Aamir Khan who was the heartthrob of the nation after "Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak" has been known to be more of a person with less of character and bitter in words if you meet him in person. The Muslim in terms of religion but nowhere a nationalist is true to the words if he believes that he is not fit and worthy to stay back in this nation and the word India makes him feel afraid.

It is all because of his ways and antics where he portrayed himself to be a better competitor in "Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander" but the entire movie credit was completely in the favor of Deepak Tijori who rule the roost and from there onwards lost the plot in terms of acting and his movies were nothing more than a character of a vagabond who tried to preach the nation at last through his serial "Satyamev Jayte".

If you will meet him personally you will find that he is less in terms of confidence and is not at all agile but looks heavily under the influence of drugs and also is a man of foul character with words which do not match his deeds. It's a pity that a woman of substance who is Miss Kiran Rao have accepted him as the husband and due to her he is able to get some roles in the Bollywood and the roles are certainly not meaty and without any leaning towards the social upliftment.

If I think that the total exposure towards the film industry which Amir Khan has put into it seems that one after the other Movies like Talash or The Dhoom-3 did not create any difference in his career and with the last super flop movie which was Thugs of Hindostan it seems his era is over. With the people who are total with the bent of mind where education is compulsory and a person with better degrees and social values gets a little bit of respect in life it completely shows that with the fag end of his career actors like Ajay Devgan who is an alumnus of Meethibai College along with Shah Rukh Khan who is from Kirorimal College along with many other with the likes of John Abraham who is an MBA has certainly put a thumbs down in his career and his personality does not resemble more than of an anti-social character who has put the stake of his family members and parents along with the entire generation under his feet and crushed their social respect and values in the eyes of the society.

If he said Safalta Ke Piche mat Bhago and whatever so without any particular Qualification what kind of attitude and performance will he bring to the word success and he seems now totally to be a mismatch to the society? Most of them could be seen running around various societies creating amusement for people and do not care to know about the whereabouts of such actors which does not help them in any way as the real heroes take to the much brighter path in their lives.

Indian Education System which is almost getting a path of rust needs a little bit of Philip not to enjoy academic success by just passing the parade with NET and SLET exams which have become a tout game and nothing more than that. By 2024 or as earlier as 2022 Indian Government will put an emphasis on promoting all those Ad-Hoc Professors into Permanent even if they have cleared NET for the Associate Professors Exam. They will have to submit their Ph.D. papers result or have to go for the Ph.D. and it will lead to their increment as well as promotions.

Searching Wife: Trophy or Temperamental!

Well after reaching at the age of 40 years and with an image of a personality who has fought almost everything in life. Whether it is the roadside goons, women who are abrasive, guys who are wicked and with some brilliance in studies during early years after which took hiatus from studies to grow in my own ways and to be continued now with preparation for Ph.D. in Sociology, I would like to assure myself about my own thought of putting my thoughts about my earlier sex sojourn with a more known sex siren who is loved by all. 

So, everybody loves to have a trophy wife in his life during the early days although for me marriage happened when I reached 32 teeth or the 32 years of age and continued with the bumpy ride where a child comes out with the copulation but fortunate to be on both ends both farted and parted ways. Although, the wife was no less than Dirty Picture Heroine or maybe Silk Smitha type by her looks below the clothing if only she would have cooperated then life would have been not only better but great at least in terms of sex.

So, controversy apart now the better thought in mind is to follow Sir Sachin Tendulkar footsteps and get a wife who is at least 4 to 5 years older so that the temperament should match and since I do not carry the burden of the kid with me who is more mature as per his age and a smart ass to make us understand that we are not made for each other, it is good that he is well behaved and with all the beautiful worldly goods should reach him but writing more will be showing empathy which is not required as per his style statement.

In that case, my wish of getting my kinda girl could be fulfilled by my friends who are from my own department who have given me enough support and her-in department means the hard working and laborious people who continuously strive for growth and rather than those who do try to snatch the happiness of others but more of the department word do match with the lovable Khaki whom I adore more than the Khadi.

Although, for me, the more handpicked girl will be from the beautiful bouquet of flowers which was Orchid and one time Lily who made me lonely for a lot more time and hopefully both of us will take the Ph.D. lessons at the same time rather than any publicity freak girl who could even kill me for any smaller or larger interest in life. 

So, I believe that still, my best mate trust me that If I had sex it was with only one woman who was the mother of my son and for me when it comes to searching wife I will insist more on my sister's thought rather than any minister's thought and now removing the trophy wife and going towards a temperamental one who could be better in Boobs and Ass which could taste a better Victor for me!

Tale of Two Cities or States!

India is a country with vague similarities. People who stay together do not necessarily stick together in life. Digging each other life or passing Digs is an important aspect of life and putting remarks is a tradition which cannot be changed in life for a long more time. If one thinks about having a home in the city one could hardly find peace and solitude in life even in the poshest of society.

Now, considering the fact that there are people who love to stay alone or with single and double room dwelling even near the villages, the constant scrutiny in their life whether it is the education, marriage sex or any other aspect of life is always under the scanner.

