have a very different approach towards arguing with women. Most of the time if I use to get angry it was equally shouting matching the echoes of my mother's voice or at the same time sometimes getting squeaky like a mouse.

It all depends who is having the right amount of words in the mouth where all the time I have to be the one with burning sensation in mind and asshole. If sometimes I get angry over some issues I get the better food which is nothing more than a concoction of all the chillies and then only "Patanjali Honey" is there to help. So, she has found the better armour in her chic to make me surrender at her feet.

To add happiness to the women folk of India one after another great Women from judiciary are taking over the supreme court which is just shaking the formidable judiciary system which was going on the wrong path as few days back the Justice Mishra issue was rocking internet and media when few of the judges where honking all over and the bad woman aka bad man of Media, Miss Barkha Dutt was again dancing on her toes.

Anyway with less woes in life and more of wo kaun Blogger hai bey jo e Silence judgementwa likhta hai...being heard far and wide it is giving me happiness of a lifetime but non the less achievment award is not required as let me complete 102 Not out as I am less than 38 years of age and a beautiful woman reminded me that I sound very young over the phone and look mature with my looks.

Now talking about the "Women power giving judgements in Supreme Court of India" the new lady on the rock of Indian democracy system which can either be the Vivekananda Rock is the Miss Indu Malhotra, who has spend a considerable amount of time as she is a lady of great knowledge about various LAWS and detailed descriptions of judgements could only come up after having an indepth knwoledge earned through several case hearings.

Since Mother nature is the biggest judge and if we see the Law Godess with balance in hand and a small tape onm eyes which says kanun Andha hota hai making sense that It does not see or seek any thing in favour while giving judgement and do not differentiate between the gender or poor and rich  to give justice in favour is not the only thing but it can be better understood by a female who has the ability to understand the ethics and values of life rather than the hooliganism in the man which is akin of primitive mammals like ape.

The other few woman who are into the top level of judiciary or have already retired are by the name of R. Banumathi who is the other female justice and the first one to break the male domain was Miss Fatima Biwi along with the others to be followed are Justice Ruma Pal along with Justice Gyan Sudha Mishra.

Now, since I am talking about judiciary let me gather a little bit of more courage and say that U.P. Police along with Delhi police and haryana Police needs more of like Miss Poonam Bisht i.e. Women Police Officers and even constables as the ocassional rape along with various others crime can come to a complete halt if there will be deployment of women constables as they understand the psyche of man it will certainly help in the long run.

If we take the example of our para millitary forces there are a good amount of Women battalion and at the same time even Chandigarh Police have lots of women constables along with various other important posts which are occupied by the women. So for better policing it will be good that our beautiful girls should join the police Force as India needs women in Police force and they will have a lucrative career where money, fame and promotions will take them to a new high with a career which ends up giving high respect in society. After all multinationals are not the only place to perform but policing the society is another big thing for the woman of substance!!!
