Sridevi: The name makes many heart racing, children from 80's thinking about the eternal Ddi in Mr. India suddenly turning into blue chiffon saree with Mr. Anil Kapoor when the father vehemently use to take away the male kids to the washroom and after that the neighborhood VCR library guy giving the cassette by saying Didi ko dekhna hai!


Then the mother getting a large grin on the face once coming back from the cinema hall and after seeing the hipster lady in the neighborhood his husband suddenly saying "Ekdum Sridevi lag rahi hai" and that also praising with eyes which never get snub by public or also by the lady.

More stories could have come out but thankfully those were the days of no illegitimate relationship and the fewer people running Helter-skelter behind the lady love of a person. Also, fantasy was limited as there was no effect of porn on every other person mind,


Anyway, let me come back to the title "Sridevi: The backbone of Hindi film industry" where most of the Bollywood thinks it as the male-dominated industry. Since the time of Sholay and various other movies during the 70's women use to become a showpiece rather than being the lady who used to dominate the entire part of the film.


With Sridevi being the favorite star child or one can say the first child prodigy who started acting at the age of 4 years and subsequently in the various Tamil films got the first success by the Shekhar Kapoor directed film Mr. India which saw the nation across all ages going crazy behind her.

The soon to come "Chandni" made her one and the only heartthrob of the nation along with various other films such as Chalbaaz. In the movie even the Dharam Pazzi son looked totally intimidated by her and the same can be said for Rajnikant who is the eternal superstar of South.


Most of the actors like Shahrukh Khan who worked with her in 1996 film "Army" along with Akshay Kumar starer movie "Meri Biwi Ka Jawab Nahin" in the year 2004 movie were almost getting out of the Bollywood when she lifted their career and whether they say it or not but somehow their life got an upliftment because of the mother for many from our generation. Salman Khan who is one of the actors giving blockbuster every year has given two of the most romantic movie by the name of "Chandramukhi" and "Chand Ka Tukda".


Talking about my personal feeling about Sridevi I never have any special fondness for her as my Late Father although a movie buff but never took me to watch any of the Sridevi movies to the cinema hall. My mother who is a widow still looks intimidated by her awe-inspiring style and the power women which she is because of the movies like "Juddai" where most of the slangs she has faced in her life as she remained a dutiful wife. With the movies like Nagina and Nigahen the Bhumihar and Brahmin gangs were busted in other ways when the society was taking a sharp turn after 84 riots and there was selling of girls and many other social evils were springing up.


But with a special Love for songs and dance sequence I watch most of her songs on "Youtube Channel" over the internet. Now talking about the last movie with my mother after the sudden demise of my father was "English Vinglish" and she enjoyed the movie thoroughly. Sridevi jee was not only an actress with great acting skills but was also the inspiration behind many directors and producers like "Yash Chopra" and many other actors. Sir "Boney Kapoor" who himself is a director and one of the finest in Hindi Cinema has faced a great personal loss along with the daughters.


The film which has given eternal songs like Gori ka sajjan...sajjan ki Gori with the dialogue of Choote Lal Khote with the traffic inspector will be remembered for a long time. For me it is a personal loss as I have fond memories of the Song "Delhi sahar me chandni namm ki ladki mujhse mili" from Chandni which I always use to think on Valentine's day and I think before getting into Panchtatva she has given me the Love of my Life as a dutiful mother!

India do not have boneyards

India is a country with the use of any products and services to the extreme. If we have any T-shirt, then in the name of being favorite we put it to the maximum use and rarely try to dump it. When we talk about the use of goods and services we take the most out of from our computers and laptops and do not feel to send it to the junkyard.

If talking about the Indian Air Force, it is called one of the best Air Force services. Also, with Sukhoi and the soon to be inducted Rafale it makes sense that we are progressively looking forward to our capabilities of building a stronger air force to keep our skies safer.

The aircraft which has got most of the accolades around the recent air show in Bangalore was Tejas. if we talk about various air shows then the HAL which is the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has got most of the indigenously built aircraft which is used as the training aircraft along with various other purposes.

The female pilots are also being trained to fly the fighter aircraft and soon there is a plan to make a squadron of female flying officers. It will certainly feel India and the Indians proud of it. But the twist in the tale is that these female pilots risk their lives to learn the finer details about aircraft while in the sky.

A person whether male or female has to open a little bit of cockpit so that the flight condition should run in a smooth manner as the cockpit gets overheated because the aircraft which are used in training is of very old models. Since the flights are done in a rigorous manner its all about making a camaraderie with the planes which is very true. It shows the relationship between the airforce pilots and the aircraft.