Pulling each other's leg is a continuous effort and it never goes out of the tradition across any ages. Now, although I have not traveled the length and breadth of the country still tried to visit almost every state and found any other cities or village in India better than my own hometown Bokaro Steel City.

I was greatly in love with my birthplace and use to have verbal fights if anybody uses any misappropriate words towards the city where I took birth and completed my schooling. Gradually, as I started standing the world through my own perspective I started understanding that however big you become the greatness is never achieved these days as your own city, state and people residing their whether friends or relatives try to pull you down vehemently by either pulling you down or creating mockery through many of the ways thus making you become small before them in every possible manner.

Whether, as a person, you try to underestimate or raise them above you in every equation the person, on the other hand, has to suffer and respect is something which is difficult to find even in the eyes of your friend who could have attended the school with you.

It shows how the equation has changed in life and the more you understand the life from near the more your thinking hits you back with the effect which cannot give you much of the happiness but eludes you away from the prime factor in your life which is "LOVE".

Current Generation do not want to carry forward the Legacy Names!

There was a time when people of the likes of Shri Rajesh Khanna ji or the likes of Pran Saheb was known to be the icons of the Bollywood. People use to emulate them during the discussions at the Coffee House or College Campuses and their children use to feel proud about it.

The likes of Kapoor Saheb family from the era of Prithvi Raj Kapoor till Rishi Kapoor Saheb was liked by all and whether the song and dance routine was loved by all. The good thing is that the general public in India still love their style and iconic performances all around the country and even to foreign destinations. 

The only thought which is not carried forward about the current generation do not want to carry forward the legacy names and with the likes of new generation stars they try to create their own understandings or rather the misunderstandings by moving away from the names of their own yesteryears stars which seems very unlikely as of the heights being achieved by such stars.

Without naming any family names so as to not put their internal disputes in terms of property and other matters would like to reiterate the boys and girls of Bollywood who immediately change their name without tracing their roots do not find their way of life to be carried with a proper thrust either career-wise or even in the heart of people.

In the worst case scenario, they just get into the guilt mode of carrying the names who are better known and sown in the mind from generation to generation. So, helping a thought in mind that without using such big names who could be just the name in the industry of their earlier generation such big names of the likes of KAKA or the likes of RAJKUMAR Saheb will carry them to greater heights as they have not done any bad deeds in life and are a  Star who will never become a Blackhole but shine with much might like "SUN" in the Universe.

Cricket has lost its tag of Gentleman Game!

The International Cricket which is guided all over the world or rather could be said to be a part of 1/4th of the world as most of the developed countries such as China, Russia, and the U.S.A do not emulate this game but still, it is the highest paying game in India is possibly losing all its sheen and does not look the most favored game among the masses.

With IPL season 2019 falling much at the same time when India is finding it's next prime minister and the voting going on in different phases much of the debate in Media is all about the current political affairs rather than the cricket which is unanimously the choice of North Indians as they are somewhere inclined towards placing bet on every matches whether domestic or international.

It could also be seen that the people who are associated with BCCI are no more of the likes of the people who belong to the high and mighty with a rich backgrounds such as the earlier Dalmia group or various other selectors who belong to the core group of ex-cricketers and  there is nothing of the sort of lobbying for the players who perform well. It is almost a Board which is on the verge of asking money from the players to place them in the squad and it clearly shows that within few years to come quality will get diminished at least in Indian Cricket and the murkier side of money will creep in which will gradually break the Cricketing Nation and it will remain a formality rather than the technicalities associated with it.

Also, the cricketing nation which has seen much of the exploitation of Cheergirls and cheerleaders in various matches till last season of IPL could not see any better faces at the stadium apart from the one who is into the pavilions where it is infested by the local models and the owners of the various teams. With the chances of India although a bleak one into the World Cup Football by 2022, it seems if a little bit of effort is put towards developing the game at school level and helping every city with a small football stadium in Uttar Pradesh and many other states to give new lease of life to this game it will change the Football as a better sports scenario as it is going to be one of the highest paying games in the coming few years as compared to cricket and one has not to forget that it is played in almost every nation of the continents irrespective of cricket which is confined to a smaller section of the world!

Becoming a lookalike is just being a SPOOF!

I remember those days when vague similarity was not given much of importance and it seems that a particular personality with all social and emotional hues was not copied as it was thought to be a unique identity rather than being a mistaken identity. With people who use to have a face similar to any particular sports or rather any iconic personality were not given much importance rather than the superior face and soon with the person who must be copying any identity the original one use to immediately change his face look by adapting another hairstyle which may give a different look to the original one.

As far as I remember a lookalike of Sachin Tendulkar, the cricketer was heavily criticized when he tried to make social appearances and other such similar characters did not get much of the fame and support in public. Although it was a time when people use to have a unique identity and there were fewer people who would be from the social icons such as Actors or Actress and idol worship was into very much a practice.

