Capitalizing the development spree at Eastern Gangetic basin

With the purvanchal row and the war of words coming up between the ruling party and the major opposition in Uttar Pradesh, any person can think that it is not about taking the accolades for developing the region by introducing the Purvanchal Expressway corridor. It is one of the time when a small industrious mind can come up to buy major chunks of the land which can reap huge benefits in the future.

The area which vaguely starts from Banaras or Varanasi and since it is the constituency of Our Indian Prime Minister " Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi" it is quite easy to understand that more developments can be seen before the declaration of Election dates in 2019. With the property prices shooting up in the tier-II cities and the development of IT industry in the form of Domestic call centre under the aegis of Information and Technology Minister Mr Ravi Shankar Prashad, the least one can do is that with little investment one can create an IT hub or similar other kinds of small-scale industry which will help the youth who are coming out of the universities with various degrees.

Also, the hospitality industry which can be one of the major boosts can be seen to develop some mid-size hotels such as a 3-star which will give the tourism a good facelift. The various hotels can help the people to earn a good amount as most of the hotels in this area are not into 3-star categories but come under basic infrastructure kind of hotels which are near the Dasaswamedh Ghat and adjoining region.

The Buddha Monastery at Sarnath is one of the prime factors which is a major crowd puller as people not only from Japan but also from North Korea and other Buddhist Nations such as Sri Lanka and China could be seen here. Also, with the assurance of some good facelift to the Railway Stations along with Airport getting flights by Domestic and International carriers has got more out of the people to reach these iconic destinations.

A report by U.N which can give little jitters to the agricultural farmers of this region is that the land is turning heavily into the barren tract and further it will not produce much of the cash crops. Here is the link to this https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/home/environment/the-good-earth/Salt-invasion-in-Indo-Gangetic-basin-has-led-to-40-increase-in-human-health-problems-UN/articleshow/44957672.cms

With the population in this area by relying more on education which is not quality based as many of them get degrees but with lack of English and also communication skills being the major hindrance the development in quality of education can be done by developing small institutes. The step will put less pressure on metro cities and thus population will get the help of good quality structure. Also, the various pressure groups created by ABVP and NSUI by poisoning the youth minds in the name of Hindutva and various other agendas which could be seen in the various state-run universities will suddenly see a dip which will lead to youthful and energetic minds to come up with the good thoughts of their own to develop their region and become as par with the people of Metros.

After, all most of the people due to lack of education become nothing more than bonded labour or run into various illicit trade practices which destroy them mentally as well as physically and thus the area can be seen infested with small-time goons who work under various leaders and they easily play with the sentiments of people by singing songs with lyrics which can be notified as "Jiya eh Bihar ke Lalla" and various other songs which can give cheers only and nothing special in return.

By developing institutes which provide short-term courses one can help the educated population to get the most important thing in life which is to earn bread and butter of their own. The educated youth will get more benefits and thus the issue of turning out as various small-time jobs which neither give happiness nor fulfil the basic needs will come down and people will become prosperous within no time. In this way, they can lead to getting more out of the small time investments and even the banks will certainly come up in providing opportunities to the small time investors to give them more in terms of loans for acquiring lands at various strategic points if only the investment opportunities seem to be lucrative and carefully planned to get benefits out of the money which is lent through banks.

One has to understand that capitalizing on the development spree is not only confined to the super-rich but also small and mid-size investors can churn out a great amount from the small time opportunity which comes during ages. It is always good to hit the right jackpot and get more out of it in returns. One can understand that most of the people from this region are into various military and paramilitary units and this is the best time for them to get something like a good house or various buildings which can turn out to be a warehouse or industrial land for the future needs.

With the tag of Earlier or "Bhutpurv Sainik" seen less on vehicles these days, one can understand that "One Rank and One Pension" can give benefits in the near future. So, sniffing out small opportunities to get higher returns can give benefits to the entire generation and also the generations to come in the near future.

Thus, the area could be developed into a major hub and the fight about who is developing the area should be left to the political bigwigs and let the people come up with the right strategy to get the benefits in the long run.