If we talk about the way the U.S maintains the balance between the used aircraft and the new ones is that the sooner they find that the plane is getting out of conditions in terms of flying it is just dumped at the biggest boneyard which is at Arizona, U.S.A

It shows the difference between the world's best Airforce and the dilapidated Indian air Force which just runs on the valor and bravery of our pilots who put their life at risk and keep the aircraft in control thus risking their lives and still working for the nation.

We Indians are miles behind when giving social security to our citizens so how can one expect that the Air Force officers can get anything out of the Indian economic system. Our country has become nothing but only a sexually frustrated nation where the people who come across the media network to discuss political debates try to unearth the secrets of the newsreader's lingerie which is expected from them.

It is good that they should bring a pair to their favorites and say to undress and see the reaction after that which will open the understanding. In any case, people just wait for another flight mishap to occur and the same funeral process if ever the mortal remains are found intact.

Zee news channel propagating hidden family feud as a joke

India is a country which is always into a "Comedy of Errors" when it comes to political lineage or people who look for achieving political mileage in this country. The country has seen lots of brothers who wanted to score over each other in front of the Godmother or the goofy mother.

When Sanjay Gandhi went for earning political mileage by trying to make Maruti along with sterilisation of minority community, India vehemntly opposed his working style. Similarly, he was the person behind planning of 84 riots and ultimately divided the Shiromani Akali Dal and the Nihang leader Mr. Bhindrawale. But befor he could get the name of the 84 murder carnage GOD took him away in an accident.

Also, if we talk about  the Babri Masjid demolition case it was a seed which was sown by the congress party on the land of communalism whivch is certainly a country called India. The country which has breen plagued by riots from 84, 92, 2002 and many more has never been a secular country.

These are the three prominent riots which has got great political coverage across the world and most of the Indian political elections have been fought around the backdrop of these political elections.

Now talking about one of the most prolific Hindi channel in India which is Zee News by Essel Group. Every evening you will see political leaders from different political backgrounds talking on nondescript issues and without any personal matters do mudslinging on each other. This is not only the matter of Zee News but at different time slots one can find such discussion over Aaj Tak, Republic TV, Times Now, NDTV and India Tv too.

Such is the channel reportings that they only want to have a gig over the political parties which the Indian public hardly understand. If they understand each of these political parties propaganda they could get alert during different state elections when Mandir and Masjid issues sprung up in full force.

The Indian political parties have got a great matter to laugh when two less educated in terms of intellectuality try to sit in the opposite disussion. Both try to fight over the family feud which started between the brothers fighting over one girl Monika Vadera. So, the funny fact is that while both Poonawalla Brothers were dating one single girl unknowingly the Shehzaad Poonawalla turned out to be smarter and with Rahul Gandhi being inclined towards Shehzaad P. he got the coveted trophy in the form of (Monicka Vadera) who finally fall in the lap of Tehseen Poonawala , along with the political party status of Maharastra Congrees Head to the earlier one.

Now if we talk about these two brothers they are not a very influential person as the Poonawalla Group headed by Cyrus P. Poonawalla who is the chairman clearly states that he does not knwo anything about these brothers called Sehzaad and Tehseen Poonawalla. This shows the great political mileage by the fraud Poonawalla brothers who not only got a girl for spending nights in the form of a beautiful wife and simultaneously dated her ( extremely sorry as I am not willing to malign the image of this beautiful Vadhera Girl who could not do anything rather than being a Baby Doll to both)

So, the Indian Media does not understand the value of "Internet of Things" and rarely go to Wiki pages or any details over Internet which are most of the time truth beyond doubts. Since, Google does not want to malign the image of it's search engines and try to bring out the right facts and figures.  

It shows the way the political system operates in India and if you try to know more about the News channel they try to hide facts and figures as they are intimidated only by the name of political parties who try to rule over by the heavy hand they posses in the form of goons who are becoming more of a damp squib.

So, any person who must have gone through today's edition of Zee News in the evening must have been aware that the U.S is teaching their public about the Indian politicians and public behaviour along with showing films like Bahubali which is nothing more than a family feud kind of stories.

This is a warning signal for India as the country is less on resources and is going towards a civil war kind of situation. It could certainly turn out to be another country like Venezuela and the more progressive countries are trying to give a kind of travel advisory to it's citizens while coming to India so that they could protect their children and assets.

Any person who has a little bit of knowledge about the current political scenario can understand that the country is moving towards new political upheavals in South India along with several Northern states which is not a good sign for this country.

Bhojpuri being used for all sinister reasons

In India, people interact in various languages. Some of them are regional languages while others are international such as French or Japanese. Everyone is not aware of all the dialects used by our original people who are from villages.

Since most of the people in India who have joined the local people in every state is the so-called Purvanchal or somewhere the area which starts from the Varanasi and goes up to Bihar and Jharkhand are from the Bhumihar and Brahmin group.