But with hordes of people coming into the glamour industry and the new kids on the block coming up with similar faces one cannot find anything else but rather carry on with the trend which is catching up the very much into a newborn generation as well who are below 10 years old.  With the actors of the likes of Ranbir Kapoor who is known for his personality where his thoughts change every other day and either he remains too busy in his life or surrounded by controversies, his lookalikes are not favored by the public in general cases.

In another way, one could understand that any person or children who try to behave like him are termed as illegitimate openly by the people around him. Today, while I went to Connaught Place it seemed that the entire place was infested by the lookalike scenario where instead of experimenting with their looks people simply try to get the looks of the yesteryear or current generation of actress which only gives the sense of people living in a fool's paradise and the people with the similar looks who may be a star gets demean in public as people do not carry the sheer hard work which is attached with being a STAR.

In the whole life scenario, it is not easy to gain a star status and it takes millions of years and the good deeds to become a star and the stardom cannot be snatched by just becoming a social lookalike of any particular person but it makes nothing more than a person with being on the side of a Joker's personality who is there to entertain the crowd in terms of being a spoof.

The other thing which is heavily getting into practice is just invading the computer system and with people who are nothing in the eyes of public try to create rumour mills churning by using social media and just adding any unknown thoughts through creating mimicry of famous News readers and with little bit of the use of technology sometimes hack the system to speak their own ideology into the system where it seems that the News Editor must be talking something for you or on your behalf.

It creates nothing but a nuisance and few particular families who love to be in news for the wrong reasons get quickly associated it with to create issues in other's life. Also, diminishing the sense of being prerogative cannot get changed and it can be trolled heavily or should be explained rather than carrying the bad attitude were invading the personal space of a common person gives any mental satisfaction to a personality rather than becoming a lookalike is just being a SPOOF!

It is the right of living for a common person to get the air attached around him or her even if he is a common person rather than act like a person with no importance of his own. The personal space or having personality traits of his own is nothing wrong for any citizen of India or any other people from any country and with the thoughts of giving social importance to his own thoughts and personality does not remind of a social compulsive disorder but remains the USP of a person which helps to create his identity in the long run rather copying a personality who may get trolled in life for any good or bad reasons in life and further one has to carry the personality disorder of such character without getting anything good out of it.

Office of Profit syndrome diminishing from India!

OOPS, which is the common way to express any issues where a person feels either embarrassment or maybe a way to express joy could be termed as Office of Profit Syndrome if abbreviated. Once, upon a time during the reign of Indira Gandhi till P.V. Narshimha Rao and Mr. Manmohan Singh, our Indian Police System which could be said the backbone of Indian Society in terms of managing rules and regulations with the advent of BJP seems to be lifting deliberately although in the name of a line of duty.

People from various Police Departments whether the State Police or Paramilitary forces could be seen mixing with the people from the common background Indian and if you go to any high or middle-class society in Urban background you will be surprised to know that many of the people could be somewhere down the line serving the salaried Government job of theirs and at the same time helping many multinationals to operate in a better manner.

There was a time not long back when the call center executives esp. women use to face lots of issues and at times there were cases of rape along with many other tortures they would have faced at the workplace. Now, with the wise Police Personnel who has seen insurgency at Punjab and other places which engulfed into riots their common way is to induct much of the educated youth who have a sharp bent of mind into the Police system and since most of the time such people or  the educated youths are vulnerable in a positive sense they cause much damage to the people who are from the bad thoughts of being a culprit.

Such people who are social vagabonds get caught through information provided by local information group who are in one or the other way lower level Police Officers into white or civil dress uniforms and much of their coveted operations goes uninformed in the local newspapers or News channels. For that only one thing needs to be done is that you have to showcase the civilian character with much of the self-respect and no image of a culprit into any kind of picketing works. It helps to become a social character of the own ways and also such people get inducted into the Policing system without many difficulties and with times their good efforts lead to getting much out of this high paying job in India with the positive thing about respect governed at every place.

Showcasing yourself above all through your deeds makes things easy towards life and since much of the work is about having a keen behavior it makes easy to enjoy life through all good means rather than getting into something which is of the more exploitative form such as Prostitution or maybe some other ways to earn money. Thus, "Attitude makes all the difference" and sometimes portraying yourself as a whistleblower also gives you more in terms rather than expecting something in life without putting any effort which could be seen by many people who think that their fathers and forefathers have generated enough for them to enjoy the life without doing any effort on their own.

The OPEC countries which are the Saudi-Arabia or the various other rich oil producing nations were not given enough importance by the Indian National Congress and as a result, the country has to pay the highest amount of per barrel for the crude oil due to which the oil is sold at a higher rate. Now, think about the country like U.S.A which although have a good amount of oil fields but still, it puts itself at a better side with friendship towards the Saudi Kingdom. With the influence of Modi ji things are getting better towards these countries.

So, if we see that the major three failures for the country by the Indian National Congress and to put the country at various wars just to divert the nation's mind shows how the people who favor Congress are into a mindset which is not for the growth and prosperity but to get nothing as for Petrol we are paying the highest amount. 