These people since past from the time of Kalinga wars have been a dreaded gang group whose main occupation was to either work in the army of the Raja and Maharaja or loot the agricultural land to fulfill their needs.

Also, these people have been known to capture the most parts of Kolkata which were at that time the erstwhile Bengal, have made prostitution den in those areas. The Maoist and the Naxalites were never from the bhadramanush who was the local and educated Bengalis but all those people who were into different agricultural occupation.

These people tried to overpower the zamindars and looted them on the pretext of the festival season which coincided with the crops harvesting season. Now talking about such trends since these people are into the occupation which is still seen lowly among the educated class, it gives them a frustration and thus they never cope up easily with that.

They try to dress up well, look good but when they open their mouth the blabbering tells all. some of them who have joined different top positions have certainly come up with this phenomenon of loot and arson but speaking the language of slurt ( Understand male here) has not changed.

They personally do not give a damn about harming the indigenous population which resides at the place where they work. they have in mind that Law cannot do any harm to them and first of all, they create rumors about their own death or the person whom they want to create harm.

Some sections of Social media which are primarily the Whatsapp group becomes an easy medium to spread the rumors. Since WhatsApp is an easy medium it makes quite easy to pass on the message quickly to a large number of groups and thus the grapevine technology helps efficiently.

They also target the homes or the family members who are more vulnerable in which some wrong family matters could be seen. Divorce is something in which they find an issue related to some problems with the men. Although, they try to give respect to women but consider them nothing more than a sex symbol or an object of sexual satisfaction.

Nowadays, you will see that most of the songs and dance sequence have Bhojpuri intonations. Most of the educated class do not understand this language. Bollywood is known to make you aware of the criminalization of society in a different way. All those people who are wise understand the sequence behind it. While those who are only above the flow of water could not make out anything from it. Also, sometimes the regional languages from South India such as Kannada, Malayalam or Tamil are used in the broken form with just the intonations. If you will try to deeply catch the language it will be either, Hindi, Bhojpuri or English.

When asked about such words which may be from a colleagues end they will immediately say that it is just a kind of camouflage. You may take it lightly but at the same time, your promotion, happiness, health, and attitude all of these things are being closely watched by many people around you. 

The another most significant aspect is that either they try to talk in the way of birds or even the dog's voice which is quite difficult to interpret. A person who is from the village or small city background immediately gets to know but all those who are from Metros could not get the most out of it.

There is constantly plotting against each other and most of the time the family members from far and near who are the cousins and the nephew gets involved. The problem starts as soon as your father reaches the retirement age as it is not necessary that every family people has some great background where the other family members are equally educated.

They try to get most out of you and if their plans do not get fulfilled they get all out to create harm in a different way. Their motive is to harm till the maximum and they start looking for those people who may have a little bit of tussle with you. They could be any person like a security guard, your earlier driver, even the cab which you must have boarded in the past along with many other low strata people.

Few of the names which can be understood as a codeword is that they will not use the name of the film but will coincide you with the director, producer or something else such as any lines from the songs. For eg: the movie Don will be called Shakti Samanta or the various ways in which the lead heroine reacts such as Parveen Bobby or Jeenat Aman who are the symbol of the beauty.

You will remember a song from the movie "Don" where Jeenat Aman clutches below her waist and if you are moving out from the office to smoke suddenly someone passing with a great speed will do the act. At the same time, they will speak loudly Acha aise keyla rahu...that means you have done it this way.

Certainly, you will not be able to make out anything from this. Now the other thing is that there can be any person who will be riding an old bicycle or motorcycle and that also very fast which can be said to be more than 40-50 km per hour which is generally a speed not to be taken by any person. He could harm you if you are moving towards your office or for any other purpose.

These things are keenly observed by me at different steps or you can say at those points where there are sharp cuts or corners. So, if you are moving towards the office try to get the office vehicle who is the registered vendor. Also, the name and number of the driver should be checked over the phone with the vendor agency who is located at your office. Sometimes, the number sent by the vendor can be wrong in the message box of your phone. It's always good to check the number of the people.

This is more with the guys who do not believe that there has to be any camaraderie with the people like security guards or their cab drivers. You will find that the coffee which you drink in the office and the same coffee made out of The Nescafe Sachet will taste different. Now, the surprising element is that the person who is the Boss could be having a heavy stomach.

The same old rhetoric "Arrey khate pite ghar ka ladka hai". Now, that kind of person will neither be able to perform well in office nor will be healthier from inside. It could be due to any narcotics which is the cheapest kind of Lizard or frog gets mixed by the person whom you fondly give some odd names and is nothing more than your office boy.