The Indian people have to give their jewelry to support the Indian Army and also at the time of sending troops many peacekeeping forces have deployment from Indian Army which does not give them any extra pay  but the hard-fought war at places like Somalia leads to giving severe backlash to the Indian Army, thus the country is still a part of Non-Aligned Movement making the people nothing more than a fool which has been part of the Indian mindset run by Congress from past many years and could have been many more years to come until BJP took to the rule books! 

Indian Media Industry: Shying up with proper Election Covergae 2019!

Indian Media Industry which use to take much of the stride into any elections whether state wise or at the national level seems to have got a setback this election month of 2019. The reporters along with the presenters and broadcasters could be seen giving no overwhelming reports on the election results barring few channels like AAJ TAK which is going all out to share the coverage of the Mahaelection 2019.

It could be seen from the smiling faces of the likes of Sumit Awasthi, Sweta Jha along with the ever presence of the Sweta Singh and above all AOK- Anjana OM Kashyap putting all their efforts to showcase the election details and debates with the best of the ways and putting the trend of the yesteryear presenters like Sobhna Jagdish ji and Shammi Narang as their smiling and stern faces generated much of the hype during election coverage when we were not aware much about the life implications of elections as a child.

Now, thinking about the reason behind it might be the emerging of Digital Media and NAMO TV to come up with much of the elections coverage on its own. Now, although Honorable Supreme Court decided to put a ban on this social channel but without showing any disrespect towards the Court I would like to reiterate that it is always good for the party contesting elections to have its own channels so that the section of media which has to face the flak of general public and also politicians should not get criticized for any particular details about the election whether results or the voting details along with the rallies.

In this way, larger section of Media will be able to raise much of the issues related to development of the country and will not be under the pressure to speak in a biased manner for any particular party and it will take the Indian Media to great heights of the likes of Foreign Media such as American Broadcasting Corporation and Britsih Broadcasting Corporation. Not only it will bring bonhomies between the Media and Politicians but also the grudge factor will get over as sometimes the Media people speak out against politicians and some of them who are into different mindset take things seriously to a greater extent. 

Thus, taking the media to a higher level of democracy and a big support pillar one has to make out that they need the biggest word which is Freedom of Press or Swaytata which was curbed by Indian National Congress after Emergency declared by Indira Gandhi and continued many years with the rule by Congress although still the Congress Party is given support by the people of certain castes such as Pandit and Brahmins. So, if we look at the current BJP Government with people from all walks of life working with the party cadre as ministers and the real Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Bhai Modi, who himself was a chaiwala and giving equal status in life to people from OBC and SC/ST to grow gives him the "Man of Steel" title and with his campaign "Main Bhi Chowkidar" he will certainly give a greater facelift to the nation where the people from the Muslim Community will also look themselves with pride and can fight back in life to achieve more without getting any thought of the feeling of downtrodden.

Today's generation which is more or less inclined towards relationship status of Being Single and putting a break to the official status of getting married and rather socializing to get more out of the life is known to give nothing to each other rather than a dysfunctional thought of getting together to copulate and find symphony of life to get some unusual music to spread out.

If the headlines are to be concerned where it says that "MAK put the relationship status necessary for everyone!" it makes us understand that Malaika Arora who is about to get married to Arjun Kapoor will soon take over the surname of Kapoor rather than Khan which is expected to happen on the 19th of this month.

The particular story about the supermodel who has been an iconic one since the year 1996 could be understood by the fact that getting married is not only a social phenomenon but a necessity which gives the understanding that however rich a person is he or she needs support of a partner who could give an arms-length support to the life or just a shoulder to lean when the person feels tired.

I, Me, Myself standing solely with no expectations!

With the time when the Indian Youth of our age nearing 40 starts thinking about retirement, I still running like a small steam engine solitary and chugging towards one station to another and looking for the perfect playmate so that the Coal box should get filled with one single engine and its coal carrier soon moving towards Maharashtra.

The home of mine which technically is with my mother, Kiran Bala Devi and although the family and friends are scattered in the same society at Ajnara Integrity, it shows that how much I owe my life to early childhood when I had a beautiful face which was akin to a pumpkin or the tow rusgullas stuffed on both sides and the sweetest of the boy to offer kiss on the cheeks to the elders. The society has changed to that extent where if I see the elders from the early days of childhood cannot feel to greet them as it may put the question on their existence.

The people who were from the Hindi medium background do not spare a moment to speak the bad words and projecting others as a bad character without knowing that even when I grew up I was the one to give a safe ride at 3:00 a.m, from IEnergizer with the likes of Mr. Pranjal Saikia or Mr. Ajay Bhatia to the safety of their homes on my bike and then get back to my own home.

It showed that I never took care of anything else but the safety of friends and family to come as the first priority whether it was the riots of 84 or till today as I remember that when my father was at the plant and the riots broke out at Bokaro Steel City, I took my sister and mother towards my Grandfather home with all courage and conviction thus becoming a bit famous in locality and although with people of the likes of contractors who felt bad still about such incident which made a impression which never gets deleted from mind.