In small offices, the so-called lady HR will be equally attached to such people. They do not have any other ways to earn and thus a fake vermillion or the Rs 40 Mangalsutra will be in the neckline. She herself gets exploited and in turn, creates a string of those people who join the bandwagon thus creating a group of corporate prostitutes.

This is something which is very bad for our society and the lady who operates such gang is none other than the person who comes to sweep the floor. One or two employees from the regions of Bihar join immediately in such group and thus the ring gets tight around you in the form of a dark noose.

So, to keep yourself safe get the tea made before you or at least try to get it from a vending machine. Pay attention towards the surroundings so that you could smell any danger. Also, check any undue advantage and someone suddenly speaking Bhojpuri or any other language is not a change of mind but it could be used for all sinister reasons.

Should era of employment exchange come back

With my blogging site turning out to be more than one month and is runnibg succesfully, I would like to thanks to Google, along with all my readers and beautiful friends from all walks of life who are going through my blogs.

I would like to request that reading the blog is not enough, but also people should  try to give their valuable inputs and suggestions. Also, if possible you can tell me through the comments section what kind of topics should be covered and the way you want me to write further so that it should bring improvement along with understanding your perspective.

Now coming back to the topic which is employment exchange era. I have been to Punjab and it still has the employment exchange where people put their papers and it's the government work to find out the job for them.

Now, talking about various agencies or websites in the NCR region where a person goes for interviews and find it to be a best place, gets nothing in return. Sometimes, these agencies are fake, at other times they charge heavy amount on pretext of getting jobs for the person.

Also, if the person looks for a job interview even in small company which is not more than 10 seater has to go through serious turmoil. First, they act as if they are the only one who can provide bread and butter to you. The person goes for interview, get seated for at least an hour after which the HR comes.

She speaks one or two odd words, takes your resume and then goes for screening. It takes another hour. Now after dilly dallying she comes back and to calm you down says some sexual intonations. The person who is a novice gets elated and the tongue pops out, still trying to be in full control but puts his head down because he has little bit of shame left in him.

The more experienced one looks at the sign of marriage and says Acha Sindur dala hua hai....the HR naughtily says with full expressions that also only in thoughts " nahi to kya karte?"...which is simply "acha jada tej hai tu" if she is sober.

Now depends what could be the answer. In the meantime the idiot Manager starts looking from the cabin and says "acha ye jada smart ban raha hai...matlab meri murgi le jayega" if the guy stands out to be handsome.

In the meantime the first round gets cleared in haste and the second round waiting starts. Now, the HR goes back to her seat and starts calling different numbers from where she knows whether anyone else is lined for interview after knowing the amount which the candidate is asking.

The Manager constantly has an eye on the job  seeker at the same time bechara novice finds it an interesting place to work. Now the person goes for the second round and his hopes die as after little bit of quizzing he is asked to leave for the day with no calls to come back.

So seeing this, the era of employment exchange should come back in India where a person could submit the copies of his educational certificate and the Government or the Private sector should get the right candidate through the general process of screening at the first level and with the loud grin over the face one should go for the interview.

Then the person will face the eternal "Chittranjan Babu" who will ask you few questions and select the right candidate for the job.  And then you will come back after few days,,, Maa mujhe naukri mil gayi maa... and then your mother will say...acha aab behan ki shadi ho jayegi...tuti chappal sil jayegi....aur nayi bahuria aa jayegi....

After that the Willy's will be waiting and you will say behen di takki...so the Police officer in you will be in cheques and the real person Tukaram will say kisi kisi ki luck hoti hai yaar...

So, keh du tumhe.....Chitranjan babu hi thik the....nahi to Vidyarthi jee sabka ae ke unnn kar dete aur Mukeshwa script writer hota!!!!!

Retro music soothing senses

We in India and also people across the world have a knack for music. Whether, our country people who have a habit of listening to the music or do watch music over the net. Also, when it comes to the preferences of radio channels then most of us try to listen to various radio programmes which have in one or the other ways "Retro intonations" in them.

Our musicians and singers from the likes of Kishore Kumar to Md. Rafi along with O.P.Nayyar and R.D. Burman has made a mark of their own into the Hindi film industry. Similarly, the business of various C.D. along with song websites like "SareGama" from HMV is known to give the best of the music and provide the soothing music through websites.

Also, if we watch "Youtube" channel it has lots of songs which gives a soulful tribute to our Hero and heroine along with the great musicians and singers who keep our hearts fluttering and the music echoing in the air.

Also, retro music is known for soothing senses and in many cases has helped people to regain senses. There have been many reports in the Medical journals which have proved that listening to the music by the people who have different ailments, it immediately shows improvement in their life.

The students who listen to soothing music have got better results in their exams. Also, there is various music therapy session at various meditation centers where they try to give music lessons to the people in form, of whispering winds, chirping birds and swaying trees.