Now, talking about the I, Me, Myself standing solely with no expectations from the so-called samaj I still feel the beautiful smile of our own Hippie Aunty who stayed in our locality and was yesteryear actress Hema Malini Ji and Dharam Paji acting as a bigger vagabond by the name of Shri Jaldhar.  I remember going to Hema Ji home and she uses to greet with a great attitude and my father name Shri Vidyarthi jee was famous and also to be found on her lips. 

That also makes my own sister Miss Nupur Sharma carry on in BJP as a prominent leader and a popular youth leader who has a great name in the BJP team. It shows how things have changed in life but for me, life is more or less the same as my family has one thing above all which is no personal expectations from leaders but to pay them respect and gratitude so that they reach a greater height in life. In this way, life carries on and with my further plan to get into a Ph.D. in Sociology sooner my study will take a great path to get another great expedition to start and somewhere down the line it seems that life is expecting to get under the wing of a better person who will lift me again in life to come all out in terms of career graph toughing the good chords.

Success has surpassed limitations of LIFE!

Success smells sweeter than any flower on this planet and could be said a way to enjoy life sciences with a new meaning. If one thinks about "Being Succesful" it is not limited to any particular industry but as and when our father Mr. Upendra Vidyarthi, who surpassed the journey of his job at "Bokaro Steel Plant" with 11 or more promotions in his career it almost took us time to believe that stupendous effort which was achieved only because of his hard work and dedication.

His name is famous in many villages of Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and many other states including Karnataka and has surpassed even the popularity of his father who was Mr. Chitranjan Prasad. If a person who is into any kind of dutiful job even if a humble chaukidar at your society he must certainly be aware of the name or the surname "Vidyarthi" which has been the symbol of hard work and dedication.

The famous woman in the film industry and the famous actors and producers also talk about his name which i do not understand but as to be informed that my only sister "Sweta" with many other pseudo names has made a name of her own in this industry within no time and has surpassed the popularity charts showing my title of this blog "S" success has surpassed limitations of LIFE!".

It seems now the S in success and V in victory are synonymous with these two names. Also, every person who is successful has to face life with people who run behind their life with small limitations of the mind. Now, thinking about the friend's circle who is behind her success is my very own with the likes of Miss Minakshi Sheshadri, Mr. Ajay or better known as Mr. Sunny Deol and not to forget the great Sir Shahrukh Khan along with the Demi-God Sir Amitabh Bachchan and many others including the stalwarts like Miss Deepika Padukone and Mr. Ranveer Singh along with Hukm ka Gulam "Sir Jackie Shroff" who has given her enough opportunity to lift in life.

Behind all these, her humble nature and attitude of giving respect and the self-respect which she posses since childhood have made her a good person rather than the one who starts throwing tantrums with a little bit of success in life. One can find that even the investors behind her give her all kinds of respect and love and she pays back with gratitude which is akin to our family and the better one was Mr. Romeo as Anil Kapoor who belong to our family but neither he denied himself to be great and nor accepted his greatness which is again a part and parcel of our life story.

In this way, if I think that I belong nowhere before them in terms of greatness then it must be quite obvious that it is good that the person in special appearance could be me, but rather her greatness is a tribute by my special friends from HOLY CROSS and the teachers who enjoy her success as she was the last one to attend this school at BOKARO STEEL CITY, after me and her life is all about loving the right person and discarding the one who is not needed.

If one understands the significance of the temples this is the "Adishaktipeeth" where the significant body parts of Maa Shakti fall when Shiv was doing the Tandav after she falls into Daksh fire  or the Yag and it bought the life at standstill but still we blindly read the Durga Chalisa and none of the Government talks about having a passage to this sacred pilgrimage place but at the same time we have to build a Ram Temple at Ayodhya which is, of course, nothing more than a political propaganda started by the Indian National Congress but thankfully this election season the more important aspect is towards growth and development rather than these insignificant details where much of the mudslinging was done in the name of caste, creed, and color.

So, if only we would think that the Mother or the Adi Shakti is content in her life at Pakistan rather than asking the Indian Government to get a come back it is good that we as Indian people are propagating for all those war martyrs with respect and honoring the one like Abhimanyu with great comeback which was done immediately by the Indian Government it shows that we need a more prominent leadership to continue with the stalwarts in Politics like Mr. V.K. Singh who is from Ghaziabad  and people like Shushma Swaraj who acted as a best foreign minister and including Nirmala Sitharaman as Defence Minister the ministry is better under the Lotus or kamal at the center rather than a weak Congress-led government and if Modi Ji is called Hitler then it is a better name because Hitler is remembered better rather than any other leader in World War and into leadership values.

English Medium Vs Hindi Medium: Activities makes the difference!

With India being a country where the two medium of schooling is prevalent and with most of the families going towards English Medium of schooling they opt for the right medium although my thought is not about demeaning the Hindi medium which has its own character and builds which brings better thought of giving a rustic image.