Now, talking about the western music it was earlier assumed by the people in the East that it is more of a music with great drum beats and thus is more than torturous. There are certain singers and musicians who sing soulful music these days and people around the world love listening to English music too.

Similarly, since India has lots of regional languages people from different states have their own music, people tend to listen to such music. Although, few people know that the music could stand out to be a great way for those who are into some nefarious activities. Song and dance sequences could change their mind and they could get the best in their lives after listening to the music.

If a person is feeling tired and is deprived of sleep, music can bring a lot of changes in him or her, it could give peaceful sleep along with much-needed peace and solace of mind.

So, it could be well understood that music has an important place in our life and one should not part ways with it. We should keep listening to the music of our choice and likes along with the fact well known to us that RETRO is the flavor and it gives much-needed solace to anyone.

Road accidents in India: Man to man marking style

Have you ever heard man to man marking style in Hockey, football or any such games? A person who has a little bit of knowledge about such games or keenly watched any sports movie like Chak-De must have heard this concept in games.

If you come towards New Delhi or NCR during day-time or evening you please do not dare to over speed. This is just a simple way to understand. People due to lack of traffic knowledge and avoid congestion on a simple way to avoid traffic, can come from the wrong direction can be a part of the gang and not just merely a person on the vehicle.

Recently in the Zee News report, it was shown that at Jain House Crossing near Raj Nagar Extension a man and women were coming from the wrong direction without the helmet. When confronted by the Ghaziabad traffic Police they started on abusive stance and after that, the woman started tearing her clothes and Police also got ashamed of this act. At every juncture, Police cannot put Women Traffic Constables and every hour to check such activities. This shows that such people are even taking Police Force to Ransom through their acts.

Now, these things do not happen at once and there is a pre-planned activity behind it to weaken the strength of our forces or men in uniform. It can be said that this is a part of organized crime racket of a different kind.

If you will move on your own vehicle you can see that to distract you while driving especially at the crossroads you will find people speaking some specific words or Jumla which is confined to a particular street place.

Also, sometimes you will see that there is a Bike coming from the opposite direction at a fast pace. Now, since I stay at Ajnara Integrity, Raj Nagar Extension the new roundabout at the road connecting Mohan Nagar is getting very dangerous as people tend to hide behind the roundabout and suddenly sprang up on bikes or the three-wheelers.

Another dangerous spot is the Mahavir Mandir near the Ashram of AshaRam Bapu which is known to spring surprises in your life, One can see that suddenly someone can run towards you or also it can be a bicycle thus creating a distraction and leaving you on the mercy of God.

If that is not enough people going from the opposite direction can try to speak out something and while you ask back then suddenly you will see that your vehicle gets hit from the back by a moving vehicle.

Sometimes these things happen on the pretext of looting or at the same time it could be any plan behind it as the area is always in a heavy traffic mode due to the road connecting Meerut highway.

I would like to bring in the notice to "Our Dear Chief Minister" that since the elevated highway connecting Indirapuram through Ghaziabad is on a verge of completion please try to inaugurate it soon for the convenience of general public.  

At the time you can also put on your FM Set in the car as there are different important information passed on through the radio in terms of congestion and high traffic ratio on various roads leading to Ghaziabad. Never try to lose temper on roads as it can create a problem for you and will give an advantage to the person who is trying to distract you.

Also, the people at Raj Nagar Extension Project dwellers should keep a check on various such nefarious activities and stay alert as there are many anti-social activities which may create the problem for your own life and property.

T.V. News PresenteR-Since DD to ZEE

We are from a generation which has seen all kinds of turmoils and also spread of happiness in our country which is India. The introduction of Television during the year 1980 has been more than helpful in every possible manner. The country has seen a sea change in different aspects of television presentation and also the way of prsemting the news has changed.

When we talk about various news presenter from the likes of Salma Sultan to the other popular news reader such as Mr. Shami Narang along with Miss Sarla Maheshwari and my personal favorite who looked so beautiful that one use to never dodge an eye or even an eyelid also never use to drop down.

The beautiful women whom I was very fond of as a News reader was none other than Miss Sobhana Jagdish. For me she is an eternal beauty and her way of dressing up was so immaculate that her Saree pilates never use to fall.... Ahhaha if looks could have killed I would have been the first person to die in her lap. I would have said the same dialogue of Deewar Maa aab mai ja raha hoon...is chal prapanch ki duniya me mujhse raha nahi jata...meri Aakanasha ( ambitions) ko mujhse juda kar diya.... hai re ye 84 ka dard jise Radheshyam Pandey jaisa dalal khatam nahi hone deta....