The personal thought could be about giving specific details on English Medium Vs Hindi Medium is because I have completed my schooling at Holy Cross School which was a convent school and it has bought bigger names in the field of academics along with sports and entertainment industry giving a flip to the various other schools in the vicinity.

The country which has very much to improve in terms of education where equal opportunity is not provided to the village or small town has seen a change with the help of Holy Cross Sisters who have put emphasis on providing education to the remote areas whether it is North-East or also in every other place where the city and town meet each other in the remote areas of Bihar.

Now, I would like to reiterate the facts that although I took my own ways of jobs and had forays into marketing, customer service and also Digital Marketing much of the background come into the limelight of my career through my ways of reading which were inculcated by my father  

Mr. Upendra Vidyarthi, as his job at Bokaro Steel City libraries, bought me close to all kinds of books although in the vernacular script which is Hindi and I was a reader of all kinds of magazines from India Today, Dharamyug, Saptahik Hindustan along with Filmfare and much other science fiction along with the eternal Mahabharata and Ramayana.

Apart from that my only thought was to put my every moment of schooling into sports of my own as my school campus was having every sports facility sans swimming at that time during the year 1983-1996. So, whether it was Volleyball or Handball along with Basketball I use to put my wholehearted effort into playing all the games and as far as I believe my friends in school never created any obstacle in my life apart from the society where I lived as because of my father's posting the people around me including their children did not gel well with me as I had a little bit of arrogance which could be my attitude although with no such particular incident towards having any Criminal mindset.

One could find the difference here in the aspect that giving respect to woman and elders was part of my chore and I remained humble throughout my life although argumentative which remains the backbone of my life. I have the habit of retaliating at the last instance if ever rubbed in the wrong way and that could be because of the Christ way of behavior where forgiveness is the key and it has got inculcated to me through my own schooling ways. 

So, if my way of thinking is asked then I would like to say that in today's scenario when Education has become an approach where activity is the prime factor and whether few of the students out of millions who come out as IITians and still do not get much in terms of money the thought process of educating the students or your own ward or pupil into that school which gives sports along with building or making a niche of his or her own will put the best in him to enjoy life moments and flourish in life rather than just pushing or shoving towards DPS which is not known to give value based education.

Since Bokaro is far and the life is revolving at Ghaziabad here the school of the future at Raj Nagar Extension according to me will be "Parevartan School" as more or less it has the same thought of mind for being a school with activity based education rather than the monotonous ways of educating without having any particular goal towards life. Also, the Hindi medium in the entire U.P. is far better as compared to Hindi Medium schools at Bihar or Jharkhand, as they are much into giving emphasis on building up sportsmanship and it has bought much into all kinds of sports along with the highest recruitment into Armed and Police Forces which makes them another great center of education which inculcates bravery and behavior at the same time making a big difference in life.

So, whether it is the English Medium or Hindi Medium in this State the children if they have their own thought of staying ahead in terms of career and life sciences they are bound to flourish but the only thing which should not be encouraged is in the middle-class society of giving inhuman approach towards other family members or even to the lady who may be working at your home as a janitor and give equal respect to the chowkidar by the parents and children alike so that they should understand Humanity first as Humanities or the Sociology is coming up as a greater career prospect in life whether today, tomorrow or many more years to come!

Teach Indian man how to fish he escapes teach him to beg he does with no qualms!

The Indian man is either born smart or is known to make fool out of you. Whether, it is about love, sex or money they never differ to either beg, borrow or steal for it. With any movie you watch or any Television serial one will find the smartest of the hunk begging for sex whether from his eyes or from the words along with the deeds as well. There are very few who know how to give respect to them and try to give equal status to the opposite sex while at the time not ruling them.

It is not the mindset of man but also if you get married to someone you will find that the entire family on the bride's end expect you to get on the toes and literally kneel down before them whether you would have asked for dowry or a dowryless marriage. In this way, one could understand that Being Chauvinistic is only in the movies of the Koreans and the Chinese who fight out even with their woman in Bruce Lee style rather than kneeling down before them to have sex and most of the time in their movies one could find a great fight between the woman and the other males fighting with each other with same or greater energy and thus winning the heart of each other.

But, here once you reach a certain age one expects no fighting but the camaraderie which one could find in my school batchmate at Holy Cross School, Bokaro Steel City since our inception at the school during the year 1982-1983 and most of us have reached to greater heights in life excluding me as I consider myself to be just a Writer who is Content with his work.

Now, thinking about the Friendship me as a person was the one who used to obey everyone and had equal Love and Respect for Senior, Juniors, Teachers and Staff Members and could be found fighting over nondescript issues with teachers, not for my own issues but for other Friends who generally were not argumentative maybe they were too humble and I being vociferous was the one to retaliate most of the time which made me popular as a kid.

The bigger jolt in our life come when our entire classmates got distributed into various sections which were A, B, C and D still all of us were close to each other and with no or less chance of going to any of the friend's home as my father was strict with his thoughts that the children should not roam out of their home without parents supervision it made me a very homely child and also my smart and decent younger sister was there to shower all her attention on me although she was the one who could beat me up with no mercy at all during childhood.

Still, it made me very near to my family and in spite of having a bigger family with Grandfather and Grandmother along with the entire paternal family which use to stay in the different sector as we together with our Dog "Moti" used to be a happier lot during childhood and the only intrusion which we hated together as the family was occasional visit from the maternal side of the family as somewhere down the line we did not feel getting close to them and were ready to pass on the dig to them at small thoughts which were generally done from my end.

Now, talking about "Teach Indian man how to fish he escapes teach him to beg he does with no qualms"! as above in terms of Love one could see them begging and if any person who has raised above all whether into various progressive fields one could not see any other thing but again they go on begging in terms of opportunities and with repeated expenses on them still one could find them to get into the act of begging as they do not capitalize with the moments which has been given to them for succeeding in life.

To sum up one could say that Chauvinism is the big way to win heart instead of giving Nepotism a thought as favoring a particular family or friends group make you demean in the society and if God forbid you are a political leader then the entire effort goes for a nought as the public does not spare the leader with the likes of Congress who has given the wholehearted effort to pay only within their family members which could be seen from the Gandhi-Nehru clan and further it is reaching towards the new generation Congress leaders who has put their own parties to shame after giving much within their own family members without helping the common man with opportunities in Private Sector as compared to BJP which has come up with MAKE IN INDIA campaign to pull up many startup on the contrary Congress has MANREGA to sing for which is only unaccountable as they have the ability to pluck out money from the Government Coffers.

So, as a general belief person although being apolitical in thoughts I would urge to be wise and cast your vote towards the right candidature to give this Election Ceremony to run with good candidates for coming into power and thus give the best to your country so that it should benefit and become a nation with greater strides in every field!

Unorganised Private sectors and Start-Ups cannot take benefit of Private Pension Scheme

The scheme by the Indian Government of giving benefits to the Private Sector organization which is growing at a fast pace in India and one of the major beneficiaries in terms of providing benefits to the Indian Economy cannot help their employees and workers with the new Pension scheme provided by the Government.

With people who have put much of the effort in opening startups and putting all their potential to hire employees along with the employees who have been serving in this sector whether it is the Digital Marketing or the News Agencies which open the new channels and can be considered a start-up along with the few others such as many more companies which is the pharmacy sector with their super chain stores where the person works in through recruitment done by agencies and are not directly under the brand could find themselves in a lurch unless the company is registered under EPF and ESIC which is the first and the foremost way towards providing the pension and Employees Provident Fund to its employees. 

If I remember when I was working with Ienergizer the company at Noida we were asked to sign a letter where it was clearly mentioned that as an employee we are not interested in putting contribution towards the EPF and ESIC and thus we were given the salary in full with simple deduction towards some recreational funds and food allowances for which we paid ourselves. In this way, one could understand that the thought of helping the company employees with this EPF and ESIC scheme is just a distant dream and all those who start jumping in the way to think that they will be richer after retirement through such beneficial scheme should consider that registering their organization and keeping the interest of their employees and workers comes at first place to get the maximum out of such services.

But, since the Indian Economy itself is a middle-class economy where people love to do mud-slinging whether it is about the life of their siblings, friends or the neighbors without considering the improvement in social status it clearly shows that rural economy gives a better way of thinking where the agricultural sector is giving heavy boost to the economy in the entire Uttar Pradesh along with down South and sooner with Katihar which is the playground of Manoj Bajpayee getting a facelift in the agricultural sector and also the entire Bihar to come soon under agricultural zone with the help of the likes of Manoj Tiwari and others it shows that  the women in rural economy are getting back towards the primitive way of agriculture, farming and selling of agricultural products bringing new way of happiness in the sabzi mandi or the vegetable market where the local population is getting the best through the resources.

At the same time, the Modi thought of giving equal status with the slogan Mai Bhi Chowkidar insists that esp. those who are still working with various security agencies come under EPF and ESIC as it has become an organized sector and with many companies who take care of the food and tea of the  

chowkidars or the security guards they stand to be a better person in terms of those middle-class vagabonds who only stay in societies in the pretext of fucking the woman in the nearby falts and are always on the lookout to ruin the image of woman and girls by lurking around them for cheap sex.

Such, people are although not given any thumbs down by the society RWA's or the Association as they think that in one or the other ways their misbehavior will pull out more of the woman towards such nefarious activities and they will make out much from it by ruining the lives of others. In this way, such people are if given bad treatment by the chowkidars or the security guards turn towards misbehaving and also such people have been carrying such image where they have their own social and sexual groups since childhood and they flourish within their own sex orgies and groups thus adding unnecessary pressure on others which bring a bad name to the society.

In this way, the frustration gets back to the people and the chowkidars or the security guards who cannot even complain as such people easily buy the home under various schemes and if one person buys the flat then others get more in terms of having a sexual orgy leading to give a bad name to the society.