The second lady who created flutters in many hearts was Miss Salma Sultan with her rose style and a beautiful rose flower tucked in her hair. She was known around the world for her glamour and style quotient. She use to speak Hindi in such a way that resembles a very Pakeezah style voice of adab and the muslim etiquetes were a part of her voice. 

Similarly, Mr. Shami Narang who was famous as a news presenter has seen a lot of jokes in the Children periodicals where he use to say... Mera naam Shammi Narang hi hai....waise holi ke rango ne mera ye haal kar diya hai... jokes apart let me come to the substance...

In the era of Doordarshan news, there was nothing called Mass Communication courses. There was also no courses on video editing, journalism or any such specific studies about News Anchor or News reading. There used to be voice test and people were chosen according to their baritone for men and sweetness of the voice along with presentation skills of women.

The journalism was very simple but immaculate and to the point. Although, the voice over or the dubbing was still there where a newsreader could say his own preferences words which he feels so that his or her face should look at ease or normal along with the intonation of the voice on fun, laughter and sadness coinciding with some characters of real life whom they deeply love and understood.

After this reading, the dubbing in their original voice use to happen in the studio and they were able to give natural expressions because they were in love with some characters whom they would like to meet from their own country. He or she could be from their nation. This news reading practice is still going on but people who do not have any knowledge of journalism start fighting that what is the need to put a person name..but at the same time the person who is knowingly or unknowingly in the background of news still understand the rhetoric behind it.

Now, talking about a very well behaved and suave gentleman in English news reading was Mr. Sunit Tandon who was a perfect gentleman with the stubble and a very lean and thin structure. Mr. Ved Prakash was a person who has very Bhatia ji style from the neighborhood and looked as if he is in deep thoughts thinking something else and reading out the news at the same time.

These people were a part of Newsroom before 1996 or till 1996 when as in the year 1996 I was preparing for my board exams.

Well, one must have heard a lot about road rage in and around Delhi. I personally, when I get back from my working hours or while going to office try to keep the road atmosphere light by not blaring the horn but play music on loud voice according to the people's age around the bottlenecks.

Being Judgemental: Easy way to pull down

New Delhi, being the capital of the nation attracts millions of people from every part of India. People sometimes come for work, others for studies and with NCR expanding up many people buy their own homes and settle down.

I remember the morning of 21st August when first time in my life I visited the capital with my father. A guy who was never exposed to a Metro city throughout his life felt as if he has reached a foreign destination.

Somehow, started staying in the city as per my own wishes and gradually joined a job by the year 2002 since my father was dreaming to get me into "Merchant Navy" after some technical training which was never my forte.

Although, my younger sister whom I considered more than an elder brother was more studious and passed out the Institute of Hotel Management Exams through PUSA Complex, New Delhi and joined Bangalore campus.

The entire family was happy which was a small one with the father, mother and including me. But as I have told that the Bhumihar including T.N.Pandey and Radhey Shyam Pandey along with their wife Madhu Pandey who was more than enemy in disguise to my father could not take it in good terms,

Subsequently, they plotted conspiracy and killed my sister on 21st August 2004 before she could complete her studies, although one could not gather any evidence against them. Our family almost could not recover from it. The well-planned attack was done keeping in mind the date 21st August which was the day when I have first come to Delhi.

I, somehow understood that the only way to fight back is through the studies. So, gathered the courage and started studying with completing 12th along with graduation. Now, when the family was settling down after the untimely brutal death of my sister my father was killed by injecting poison at Bokaro Hospital with the help of Compounder Mr. Sharma on 13th of February 2009.

Now this date coincides with the subsequent day which is celebrated as Valentine day on a preceding day. Thus trying to take the fizz out of my younger days so that the valentine day should remain as a scar for the coming years.

Since the Bhumihars and the Brahmins consider themselves as Samajik Nyay ke devata i.e. the God of Social equality and try to pull down any person or family who try to get ahead in life.

Still, with just the name of the God on lips today  I am a certified Diploma holder in Digital Marketing from NIIT, Imperia along with Post Graduation in M.A. Sociology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, SDL, PUNE.

I only feel that everything has been left to the God from my end and my firm belief says that everything will get O.K. in life as God has his own ways to punish the evildoers.

Indian women - Leaves a bad taste in mind

Although, a land of Sita and Savitri along with many other names to reckon for. Now-a-days the country is totally into the different sense of style and words are not weighed by women before blurting out. The hurtful words have become a forte of Indian women. Neither, they have any respect for their womanhood nor they feel good about the work for which they are known for with no respect for their profession too.

Personally, speaking I have been on the wrong side of their thought process at every step of life. Being submissive and arrogant at the same time I did have only one thing in mind while doing the job. To be on top, when I see Modi Ji saying Top means "Tomato, Onion, and Potato" then there is nothing more left rather than understanding food is the basic necessity of every Indian.

If we talk about the today issue in the parliament which was the jibe by Renuka Chaudhary has brought the nation to shame. She has to understand that if a P.M. is speaking rather than being attentive, she goes on laughing hysterically and it leads to a bad effect on the "World Media".

I, personally do not find any happiness in speaking out any slangs and wonder why every other day they have only Pakistan bashing along with speaking all odd words against a fastest growing nation like China in the News channels or the political debates shown on Television.

The country which we call our motherland has always been on the losing side in terms of making friends with any other nation or producing arrogant leaders by the name of Smt. Indira Gandhi, who had nothing but to put the nation in shame when going for any World Summit.

With, more of cocky features and less in terms of far-sightedness she went an extra mile to create Emergency and further repeating Jallianwala Bagh Massacre before and even after dying in the form of 84 riots. With, Bhumihars and Brahmins considering her as Mother they did not leave any stone unturned in fucking the nation and plundering the resources.

One goes whether to bank or any other office places one finds that even a small kid blabbers to his perfection after seeing the more humble in nature Sardarji. Similarly, Ravan who was called a demon king from Bisrakh near Greater Noida certainly would have faced some issues due to which he went to Sri Lanka and formed his Kingdom there. So, it's quite true that we do not get happy if we see anyone of us growing at a fast pace and put all roadblocks to pull them down.

This is the way our civilization has been growing since ages and we do not welcome any change in life but has the habit of giving our piece of mind in form of slangs to a progressive person. We only fight in the name of our caste, creed, and religion and we have just turned from slavery to slangs which is the only achievement of this nation since past 60 years of Independence!





 

Can India turn the table by better sports facility

Sports is the new mantra of the nation. With the dedicated sports Minister Lt. Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, taking an active interest in Sports at every level from State to District, India could be another major sports nation. Whether it is the football or hockey along with athletics India is churning out great sportspersons every year.

One could see the resurgent Badminton players who are defeating the world-class players from China and Indonesia and clinching major titles around the world esp. in Eastern countries. The Marathon becoming the event which is organized in every city in India people are taking interest in Half marathon and Full marathon.

With, "Jaipur Mahakhel 2018" being held for encouraging sports like Volleyball and Kho-Kho, it shows that our sports leader are focusing on other sports apart from Cricket. The world of sports is inclining towards indigenous sports such as Swimming along with various village based sports such as Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Wrestling and also Football along with Hockey.

One has to understand that even if you are playing Cricket, it is neither a national sport nor it comes under the Ministry of Sports. It is governed by a private body which is BCCI. With very few people emerging as Cricketer in India and unable to play International Matches it is merely a show-off symbol.

One small example can cite a lot. When we play cricket out of 11 players three people run, First is the bowler, second is the batsman and third is the fielder towards whom the ball is placed. Rest of them are there to clap.

So, if compared the sportsperson from Cricket to the above-mentioned sport it does not bring any active influence. Also, the person who is willing to join state police or the para-military forces along with Army, rarely get any placement if they are into cricket.

There are very few people who develop their acumen to become an IPL Player along with even a Ranji player. The large grounds to develop as cricket stadium in villages can go waste. Understand that Pro-Kabaddi League, Badminton League, football and Wrestling Mania League which are shown on Star Sports and other channels like Neo Sports are giving crores of money to the wrestlers and other sports icon from villages.

If one goes through the details of the National Game held in 2015 then the overall medal tally after Services was clinched by Kerela. The better sports facility along with balanced diet with keeping the focus on sports along with studies it has become one of the biggest states in giving out sports icon also at the world level.

Not only that such person immediately gets Government job above the post of Sub-inspector or Government jobs in Railways and various ministries. It's time to focus on our indigenous sports to become the active person and get the greater fan following rather than running after Cricket which does nothing more than ruining the career and also the entire livelihood in the time to come.

Intrusion of agent in Education system

India is a country with the highest number of graduates in every field. Whether, it is engineering, management or any other field. One can find that our students excel in every field. I myself being a Post Graduate in Sociology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, could understand that studying on your own gives a significance of its own.

At the same time with the mushrooming of educational institutes has degraded the study system. With many colleges and schools who are not affiliated with the UGC( University Grants Commision and the subsequent board structures) make it difficult for the students to get ahead in their life.

Although, going with the Open schooling system of C.B.S.E and through UGC approved curriculum in Graduation and Post Graduation made me eligible for the NET Exams, which unfortunately I could not clear. I was more than happy to be in the league of those meritorious ones who sit for exams and then could not get it clear.

Anyway, as I said that with gap years in my studies, it still did not hamper growth in the professional field of my own where I found growth in various fields from marketing to customer service and further into SEO practices in Content Writing.