So, instead of giving an easy way to ruin your own character and also make a heavy cauldron in society of a thick veil it is the social responsibility of every person to become "Mai Bhi Chowkidar" and pull out the better leaning towards it to save your own family and child which is much necessary these days rather than projecting the Prime Minister or maybe another sincere citizen of the country to make him a person to be laughed by all!

"Poor Indians"- A word which was many years back a way to show the real India as a hungry country embroiled into sorrow, despair, dirt, and squalor. Now, if a person who is really poor also if said the word by showing sympathy and empathy speaks back in harsh tone and may abuse you on your face if you call him poor. This is the current scenario of the country where the word Garib is not even to be heard in Gramin samaj which is the villagers and everyone wants to keep their head held high.

Today, people find solace in watching useful or crazy videos over the internet, laughter is a medicine, loves giving potshot to other people on their face and even the daily wage labor speaks back in the way which is not expected from them in the earlier days. This got damn attitude shows that Indians do not want to carry the image of poor within their mind and think of flourishing in life on their own and with that the Poor mindset is running out of their mind.

So, the Indian National Congress who maybe portraying themselves as championing the cause of poor and the needy and asking to give Rs 72,000 annually to the poor family within a bracket of 20% should have come up with better manifestoes where they could have said about giving back to the socially backward people. In India, with resources coming up even in agriculture if they would have made a promise to give a small piece of land to the people so that they could start working as tillers it would have been better thought of mind. 

With that, a person could not only be able to earn his own bread but rather could have got the much-needed reprieve over hunger for many years. It shows that the Congress party has not got over its own mindset where they are more of an abusive mindset by making the word poor as slang rather than trying to remove it from the mindset of the people. If anybody looks back into their own neighborhood maybe 20 years back they will find that every person has improved in their lifestyle, income prospect and trying to improve in life through many of the means and a person who is not educated at par still tries to earn through better ways by doing some of the other jobs in life rather than asking for free money as "no lunch is free in this world".

"Congress Manifesto: Coming back to lure poor and they consider this word as slang"!- In this way, the statement is nothing but a stale piece of thought and hopefully Indians will understand that Mrs. Sonia and Rahul Gandhi still consider the Indian skin to be poor rather considering themselves to be superior and want to get back into the mold where the English use to underestimate the Indian people by calling them poor Black Indians which was a common slang before Independence. 

INDIAN people push you to limit as they suffer superiority complex!

Superiority complex is the word which rules the Indian mindset at every possible front. With schools where the people who have less acumen still they are teachers try to get back to you by beating in the most of the terrible ways which could be seen a few of the schools where students suffer. Few of my teachers at a private school at Bokaro Steel which is known as Guru Govind Singh Public School although termed as a good school of Bokaro but is one of the most cowardice ones as the students here are treated in the worst of the ways.

There were two teachers who use to beat students with pride by the name of Ashutosh Kumar Mahto and other being Madan Kumar demoralize the students at a bigger scale by beating them with dusters which has a back of wood and it was really hard for the students to swallow such hard beatings still nobody use to complain and neither during the year 96-97 media was too proactive to put such incidents over the television. These jerks were not morale boosters but their attitude and behavior was of the backward class who did not know the social behavior and were inhuman and insane in nature.

Now, talking about people's behavior with the statement which shows that in "Indian people push you to limit as they suffer superiority complex" has been seen across every walks of life. People from every social background if they reach a little high up in strata they start considering themselves to be a better one and give themselves an aura or an air which is a self-made propagandist and try to show the lineage without being one of a greater made person by the words rather than deeds.

With a country which was poor in terms of resources and livelihood since time immemorial the people all around here are always in awe of themselves whether they are hated by nature or the people still try to pull away from the respect for the one who keeps to himself and put demonic laws

to check him or her which could be seen in NORTH INDIA. With the states from West Bengal, Bihar and till Delhi since New Delhi has become a place which is being governed mostly by the people of Bihar as in every nooks and corner of the city  cum semi-state people from lower backward class are being deprived of resources which makes them feel sad and depressed and their way to speak is nothing but severe backlash which could be understood by any better person who tries to analyze things in life too quickly.

Now, considering the fact if one goes a little further towards Haryana or Punjab things are not that murkier and people still have a love for each other, give respect to the woman folks and share food with love although their language could be a  bit rough but they fare better in terms of relationship and once they get close they give all the respect and love. On the other hand, people here at Delhi try to snatch the opportunity and in a most possible way make a cauldron in front of a person who is social in a different way and does not believe in sharing his life and property with others as he has his own social respect in life which is better than anyone else.

In this way, one could understand that they themselves are somewhere afraid of inside and their social behavior is something which is all about giving death to democracy and showing their own life to be a kind of monarch rather than helping the people to flourish which was more or less changed by the stalwarts like Sir Dilip Kumar who played the pro-poor card in the films and raised the social status of the people thus making the people understand the value of their own bread and butter to be earned leading to self-respect in life and govern their life in their own ways rather than putting others at stake and earning out of it which changed the nation after "Naya Daur".