Now, talking about the intrusion of the agent in Education system for which the parents are totally responsible. Most of the time with less time in hand and business work many of the parents give money to the child. They reach to the college and although today's kids are smart still they get traped
as the agent lures them by saying that easy admissions can be done from their end.

With this thought in mind that they don't have to run from pillar to post they subsequently pay more amount than required, and further are in loss. With, many of the students who are not aware of simple affiliation from UGC or C.B.S.E get their career ruined.

I would also like to tell you that one finds the University studies in destinations like Singapore and may be any other foreign destinations. Unless and until it is not the Government recognized college of that country, one should never opt for that college education system.

It leads to a great loss and simply spending a certain year in foreign does not guarantee a job in the same city. This problem has happened with many of the students who have gone for the degrees to U.S and U.K.

Instead of putting your study at risk a person can go to the college of reputation like Symbiosis and Bharati Vidyapeeth as both have opened School of Distance learning. The person can go for an internship at the same time during the second year or subsequently go for extra certification which is diploma based as it will add more detailed study in their life just adding good knowledge and making an effective resume.

These are the ways through which one could gain lots of knowledge and earning capacity can enhance to a large scale. After all, everyone cannot go into agriculture or also the business. An entrepreneur can open a business but he or she needs skilled manpower to run it.

Thus instead of spending money for that foreign degree which can turn out to be naught and thus does not give any important aspect in your career. Also, it is necessary to stop the intrusion of the agent in the Education system so that there should not be any unnecessary pressure on students thus leading to less suicide.

Practical approach missing in Indian study system

Gone are the days when Indian study system was value based and the education hub even during the Buddha when Takshila, was the major educational hub in the Asian continent. Students from as far as China use to come for the education and other related studies.

Also, the Chinese Traveller, like Huen Tsang, who has developed a traveler lifestyle along with describing the story of the Kings and the Kingdom has put a great light on the lives of the people during that period.

Now, talking about the current education system where it is based on 10+2+3 and further, more students who are into the education from the cities are unable to convert their studies into jobs. There have been instances where people are remaining unemployed after their studies. Although the Government is confident about the economic growth of  7.2% it seems a task which looks good on paper but reasonably it seems a distant dream.

When we see the deterioration of the school and the college system where much of the knowledge is gained through lectures, one does not find the Teacher and Professor being sincere. Also, if one talks about the pupils they do not feel respectful towards the teachers and the school fraternity.

In many cases, one must have heard that the Teacher become full of grudge and sometimes try to take advantage of the students from both the sexes. They try to exploit the innocence of the students and sometimes beat them black and blues.

The society also does not resort to that and further the student who keeps mum on such behavior from the end of school authority faces a lot of problem in their life at every level. Thankfully, with my schooling under a Convent School with a Catholic background, and most of the teachers from South India, it helped me to develop a confident approach towards life.

Although, the education system in India which has the same approach of 10+2+3, do not give us an edge as compared to the World Education. With, my travel to Singapore and Cambodia, and visiting the Singapore Management University Campus, along with many Billboards of  Private College has given me the understanding that there is more of a practical approach in the education. The same stands for Cambodia where the college based education system is merged with schooling.

The school to the college education system has a lot of vocational programmes in it and also for every study there is more of practical studies. A person has to give a lot of projects along with assignments in studies. The compulsory military training makes them a citizen of repute and also lead to the three factors of Health, Happiness, and Height ( Glory) which gives them success in their respective field of work.

If we compare the education system in abroad we find that they can take a substantial amount of gap, earn on their own and then get to the work based education system of their choice. In India, it is the just opposite where a person has to stick to the regular 15 years of study. With, the only aim of passing out from School and Colleges, with the help of political unions like ABVP and NSUI in the Government Colleges, the study has just become a formality.

These students neither become a worthy student nor a citizen of repute. Whether it is the education or medicine field or any other related studies they naturally turn out to be a dud. Thus, it leads to an uneven competition and flattery along with incompetence work atmosphere creates an issue of distrust among the colleagues.

It further leads to a grouping where most of the people who are from the lesser known work ethics try to get into a union and thus hamper the growth of the brilliant ones. Also, the good one who understands the value of work and goes for reputation in the job further gets humiliated at every step, as they become the good citizen in the eyes of an educated person.

If we go through recent news articles one could see that pupils from villages have invented different tools and also machines which turn out to be the best for the society. Our Government should encourage such endeavors and give them enough opportunity, to come up with their inventions. The tools which they are developing which are generally found useful should be patented and then mass production should be done to give them encouragement and further it should become a source of livelihood.

One has to understand that today education is not confined to textbooks but a practical approach and little bit of understanding about the surroundings can give the students an "Idea that can change their life".
